When nobody else would help me

I drove around for days and nobody would help this lower middle class person find a used Toyota Tacoma In tell Nick and his team help me get in to my Dream truck thank you guys and gals. Nick has waste no time attitude which is perfect William

Great service all the way around!

When we arrived on the lot, we expected to be approached pretty quickly. David did approach us but he also stayed back just a bit and asked us if we were looking for anything specific. When we showed him our printout, he then came closer, introduced himself and the process was started. David was never pushy and never made us feel like we were taking too long in the process. David was friendly and made our experience a very goon one. Devon was great at the final paperwork/financing part of the deal. He was also very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

Gives nothing for trade ins

I bought my truck less than 5 months ago and they will only give me 1500 as a trade in. Ridiculous! And when I picked up my truck I bought, the oil was never changed, and they didn't even have it cleaned up!

I would not recommend this dealer.

B.L.U.F. (Bottom Line Up Front for the civilians reading this) Simply the best. No need to go into detail, just know that the Sales Team stand by their product, and will do everything within their power to make sure that you leave the dealership a satisfied customer. I will never buy another truck from another dealership but this one. I had the pleasure of dealing with great people they are not pushy in any way like most places. It took a little while to get what I was looking for but that was not the fault of David he waited with me and let me know everything that was going on. I would go back to him to buy a vehicle anytime.

Wish I never went there

First saw the vehicle on internet so pretty much knew which one we wanted right off. The whole purchasing process was really slow and cumberson especially since we went in knowing which car we wanted and had cash payment ready. Should have been quick and easy.Specifically asked if the vehicle was ready to make several long trips or if I needed to take it to another mechanic for a check up before leaving on trip. Was told there was a 200 point inspection and that everything would be fine. When looked at vehicle--oil light was on but they said they hadn't finished the inspection yet. Should have ended it there but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Bought it and 120 miles from home, the motor blew. To their credit, they did tow it back to the dealership and replace the motor. However, I sat on side of road stranded in the mountains in the heat with 3 little girls. After they repaired the car, We headed off to the beach with the 3 little girls in tow. First day at the beach--the air conditioner died. spent week at beach driving with no ac and a 5 hour drive back in the heat with no ac. Turns out condenser itself had a hole in it and had to be replaced which was a large chunk of change. In short, they made of have done a complete 200 point inspection of the vehicle, but they definitely missed some very important points or simply chose to patch the needed repairs long enough to get the vehicle off the property. I would have never thought this would happened from an established dealer which is why we went there--this wasn't some side of the road used car dealer and I expected better service and treatment from them. I would expect this off craigslist or used car flyers but not from this dealer. WRONG wish I had never crossed its path.

I have dealt with Angela Adcock in all three transactions and will always want to work with her in the future. bought a new ram 3500

bought a new ram 3500 cummings mega cab and after we got it home found out that it had been painted in 3 areas. after call them and Chrysler nether would say what happened. have to take to court to find out. buyers beware they are selling DAMAGE rams for new and they don't have to disclose it.

Buying truck

No pressure, didn't take to long, good salesman. Came in a couple weeks ago, David showed me a few trucks and then gave me his cellphone # so he could look at anything else I found. Had the truck waiting on me when I showed and we made the deal.

Worst experience ever...

I saw a truck online on Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep's website. Now I have heard from several people that this place was a little shady but I decided to go check the truck out. I go look at the truck, drive the truck. Next day I take off work- take the truck to my mechanic to get it looked over. They gave a report that was expected. I take the truck back- the salesman says he cannot hold the truck without a $500 deposit while I go to the bank to get a check. I pay them their $500 deposit. Proceed to do massive amounts of work on my end...moving money around, getting a certified check, call my insurance company. I show back up the the dealership...get half way through the paperwork and a smug little "manager" by the name of Joseph Bristow- informs me that the price is wrong online and that he can not sell me that truck for that. Hey I get it, mistakes happen Offered to give me my deposit back and "put gas in my tank" but would not give me anything for my time, effort, or energy and would be happy to sell me the truck for $10,000 more than our agreed upon price. I wasted hours on this. STAY AWAY! Would not do any business with this place- A-typical "Stealership"

Appalling service experience

Absolutely appalled and in shock! My wife and I have ALWAYS referred people to this dealership and were planning on our next purchase from them until our recent experience. I am posting this here for all to see and following up in several forums to see if any will resolve this prior to my contacting Chrysler corporation and seeking legal advice for small claims. I am betting they will not though if they do I will update my comments and give credit if it is due! We are a Chrysler family and one of our vehicles, a 2005 Chrysler 300, quite running. Vehicle was towed there as we were heading out of town on vacation and I authorized repairs "up to $1000" while I was gone. The mechanic found a broken timing belt due to a socket being left behind during a recent change (our fault NOT theirs), and a dinged up cam sprocket. Mind you this is an interference engine......They completed those repairs and naturally the car wouldn't start. They remove the intake plenum and spark plugs and said that every piston was hit and one punctured. We were given the option of a used engine at a cost greater than the value of the car. Every place we called said they would have looked in the cylinders FIRST as any internal damage and nothing but a rebuild or replacement would fix. When my wife went in and spoke to them about the bill the service adviser told her it was cheaper the way they serviced the car....REALLY??? She asked why when the belt was found to be broken, why didn't they look in the cylinders for damage FIRST before anything else...They said they didn't have a camera....REALLY?? My wife asked then how did they look in AFTER the repairs? The service manager acted like a complete unprofessional, threw his hands up in the air, slammed them on the desk and informed her "THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER!". When my wife tried to get the general manager, she was told "Oh he is a floater and not here and looks after several dealerships". This is how you treat customers loyal to a brand and dealership???? I could understand a couple hours of labor to find that the belt is broken, then remove the upper plenum and spark plugs to bore-scope the cylinders, but what we were charged was NOT reasonable, and according to the other Chrysler dealerships we called and every mechanic we spoke to, with an interference engine it should have been bore-scoped FIRST when the belt was broken. I will bet the Chrysler corporation agrees..... Dealerships wonder why people try to avoid them for service, and this is why.
