Get auto check, not just their carfax.

I bought a Hummer from auburndale kelley that ends up having a damaged frame they sold us. Now other dealers will not use as a trade in. Makes the vehicle worth 1/2. Jason said word of mouth is everything and said they would make it right. They did not. I have found that if they got it at auction, they knew the title was branded, but sold it at hugh profit. I question it. Seems Jasons word didnt mean much. Their vehicles are over priced.

I would not recommend this dealer.

ive lived in polk county my whole life and have done business at many dealerships. Kelley Buick GMC tries to make the customer happy. People are humans and humans make mistakes! how they deal with the mistake and accept responsibility is what amazed me! Thanks Ron And Louis For Being AWESOME !! I will ONLY deal with Kelley from now on and urge you to also!

Great service and sales

I've bought three trucks and had them all serviced here at Kelley! Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else and wouldn't buy from anyone else. They throw in two oil changes when you purchase the vehicle when a lot of dealers don't. Louis and Ben in service are a grade A team! Highly recommend

Trying to get my oil changed

Trying to get my oil changed it was almost 2 weeks so they can get it changed and I bought the car from them 2 months ago with no key fob now they want to charge me $55 a piece to just program them you spend $40,000 on a car you think they could waive that $55

Our main contact was by text and phone with Rick Bass, our salesman until we came yesterday to see the SUV and buy it. He told us no one would beat his price, which of course we didn't believe....but he is a man of his word and he significantly beat every other dealership we got prices for...in one case, on the same vehicle! No games, no stress and hassle free purchase. He was competent, organized and ready for us when we arrived. We had shopped several other dealerships prior to seeing him and dealt with one in Sarasota that would not negotiate on price, another in Pasco that pulled a bait and switch, and others that played games with the price and their ability to get the right vehicle in for us to see. Rick was a pleasure to work with, as was his Salesmanager, Brandon Wundrow. Only one small issue that was resolved quickly by the Salesmanager, and we were good to go. We will recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family. It was worth the ride to Bartow.

If I could give negative stars I would! A huge thanks to Ali of the Kelley dealership for WASTING MY TIME!! Vehicle in question was VERY low mileage and very straight clean truck.I asked Ali before I drove almost 3 hours to him, if the truck body was clean and he said of course it was......when I finally arrived, Ali was nowhere to be found, nobody could find him at all, never even met him. I inspected the truck and the ENTIRE undercarriage of the truck was very badly rusted!!! From the frame to the bottoms of every door, rust chipping away. The truck only had 39k miles...and was covered in rust. To top it off, they painted all of it black and blue to try and hide all the rust. Bottom line I was lied to flat out, no excuses for that. I would steer WAY clear of this place!! Shamefull

BUYER Beware!!

WE bought a 2008 VW here that was suppose to be a PRE-Certified vehicle when we 1st drove it was a lot of shaking so Salesman said no problem will fix that so after a couple day driving the car the whole right side had NO power then the red engine light came on the dash. They fixed the right side with no power but told we would have to pay for a new thermostat that was the reason for the Engine light being on. I said but the car was still under warranty (90 days warranty) Salesman Robert texts me says its 75% -25% where the customer pays 75%!! WHAT!!!? are you kidding me? (He was not even man enough to call me on the phone to tell me this). This light has been on since day 2 of driving this car and text me I have to pay 75% for it? Robert would not answer me anymore after asking him for proof of this warranty agreement we never received. There was NO way this car was Pre-Certified from the get go! It has been 1 problem after another. BEWARE Get the Warranty Agreement before buying!

Typical Bait & Switch routine

I wish there was an option for a ZERO stars, because that's what this dealership deserves. I did get a response to my inquiry. A few days later I called to inquire if the vehicle was still available (20h before I would be going to look at it). I was told yes, and that directions would be texted to me. Never received them - that should have been the 1st hint. So I drive to the address on CarGurus, and find out the truck is not there.OK, fine, mistakes happen.The person I talked to verified that the truck was available (called the other location's manager) and I was sent off on a 13-15 min drive to the next town over). I get there, and the manager (Kyle) refers to a '12 truck.. "No" I said, I'm here to look at the '08. Well, guess what, it is "mysteriously" not on the lot and he doesn't know where the truck is (gee, should we call the police dept and report it STOLEN???). Ahh, but he can help & sell me another truck, the '12 or another truck... and inquires what am I looking for? Umm, I'm looking for the truck that was advertised and I was twice told within a 20 h stretch (the 2nd time, just 15 min before I was supposed to view it) that it WAS AVAILABLE...SERIOUSLY??? So I go back to the original (parent) dealership to advise the manager that they have a serious problem with how they are treating customers. He washed his hands saying he had just relied what he was told on the phone...sure, in the era of digital record keeping where UPS can track the tiniest of packages shipped from QVC, they don't know where a friggin' 1 TON truck is? When I said that it should be easy to see how the nasty car salesman reputation is earned, he got all offended and bent out of shape... Well, excuse me, Mr. Sensitive, but it is the truth. He did offer to fill my tank, since I drove in from Tampa (1 1/2 hrs each way) but I want NOTHING to do with their dealership and I had not come in for charity - I had come in to do business, and they failed miserably. I was lied to twice, then the manager at their second lot was trolling to see if he could "help me out" with another vehicle. Maybe they thought a petite woman would be easy pickings... I didn't come to the dealership for HELP - I came in to do a CASH deal on the advertised truck, if it met my criteria (the last dealer I went to made up a story about the car being in a dealership in an area that had been deemed flooded but he vehicles were ok. He had steamed cleaned the engine and the inside... but failed to remove the DRIED SALT CRYSTALS under the back seat of the truck - thank you but I needed a truck not a BOAT...) Nothing they can do gives me back the 4 hrs I wasted on my only day off in the last 13 days, when I could have been in Bradenton looking at another truck. So bottom line - buyer beware. Unless you are standing on their lot in front of the car you want, and you sign on it, don't trust much of what they'll tell you on the phone or anywhere else on their lot. Oh, and write down the VIN number of the car you looked at and wanted, check it against the sales purchase order AND check it against the VIN on the car that is delivered to you... just sayin'

I had a problem pairing my phone. I did not buy it there buy called to see if they could fix it. It was 4pm on Friday so I thought I would be out of luck for the weekend. The said to " bring it right in" I got there at 4:30 and they called a tech right out to my truck to look at it! Awesome! These guys are really good, respectful of my time and friendly. It was a simple fix and I was on the road in 15 min. I love this place. I'll be back and buy my next GMC from them as well! John Musolf

When we first stepped foot in this dealer we treated like they have know us for a lifetime. They spent alot of time with us finding the right car for our needs and our budget. The whole experince was wonderful. No high pressure more like friends trying to help us out. I haye buying cats due to the gaunlet of people you have to go through to get a price. This is not the case here I acutually enjoyed buying this vehicle and the service department has been just as great. They have made a lifelong customer and friend out of us. If you dont give them a shot you will be wasting your money.

From the minute I stepped into the dealership I knew I would have a Great experience. I was greeted by Russell and he said that if I had any questions to just ask. I was not harassed like at other dealers. When I had questions they were answered. I felt totally comfortable. I looked at several trucks. When I narrowed it down to 2 they explained the differences in them and that made my selection easier. I was given more than a fair value for my trade in and was surprised at the deal I got on my new truck. The finance office was absolutely wonderful. They searched and found me the best interest rate. When we were done with the sale the sales staff introduced me to the service staff and gave me the tour of the facility and explained what I could expect from them. Again, friendly making sure I was satisfied. When I left that day I felt like family. I will definitely go back. I would recommend Kelley Buick/GMC to anyone who is looking to be treated fair and with respect while looking for a new or used vehicle.

The customer service was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, even those who were not working the deal with me. I didn't get there until 6:30, they close at 7. They all stayed there until I was done and wasn't trying to rush. I would definitely buy another car from Kelley Buick GMC and will refer them to friends and family.

Purchased an 2005 Honda Odessey EX-L Van worked with a salesperson with 11 plus years of experience. My wife and I test drove the van and noticed a vibration in the engine? we expressed this concern to the salesperson he stated the the van was safety inspected and assured me the the van was sound We also noticed that the tires were less then 50% we agreed to purchase the van on the word of the salesperson and the agreement to change the tires hoping to solve the vibration. several days after the tires were replaced the van continued to have the engine vibration. Being that the orginization re-assured me that the van was fine and the fact that they were not a Honda dealership, I decided to take the van to the local Honda dealership in winter Haven. I dropped the van off at 8 am three days after purchase at 830 am the adviser from Honda David H. called me and stated that the reason for the engine vibration was due to the motor mounts being seveerly cracked also causing not only the vibration but also loosening three bolts in the engine. I did purchase an extended warranty but! due to the issue being pre-existing they would not honor the cost of the repair.I made contact with Kelley Buick GMC and they were not willing to help me at all with the cost of the repair. I asked them to just re-emburse me for only the cost of the parts. which was 900.00 the full bill was 1200.00. I got a call back from Mr. Hernandez the GM that was basically trying to bully me on the phone and state that they were not responsible because I did not give them an opportunity to repair the van and basically called the Honda dealership a bunch of crooks that high grossed me on parts. Mr. Hernandez finally agreed to send me against his better judgement 162.00 which he stated was his cost on the parts. Until today I have yet to receive a penny from this dealership. After further investigation I found out that the parts he quoted me was for an lx model not an ex-l and that Mr. Russel Hernandez actually worked for the Micheal Holly orginization so it doe's not surprise me on how they treat the consumer. bad move on Kelley Buick GMC to hire this guy.

After the sale the dealership tried to strong arm more money out of me. Jerry Cox the finance person acted very unprofessional trying to make me out to be the criminal. I would suggest to stay are far away from these people as possible. I filed a formal complaint with GMC.

We had a signed purchase agreement with financing in place on a vehicle. The dealer emailed me the day before I was to pick it up that they sold it to someone else. The agreement was signed by both parties. I am sending it to my attorney.

These people tried to screw us badly- had a wierd noise in my wife's Saturn this winter- my wife took it in-service manager told her that there was a leak in the power steering column- that the rack& pinion had been compromised- and everything would have to be replaced for around $800. I found this weird since the car is parked on cement, and we never saw any sign of a leak, and the power steering fluid was full- so I took it to an independent mechanic- it was a quick $25 fix. There was no leak, and the power steering was fine- they lied to us, and tried to screw us out of $800 (though when my wife said we couldn't afford it, he did say he'd "help us out" and take the total to about $745) Douchebag!!! Do NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING!
