I can honestly say that I was extremely impressed with this dealership. The quality of their product and the professionalism of all the staff was top notch. Rohan was friendly and extremely well informed about all vehicles we looked at. Thanks too Rohan I am now driving a 2018 Forte.

Haley Tasker and everyone else who dealt with us at this dealership were professional and helpful. At the risk of sounding ironic, I didn't feel any of the stereotypical feelings that I feel when I walk into a car dealership. Haley was honest and worked very hard to help us get our vehicle that very same day and afternoon on short notice. I am pleasantly surprised with the service that I was given in purchasing my vehicle and would definitely return there first to buy another one before going anywhere else. :)

My experience at Hamilton Kia

Hello, I saw the new KIA Stinger at the NIAS in February. With the lease of my 2015 Lexus GS expiring and having returned the vehicle I was shopping for a replacement. While pursuing Autotrader an ad popped up for the Stinger. I asked for more information and to arrange a test drive. Subsequently I received a text from Jordan Conti Friday afternoon introducing himself. We exchanged a few messages, I informed him of my interest and a lease quote was requested. He advised that he would work out the numbers and get back to me on Saturday. On Monday when I did not hear from him I sent another text at 4:16 PM and got the quote requested on Monday afternoon. I then inquired regarding a test drive for Wednesday afternoon. He replied that it was his bosses demo and he would check on availability for Wednesday. On Tuesday at 5:09 PM I again sent a text to see if all was arranged, I was told yes “what time in the afternoon” I replied 2 PM. Again no reply. Today I arrived at the dealer and everyone seemed shocked that I had an appointment and Mr. Conti was not available, nor was the Stinger available for a test drive. After waiting for 20 minutes my wife and I left the dealership. I thought to see if a vehicle purchase could be initiated through a text/internet, obviously this was a disaster. A motivated buyer left in the dark on two occasions, necessitating a nudge from the customer, and an terrible experience at a dealership that to me seemed disorganized and confused. At this point I will seek another dealer that will treat me with respect and work to earn my business. Overall I must conclude that in this situation your internet sales department needs much work. As someone with a service industry background I know that you wish to be informed of such incidents. Thank you, Kelly VanderPloeg

Great experience

Came to just stop around and see what kind of suvs were out there. Was greated by Ifte, he showed me the car I was looking at. Super friendly no pressure to buy anything. He showed me everything to do with my car without rushing me. Made sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership.

Bough a New Car!

I recently bought a 2016 Kia Optima from Kia of Hamilton. Not only am I in love with the car, I fell in love with the service. Nicole Carobelli, the Finance Service Manager went above and beyond for my husband and me. She is such a hard worker and it shows. She explained everything in a manner that was completely understandable and it was very helpful. I would 110% recommend Kia of Hamilton for the exceptional customer service. Koodos Nicole! I would also like to thank the wonderful car salesman Scott at Kia of Hamilton who took the time to explain the car in detail. He could sell ice to an Eskimo!

I have dealt with Melissa in the past (at another dealership). I was so impressed with her salesmanship (even tho I was never able to buy a car from her), that when I found out she moved to Kia, I knew I wanted to find her. She worked really hard to find me a vehicle I was happy with, in a price range that I could afford. She never tried to upscale me and respected that I had a strict budget. I am very happy with my first Kia and would definitely go back, because of Melissa! Love the #tattooedsalesgirl

Think twice before buying a car at Hamilton Kia

I bought a used 2017 Kia Soul (ad said 1 owner , it was a rental, I should have left then). Had to pay extra $499 for "ride green" (you have no choice). When we didn't want to add the $1000 undercoating they weren't as friendly. Bought the car on a Wednesday traded my 2011 Kia Soul as part of the sale , when we came back Tuesday to pick up it was to be detailed, all they did was wash the outside and spray silicone on the tires. The salesman Shane acted so concerned, taking pictures and stating he will either get the dealership closer to where we live clean it for us or give us the money to have it done somewhere. (we came from out of town and were trading in my car so we couldn't leave it to get done, and all the paperwork was done for the ownership and insurance transfer. Shane didn't call the next day we first called the # on his business card and it didn't work. Went online to get the toll free #. He said that the dealership closer to us would not detail my car that he will be sending us a cheque. We called at least 4 times in the next couple of weeks and never heard from Shane again. My husband finally got hold of the financial department and found out nothing had been done. 2 weeks later, finally a $50 cheque arrived in the mail. A total insult. Detailing cost between $130-200. They were real friendly when we were buying the car but once the money was received they couldn't careless. I recommend staying away from this dealership. I must say though I love my Soul and will continuing owning one but will never go to the Hamilton dealership again.

Service center are scam artists.

I took my Kia which I purchased from this location in for them to look at the brakes since they were grinding. I was planning on getting my car back with a $300-$400 bill, but according to them, my Kia that had only 40,000 km on it needed a rad flush, timing belt replacement, all brakes to be done including machining the rotors. I ended up coming out of there with a $1500 bill. Found out from my friend who owns a Kia that the rad fluid and belt were good for at least another 40,000 km. On top of that, they didn't even set the timing right, so I've been getting detonation even on a flat road. Never will I step foot in that place again. Will probably go to the Burlington location instead.

Fantastic place to purchase a vehicle with great customer service. I dealt with Matt, who was very attentive to my needs. He answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision.I was then introduced to Shannon, who handled the finance aspect. He made that process smooth for me. The day of picking up my Sorrento,Matt went over all the features of the vehicle and some of them twice. I was shown the service department and met the staff who then let me know what to expect on service visits. I whole experience went smooth and I am happy to be part of the Kia family.

Poor sales staff

For 18 days I got the run around. They blamed the delay on the bank. I believe they just didn't see me as being a worthwhile client since I have poor credit. I went and bought a beautiful used car at Eastgate Ford. Great service there and they told me I would only have to wait a couple of days - not eighteen days with nothing but empty promises to show for it.

I hate car shopping. Hate it. The uncertainty of the haggling process, the false charm of sales staff... ugh. But the old car was at the point of giving out and I couldn't put it off any longer. I'm so glad I found a car I liked at Kia of Hamilton, because unlike my experience at other dealerships I visited during this search, Jordan at KoH was friendly, helpful, and actually listened when I talked about my budget. On the financial side, Shannon was patient and thorough in explaining the numbers. I will definitely recommend this team to friends and family.

We purchased a new 2017 Kia Sedona. There were some issues with the interior. I ended up speaking with the Service Manager Mike. He went above and beyond, and resolved my issue on the spot.
