Stellar Service

This is for their service department, I don't know much about their sales/retail division. I honestly haven't experienced any more honest, reliable, affordable and communicative service with any other car brand. Every time I went there, people were prompt, nice, cared about my situation and always followed up properly. I am not only happy with this place, but recommend it to anyone needing help with their vehicle.

Never coming back..........

The service dept. did not find a way to solve (or suggest any possible solutions) my car problems pertaining to the stereo system. It was like...oh well. They do a very poor job of washing the car, resetting all service interval switches and the price is $40.00 more expensive than Galpin Honda. So, you know which dealer will be servicing my car in the future.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Fast Service Than Expected

This is my 3rd time to go to Keyes Honda Service Center. They did B1 maintenance service, it was done faster than I expected. They e-mailed me to inform me about status of the service and when it was done. The waiting room was great with water, tea, coffee and fruits available to make my wait comfortable and pleasant. No stress, no hazzle.

I've been to other Honda dealers for service on my darling Civic but am now spoiled by Keyes and particularly Jonelle. Considering that I got there a bit late, the service was faster than I expected. Cost was as expected. Thank you Jonelle and Bob. And, Holy Moly! The waiting room is just wonderful: spacious, big comfy chairs, 2 TVs, a large bowl of fresh fruit, vending machines and (my personal favorite) a coffee bar! And, it was not freezing cold like another local dealer.

I am very happy with the Greg. He took his time showing us the difference between CR V vs. HR V He let me sit on each different type and all of sudden I saw the one I really liked. Price was reasonable thank God from Costco auto program deals. It's not as much but I am happy with the car. He's very professional , answered all our questions , explained how Costco auto program works. We are happy that we went to this place .

If you happen to run across this location through your web search, don't. EVERYTHING on their website is a lie and when you show up, they over inflate the price of the service by 2-3 TIMES the amount listed. This was actually not the first time this has happened. Encountered the same poor customer service shortly after change from Miller to Keyes. Had hoped perhaps they might have improved over time. They got worse.

Went in for an oil change after 3k miles on my civic with 25k total miles. Dealer recommended additional minor repairs for additional $800. I've owned hondas for 18 years now, but dealer still insists on treating me like a chump.

Great for the price

Service done in reasonable time whilst I waited. Staff courteous and helpful. Higher-end priced, but they washed my car really well, which the former owners of service center (Miller) stppped doing some time ago. Nice touch (new to me) were email updates on status of the service. Waiting room of same comfort, with free 'gourmet' coffee and water, but no more donuts, replaced now by fruit, thankfully with good cookies and packaged pasteries on the side for us old-line Miller customers.

I would recommend this dealer.

Our Pilot has reached the 100,000 mile mark, which means some expensive, but critical service visits to avoid unexpected and MORE expensive issues. Jonelle helped us plan and schedule the expected repairs so the costs are spread out, while the car is still going strong with out a hitch. We have bought Honda's for the past 30 years. Honesty, care and understanding of the costs to the customer from the employees we work with are important to us. We also appreciate getting into a clean car at pick up! My husband thought it had been waxed when I brought it home! Thank you!!

Vibration Problems Resolved

Have a 2011 CRV that had vibration problems. Went to what is now Keyes Honda to get repair under extended warranty. The mechanics determined that the problem was in the transmission, but insurance company denied repair. Worked with Oscar and Allen, who worked hard to make sure the insurance company held up to the contract. End result - new transmission and the car runs like new.

Oscar was my service advisor and he was thorough, knowledgeable, and very respectful. I went in for a regular oil and filter change. I waited for the car to be serviced since Oscar said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. They finished before the time indicated and checked everything else on the vehicle too. It was a pleasant and easy experience and a good price too! I will recommend Keyes Honda service to everyone.
