Engine sucks and the service.

Bought a car here and hardly past 60,000 miles and my engine is using extreme amounts of oil. They won't replace it under warranty because the car was low on oil shortly after it was changed. Of course it's low on oil because their engine broke and it's been guzzling the oil like crazy. Overall this is the worst buying experience and service experience I have very had and I hope this dealership gets put out of business.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Don't take your trucks here

The last two times I had my truck there... their service rep sucked I told him I needed my number 4 glow plug replaced.. he told me they would have to take off the whole front end . I think it was because I was a woman and he was so dishonest that he was going to tell me this. I told him that they needed to go through the driver's wheel well and then he called me back and told me that they had to replace the wiring harness and that all of my glow plugs were gone. I told him if all of them was gone how did I drive the truck there and they had done the uneven bank about four months ago he said he didn't have a record I told him the receipt was in the glove box thinking that he had been fired by then my truck lost its starter and I had the truck towed there. I asked them to change the fuse for the tow-haul and the back sensor.. (that is on the same fuse) and they told me the control stick on the steering column was out so I had them change that... then ... after the huge bill, I was driving home and the tow-haul and the backup sensors didn't work so I called them they laughed and I took the truck back their excuse was that their guy didn't clip the sensor in on the newly installed stick on the steering column/ it must have come loose as they were driving it around their lot Don't take your cars here. they don't care and John is a jerk and they don't know how to fix anything. I would Never Never buy a car or truck there at all.

The order process was very detailed and met all of our expectations. The F250 has exactly what we requested on it and the stone grey color has already received a lot of positive comments. We would have preferred a more accurate arrival date from Ford when checking that online.

The Team have been so amazing to work with! I was treated like a royal guest that was worth getting the best deal they could ever provide and fought to give us that and take care of us. It was almost as if there was literally no self interest in their motivations or hesitation whether giving the best deal for us would be good for them. It was just amazing! Highly recommended. Quick and easy

Just needed to do the AdvantageCare Oil Change/Tire Rotation. Booked appointment online, showed up early. Told them I only had 2 hours and they had me done in one hour, and were able to replace fuel filters in that time as well. Working with Jarred was great but everyone I encountered was friendly and attentive--I think 3 times someone walked by me and said "do you have everything you need?" I live about 10 minutes from another Ford dealer, and an hour from this one--but since I bought at Ken Garff I value getting it serviced there. Have never been let down.

very professional and friendly

I was so impressed at how professional they were. They got me in quick and fix the problem quickly. I talk to John two different times on the phone and he was so friendly and helpful. Ford Ranger airbag recall

Ken Garff ordered the parts for my Ford Ranger airbag recall. A couple of weeks later, when the part arrived an appointment was set up. Everyone was so nice and professional. They need my vehicle all day, so they set me up for a ride home with Uber. My vehicle was finished before they closed for the day. They did a great job!
