Horrible Customer Service

The absolute worst experience I ever had at a dealership. Salesman insulted my wife, the issue was addressed and I started over with a new salesman. Nice guy he talked to his sales manager and told him what I wanted. A few minutes later my wife and kids walk inside because it was 98degrees outside. And the sales manager is talking about a customer come to find out it was me. When I addressed the issue he said he was talking about me. Like it was ok to talk badly about someone. It was simply because I was having a hard time selecting the vehicle color and trim package. I would think it’s common when your spending 50k on a vehicle. I left I’d had enough they are just wanting to hustle you in and out as fast as they can to make a sale. I went to Mtn View Chevrolet and had the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle in a long time.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Best Car Dealership Experience I've Ever Had!!

By far, the BEST car dealership experience I've ever had! Chris Sitterding was AMAZING to work with! Unlike my HORRIBLE experience at Infiniti of Chattanooga, Chris actually took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle in order to find the best car for me within my budget! Chris was never pushy in any way! He was very patient with me and let me take my time. I came to see him 3 times and test drove 2 cars before I made my decision to come in a 4th time and buy a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu LT which I absolutely LOVE! Chris was a pleasure to do business with and was easy to negotiate with. I will definitely be buying my second car from Integrity Chevrolet in the future and I hope to be able to work with Chris again when the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle!!

Very pleasant visit to the dealership

Bitten by crappy warranty and even worse product

2014 Chevy Cruze that I bought in March from another Chevy dealer developed a rough idle and an oil leak at the same time, After self diagnosing and replacing the PCV valve, O2 sensor and cleaning the MAF sensor, I took it in for "professional help". Rough idle was because a fitting on intake manifold was broken off - warranty did not cover because their was evidence of a previous non-standard repair. Both dealers took the position that I broke the fitting so warranty was denied. Oil leak was diagnosed as a gasket behind the filter housing which is also not covered because it is an external part. This turned out to be the wrong diagnosis anyway because the oil leak returned within 1 week. Now the diagnosis is a leaking oil cooler which is again an external part and not covered under the power train. Bottom line - crappy warranty and even worse product. I have 3 Chevy vehicles at the moment and am now convinced I have made a huge mistake and will begin to immediately purge them from my fleet. The "nothing we can do about it" attitude at the service department is unfortunate and will be what I remember about GM from now on.

I would like to thank Eric and Chris from the service department. It’s always a pleasure to deal with the gentlemen in all situations regarding my 2014 Silverado and my son’s Camaro. I would definitely recommend Integrity Chevy to anyone that is not satisfied with their dealership. Overall excellent service.

Had a tire issue ona new z06. They bent my wheels

Took our new 2017 z06 in for flat spots on the tires, they ordered and replaced them. While they had a lot of difficulty with the run flat tires they bent the wheels. They claimed my wife did it while driving it. I proved they were bent in such a way that it was human error by the tech. They never returned a call. They fought me every step of the way. While I was there I witnessed one of their techs asking the shop supervisor how to change a u joint. I think they have a lot of inexperienced laborers that they pass off as trained techs. We do finally get new wheels , but had to take them elsewhere for mounting and balancing. They will never touch one of my six Chevrolet vehicles again.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Have dealt with Integrity since its inception and was a former customer through Saturn. The service department (Lance Galyon) always takes excellent care of us and our 4 vehicles! Salesperson, Jordan Miles, has sold us numerous cars and we always get a great deal and have never had a bad experience. We have used this company (sales and service) for 15 years and don't foresee us ever going anywhere else!

Just purchased our second new vehicle here and had a great experience. Jordan Miles sold us both new vehicles and he was a pleasure to work with both times. He is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We specifically went back to Integrity for this recent purchase because of Jordan and the overall, hassle-free experience from our first visit.

Dangerous workmanship

Towed in for on road breakdown. During a $8000.00 repair mechanic punctured the radiator. Failed to properly connect hoses to waterpump claimed waterpump was leaking,replaced at additional $900.00 Failed to connect diesel return line resulting in roadside breakdown and then failed to properly purge coolant system resulting in another roadside failure. Called serviice but they never returned my call.

Oops!!!

In early September I took my GMC to Integrity Chevrolet due to my warning system indicating I had a low back passenger side tire. The warning light had come on three times within a week and after adding air, when deflate again. The service department discovered a nail in the tire and I had to purchase a new one. While driving the vehicle home, I felt a slight shimming as if the front end was out of balance but thought it was perhaps just the new tire needing to be 'worn' some. After a couple weeks, the car was still shimming and I returned to Integrity Chevrolet. The tire had not been balanced when it was put on the vehicle. Really???? A couple of days later, I noticed the tire stem valve cap was missing and the GMC medallion that goes into the center of the wheel was missing as well. Had to take the vehicle back to Integrity Chevrolet. Reed Morgan took care of this for me and was extremely apologetic regarding the missing items and me having to return for the balance of a new tire. I'm surprised the tire wasn't balanced when it was mounted and not sure how they left the tire stem cap and GMC medallion off. In the future, before leaving the dealership I will do a much more thorough review of the repaired area before driving off. From my home to the dealership is over a 50 mile roundtrip. I'm still a HUGE fan of Integrity's service department, but will be more watchful going forward.

Chris Sitterding was our salesman, and he is such good guy, he was on our side and got us the best deal, they would do anything to help us with our purchase, it came down to 1 k and the sales mgr made it happen, just bought a used truck under rough trade in value, thanks guys

GMC and Integrity have failed to resolve issue

GMC and Integrity have lost my business. A 70,000 dollar brand new vehicle that shimmy's at speeds above 70 mph is unacceptable. The blame is on tires that are spec compliant and known to cause shimmy at road force values that are high yet within "spec". My spec is my butt and my satisfaction. Had this issue been identified prior to them getting into my pockets, it would have been resolved to my satisfaction. Go figure. Once the money crosses the table, the definition of customer satisfaction changes.

He has been the constant over these years and I know my vehicle will be taken care of thoroughly when he is overseeing the work. I love going into this dealership's service department. They are right there waiting to greet you and make you feel welcome. And they succeed. Your car is always ready when they tell you it will be and you always receive a phone call confirming the completion of the work. Then, when I arrive and complete my payment transaction, my car is brought around for me, the lot guy takes out the plastic they placed on your seats and the mat they placed on your floor, and holds the door open for me. And then, he thanks me for my business. You just can't get much better than that.
