Ripoff place

Had to get a problem fixed that previously needed fixing. Instead of accepting that they'd done a poor job previously, or that there was some kind of issue with this system, I was forced to pay $175 because they said it was my fault which was ridiculous. They treated me like I was stupid and lied to me several times about why it was my fault. E.g. I was told that I wouldn't have this problem if I drove well over the speed limit. I have been here previously and spent a lot of cash here but this is the last time. Will not return and will recommend to other people to go elsewhere.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Service fraud

Brought Ram in for airbag recall and general checkup. They did recall and fixed battery cable which I knew was needed. Based on the checkup they told me brakes needed doing which a different garage looked at and said didn't. I asked them twice for a written estimate but they never produced one.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Excellent Service

I have been to other Dodge dealers and was never even acknowledged, I felt like I was being herded. I have been going to Kamloops Dodge for awhile now & have always been acknowledged, offered coffee etc...the customer service is amazing. Each time I bring my Ram in for pre-maintenance service or oil changes they have always taken the time to explain things to me in detail, including the Service Manager, mechanic & front desk staff. If its going to take awhile they offer to drive me home & pick me up. Even though these Rams are amazing trucks they do cost money to maintain & I've had a couple of big bills which they gave me a discount on some of thework which is always a nice bonus. All the staff are very friendly & take the time to entertain me which is not their job. Great experience!

Out of Towner Good Service

Showed up 8am Saturday on a long weekend, no appointment and they had my car in and diagnosed in half hour. Chose not to have them replace the part as I was due home before part would come in.

Their service dept. is just out to make money. I was told I needed parts that, in fact, were not needed. Very dishonest and it's not very nice of them to take advantage of someone who does not know better, especially a senior living on a fixed income.

Very poor loyalty!

Have purchased vehicles there, tires, you name it. They have failed me twice recently on providing any help for poor parts they have sold and installed. I will never buy or have a vehicle serviced there again!!!

Genuine and helpful Sales team

The sales manager at Kamloops Dodge went out of his way to help me out in an unfortunate situation and I'm so grateful for the value they gave me on my trade in despite finding out it was a rebuild. They threw in winter tires and gave me an unreal price on my new car. I truly felt looked after and that the sales team genuinely cared about me. I love my new car and want to thank Travis Hedges for all his work in finding me the right vehicle!

Extra Key

Brought pick up in to get an extra key. The key is the programmable type, they could not present gram key for my truck and was charged 275$ for the programmable key that can only open the door and not start the truck. I was never advised that key might not work. I could have had a key cut for dollars at local hardware stores if I just wanted one to open the door. I will never set foot in that place again.

Not happy

I went in for a recall on 2014 jeep. When i phined for the appointment, they said they would get me in and out with in 1/2 to a hour. I am from out of town, two hours away. They did give me a courtesy car. Phoned after two hours, said my jeep had not even been looked at yet. I said i need it back in a hour, i have two hour drive home. Phoned back in a hour, he said nope. Not even looked at yet. I said do not worry. I will be there in five minutes to pick up. He phoned me right back and said they could probably get it in with in the next five or ten minutes. I said nope. Whcih he should of said go for lunch, we are sorry we are more than three hours behind. And bring us back the receipt. Will will get it in right away. When i picked up my jeep, all i got was sorry. I wrote the dealership, i did not hear a thing back from them. Not good service. No phone calls to say they were running late, no follow up on my complaint. I will take jeep to 100 mile now.

2015 Dodge Journey

We bought a 2015 Dodge Journey, and false advertising no 0% financing. In March I had my car in twice because the engine light came on. They treated me like they were doing me a favor to fix it. I hope I never have to set foot in that place again. After the second time in there I raised a fuss, and they finally rented me a car. When I went to pick my car up the gas tank was on empty, and when I asked Lanny about it, he said I would have to take it up with Kal, who naturally wasn't available.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I went in there for help with my car and they wouldn't take me seriously. As a young women I felt as though I was completely being ignored and shoved aside. Once I finally got them to listen they wouldn't answer my questions or tell me what was happening. Terrible service, I'm never coming back here.

We bought a 2015 Dodge Journey at Kamloops Dodge, and TV advertises 0% interest on 2015 vehicles to clear out. I asked about this, and as we have a good Credit Rating, the best they could come up with was 2.99%. I call this false advertising, and will never deal with them again

Never buy a truck here!!

I will never buy a truck here again, the worst service I have ever had, and even if you have an appointment they still make you wait for simple things that should take no time. As for the extended warranty, you might as well not have it.

Was absolutly miss led on Truck deal

Traveled to dealership from an hour and half away ,salesman was helpful but kms on pu were higher than I was comfortable with so after hesitating the general manager came out and asked what it would take to get me in the truck . I said "I don't know" he said how about if I give you 160k bumper to bumper warranty would that sweeten the deal , I hemmed and hawed and said would you throw in a set of winter tires . He said yes . I went back the next day with my husband to sign the papers and was hit with a 5600 dollar bill for the tires and the 160k warranty . General manager was rude and disrespectful to my husband when he tried to defend his actions saying it was a misunderstanding and would take away the tires and pay half the warrenty..He went so far as to say to my husband ",What do you know sir, you weren't even here " (pertaining to the deal that was made the night before). We walked out of the office and went to rivershore dodge and bought brand new and were treated very well with respect and dignity .

while stranded in bc we called dealership before going there thanks to Sam the service manager for looking up said problem with in 1 hour of arrival they had our journey on hoist and fixed. Very pleasant people to deal with also to Ashley got her help . You are the best and will tell other people about your deslership

We drove our Dodge 2500 pick up to Kamloops from Lillooet...

We drove our Dodge 2500 pick up to Kamloops from Lillooet (340 km's per round trip, 2 hours each way) THREE times to have the same issue looked at. After the first trip service said they would order the part for the next appointment. After we had spent 6 hours waiting the second trip, they said they did not have the right part and would order it. The following week we called twice to see if we could make an appointment to re book leaving our phone number, but we did not receive a call back for over 1 month. The service was so bad and the quality of craftsmanship was so bad on our hardly used 2011 Dodge 2500 Hemi that we sold it for a 2013 Tacoma which we love, having great experience with our second vehicle also being a 2010 Tacoma. Overall craftsmanship of the Toyota is superior to that of Dodge, no rattling parts etc., handles better than the dodge and uses less than half the fuel!!!
