Bad customer setvice

First when I called for an appointment , I Asked if Miguel Cuenca will be working that day and They told yes . When I got there Miguel wasn’t working that day . Service Manager was my advisor for that day . It took almost 2 hours for oils change and air filter ..I had to asked her twice about my car , When I went back and asked her about my car . She not even no my car was alrady done .She couldn’ Find my paper work because it was misplaced. She wasn’t helpful.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Work - Excellent, "Inspection Report" - Not so much

The maintenance performed at Keyes is on the highest level, professional and timely. Their complimentary "Inspection Report" however leaves much to be desired. The "inspection" performed during our latest visit included FAILs for repairs and maintenance already done, including some performed at this dealership. Items were obviously copied and pasted from a previous report. The inaccuracies of the current report lead one to question the veracity of the entire report. By including invalid FAIL items from report to report, a customer might end up ordering duplicated repairs or maintenance. At best Keyes' inspection reports are confusing, at worst they could certainly be considered deceptive. Keyes' inspection reports are a big FAIL.

What a great, professional, courteous, expert team! Helpful in every way. Bob Tice has been our mechanic through over 5 cars and many, many years and he is ALWAYS excellent. Vanessa Palacios is our most recent advisor and she is terrific. Just met Miguel Cuencas and had a most comfortable time talking with him. Thank you, all!!

I've always loved my previous CR-V and when it was time for a new one I just went randomly to this dealer and met this awesome salesman, Bill Batch! He helped me all the way. He's very professional, straight to the point and voila had my car in just couple of hours. This guy knows his job so well, being in the car sales industry for decades. Outstanding Experience Without Pressure OR Purchase

After several years of car ownership and unfamiliar with current car features and technology, I dreaded the experience of car shopping experience. Due to some specific special needs requirements, I did not eventually buy a new or used car from Keyes Honda but, after visits at a number of dealerships, I am so extremely impressed with this dealership and the salesman, Paul Zavala, who served me. First, Paul spent a great deal of time with me, was personable and, forthright in answering my many questions. There was absolutely no pressure and I visited a few times before making a decision. The atmosphere was relaxing with refreshments and friendliness by all staff. The other salesmen and managers were also welcoming and did not appear to be pressuring Paul or myself, though I'm sure questions were asked. Unfortunately, in the end, the car I was considering did not meet my specific needs; however, I would definitely return and recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. Car buying would be so much more pleasant and easier if all car dealerships were like this. Loved the experience and learned so much. Thank you sooo much, Paul. Kudos to the dealership for letting Paul work with me the way I needed.

Painless/flawless

Flawless repair service

From my service with Miguel to the Service Director Vanessa all were top notch all the way! The follow up and length of service repair was excellent. I will recommend Keyes Honda to all I speak with. Many thanks to the team at Keyes Honda for repairing my 2013 Honda Accord.

Dishonesty and Misleading

In fact I asked several times to talk with the general manager of Keyes. I haven't heard back from him or any one else. I have very bad experience with the service department. Service consultant Norbert W. Bajder was very rude, disrespectful, dishonest and wasn't able to answer very simple question "did you use Honda recommend engine oil for my Accord which is (5w30) or 5w20 as he stated in his paper work. Finally, he referred me to his supervisor to correct the paper work only without admitting that she used the correct oil for my car. In addition, Mr. Bajder tried to mislead me when I asked him why the final cost reached $48.95 and your advertising coupon was $34.95, his respond was extra taxes. After waiting for more than 2 and half hours waiting for my oil change after the supervisor claimed that she doesn't have 5W30 and they need to order it for another place which doesn't make any sense to me when her parts department stated to me this is not true "we have 5W30". In fact I used to deal with the previous dealer Miller Honda for years without any problems. After my bad experience with Keyes my car doesn't running smother like before, furthermore and I discovered that there is oil leaks which I haven't before I take the car to the dealer to change my oil. I don't recommend this dealer for anyone and I'll consider all my options to protect my rights and to put an end to this behaviors.

Always the Best!

I prefer to take my Honda to the dealership service center, and Keyes Honda service center is always excellent for my needs. They communicate well, are always friendly, never bully me into repairs I don't want, and their service center is consistently clean and pleasant for waiting. Their rates are reasonable and they explain the services and rates very clearly.

They don't do they work.

The service center does not complete the work they charge for. I came in for routine maintenance with tire rotation and the tires were not rotated. Then they gave me endless headaches trying to get it done. It makes me wonder what else they are not doing.
