I've watched their commercials over and over they are real my salesman Steve McDonald was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable no bull. Michael Fawcett the business manager was excellent with his knowledge of all incentives and they both made the whole experience enjoyable and easy I will recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend this dealer.

Horrible service station

We leased a 2015 Cadi truck. Since day one the truck has been jolting. It has been brought in to the Kerbeck service station, at least five times. Each time we go they are swearing there is nothing wrong. It feels almost like the transmission is slipping. We pay $549.00. Per month, to have a luxury truck that there is obviously something wrong with. We have given up bringing it in, just to hear the Cadi is fine. They will never replace our truck with one that isn't a lemon. We are at a loss of what to do with this truck.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst ever customer service! no parts after car taken apart. Then cracked parts during work causing oil leaks!!!!! Worst ever do not go here! Horrible !

I would not recommend this dealer.

I've seen their commercials a thousand times and was skeptical that they would be able to help me get out of a vehicle with high mileage and was upside down in value (2008 GMC Envoy 83K miles). I originally had gone to look at a Buick but after sitting down with Saba and Sammy, the numbers just wouldn't work for what I owed on my trade-in vs. what the bank would allow. However, all was not lost ... Sammy suggested that I go with a vehicle that had a higher book value. They had a practically a brand new 2013 Cadillac that someone brought back because of a divorce. It only had 8300 miles; still smelled like a new car. While it wasn't my exact choice of color or vehicle, the situation worked out for me. He was able to get me out of a vehicle that I didn't want and put me in something newer and much nicer for roughly the same payment. I would recommend this dealership for the following reasons: 1) Staff is friendly; no high pressure sales pitch 2) Bent over backwards to help get into a new car - didn't have to put any money down and got a 90 day delay in payments Sammy suggested that I come back in a few years, and then he'll see if he can get me into that Buick Regal. The Cadillac is very nice, don't get me wrong, but I'd rather be driving the Regal. :)
