Great Finance Manager

Bentley is a great finance manager. Bentley has many qualities that made me feel comfortable doing business, for example a fantastic can do attitude. I highly recommend seeing Bentley Mixon with your finance needs.

Extremely poor customer service

I have detailed my extreme dissatisfaction with my cowardly salesman, Derrick Riley, my do nothing gift of gab professional , Chase, and finally, Bill, one of the sales managers, the most professional of the group. My complaint stems from my purchase of a used 2011 Volvo that had a “check engine” light appear 26 hours after purchase!! It cost $700 to be repaired by the Volvo master mechanic! Then the “check engine” light disappeared and had not reappeared since. I was assured by the salesman, Derrick, that the 60,000 mike checkup had been performed as required and passed with “flying colors. The car had 66,000 miles on it at time of purchase. The Volvo master mechanic stated there would have been no way that even a cursory 60,000 mike checkup would not have found an issue with the Compression Unit. PCV Box. There was oil spewed throughout the engine compartment which they would have had to clean up and removing the oil cap would have released some the the pressure with a resultant hissing sound. My Volvo mechanic found it instantly!! Not only the inefficiency of the service team, but the unresponsiveness of the sales team necessitates this poor rating. “As is” is one thing, engine fault 26 hours after purchase is another. Ignoring phone calls by Derrick is inexcusable and totally unprofessional. He continues to perpetuate the reputation of dishonest sales people. The name of the dysfunctional item was a PCV box, Positive Crankshaft Ventilation box that eluded the Service experts at Kia Autosport. Being a 50 year member at USAA, I have reported this to the USAA buying service, as well as to USASA's customer service for dissemination to members of the military in the Ft Benning area.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Amazing experience

Was a great experiance from start to finish! Upfront and honest, no run arounds. Wasn't planning to walk out with a new car the same day, but they made it happen.

Mislead

I purchased a new 2017 Kia Sorento. These are my concerns: 1. Told me the SUV had CarPlay. The car does not have CarPlay after I purchased the car. 2. The supposedly new car had over 300 miles, but on the odometer paperwork, the dealership put the car only had 17 miles. 3. They did not put the floor mats in the car & found a brush with blond hair underneath the passenger seat. This car has been used. 4, The finance person lost his temper with an employee right in front of me. Unprofessional! This is not my first time buying a car from this dealership. I traded in my new 2017 Kia Optima for a new 2017 Sorento. My first experience was way better than the second experience.

Will Not Stand Behind Warranty

I bought my 2012 Kia Sorento SX at Kia of Columbus for the tires for life. Well, needless to say it's a scam. I have yet to get new tires. I sent my email address privately to Katie Camacho. KOC is trying to remove my comment. Imagine that.

This was by far the best experience I've had in buying a car. No running back and forth to the finance department as most dealers do. I received a great trade in value, low interest rate, low monthly payment and professional courteous service from everyone I met but especially Mr. Gill and Mr. Bentley. "Another Great Experience at Kia Autosport Columbus Georgia"

We (Alfred Alexander & Family) had purchased a 2016 KIA SOUL for our daughter back in April 2017 and unfortunately it was later totaled. I later called and told Mt. Comer what had happened and he said that he was available if we needed to get another vehicle and expressed a heartfelt concern for our daughter’s wellbeing. Thank you Mr. Trund Comer! We called Trund while preparing for our trip to California and told that we would be coming back through Columbus from Atlanta on August 3, 2017 to get our daughter a new car like what she had before. Trund told us to enjoy our vacation and he would handle the rest. Upon our arrival on August 3, 2017 there was the new vehicle just waiting on us and it was exactly what we wanted and a total shock to our daughter who had no idea what we doing. Trund took the time to know us and our likes is how he was able to have the right car for us. Mr. Clarence Fedrick was extremely through with the explanation of the different warrantees and what it all meant when most just want you to sign but not Mr. Clarence Fedrick thank you sir. We know that Kia Autosport really takes pride in customer service. Thanks you Chase. Prayerfully we want be back so soon for another vehicle but just service.

This is my third car from this dealership and each time I have had a great experience while leaving with the vehicle I did not think I would ever be able to. Derrick Riley and Bentley Mixon worked on getting me in a new Kia Sedona for my wife and our incoming triplets for three days. Derrick kept me calm with the process while Bentley worked behind the scenes to get me the best financing he could. I got way more than I thought and really expected to get a basic van but instead ended up with the perfect vehicle for my family. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Woody and Bentley.... you ROCK!!! Super thumbs UP

A little late, but life has been hectic lately. But I really want to say thank you to Jeff Woodcock (AKA Woody) and Bentley Mixon at Kia AutoSport in Cokumbus, GA. I am TOTALLY in love with Mr. Belvedere.... yes,... that's what I have named my new Ford Expedition that these two got me into. Coming from the most traumatic night of my life and the horrible wreck, I was in a desperate search to get a new car. I have three daughters, super super busy lives (all of us) and in all different directions and to top it all off,,, we were supposed to be headed to the World Series the next week. Out of State and we had no car. I was hurt. Pretty banged up actually. .But luck came my way some when I ran across The ad for the expedition online, I saw it was in Columbus so not too far away for me. I originally called but was connected to someone else but they didn't understand my urgency. And that's when I was connected to Woody. My best friend Josh Dyal (Columbus BMW-SHOUT OUT), told me to call him ". That Woody would help me. " That was music to my ears considering I was in Macon Georgia .... about an hour and 45 minutes away from there but Woody was great.... he was very personable and very helpful ...he helped me over the phone to get approved for the loan within minutes on a less than 15 minute telephone call, and even negotiated and talked via text. Which is SO great!!! And on the day my husband and I arrived in Columbus,.... we were excitedly greeted by Woody .... who already has everything done for us. All we had to do was drool over the new car and meet Bentley ... my finance GURU.... I bet he could sell Ice to and Eskimo. And no offense there please. Just always heard that one. HAHAHHA. Anyways.... Bentley rose to the occasion and totally understood what we needed. We needed the wattanty. If I told you my schedule, you'd run so I totally needed something that would HELP ME FOR ONCE.... ok so I could go on and on but to cut to my point... finally, Go to Kia Autosport,... Ask for Woody and Bentley and let them help you like they did for my family. Thank You is NOT nearly enough. They ROCK!!!!

An excellent place to purchase a vehicle!

I've been going to Kia of Columbus for years now and decided to trade in my 2011 Kia Sorento for a 2017 Kia Sorento. Thomas was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable and patient. Chase helped me with my credit by offering me the best deal possible and going the extra mile to suggest a lender, and when I called them I got approved instantly for a $43k auto loan at a decent rate. John was very professional, he was clear and precise with the finance information and signature process. He explained everything thoroughly and accurately and ensured that I understood things such as the conditions of the tires for life.
