Don't Trust This Dealership

I am so disappointed in what happened. I wont get into who or what I was after. But basically the vehicle was 30 Grand, they claimed there was an 8 Grand incentive. So my way of seeing it was, $22 Grand, dealership offers me 13 Grand for my car, that in itself was bull. But still, had I taken it than 22 grand minus 13 grand, would take the vehicle down to 9Grand. If I took the trade in offer, I would still owed 11 grand. Add that to the 9 grand and we are back at 20 grand. Now I know there is paperwork fee and taxes. So I figure an additional 3 to 5 grand, so figured 25 grand at the most. I can afford that. They come to me and somehow amount to be finance accounting to Kim's No Bull, is 35, 000 dollars. 10 grand over what I saw as the total cost. They keep fast talking about how it's 35 grand. They tell me my payments would be $632 a month. I said I could afford that, next thing I know, without talking to his sales manager, the salesman is saying, well how about $499 a month? Red flags. I rejected the deal and walked away. I am so pissed at them weasels.

Amazing Dealership and Service Center

My husband Randy and I bought many cars over the years from Kim's Toyota in Laurel, MS. After he suddenly passed away 4 years ago, due to their great customer service and quality vehicles, I continued that tradition. Their Service Department employees are knowledgeable and respectful of your concerns and time. Dylan and Randy have always gone above my expectations in quality service and respect. My last tech Kimberly, as with all others, completed top notch service with minimal wait. My salesman, Mark Posey, understood I was walking the car buying path alone now and made every purchase an easier path to navigate. Financing is easily navigated thanks to Mike Johnson. The staff at Kim's earned my respect and loyalty which is a great example as to why I will always do business with them and highly recommend them as well.

Horrible - Sales Experience for a Veteran

I went to get my FIAT 2013 car "recall safety" checked out and repaired on a Saturday. Got there an a sales person, JD Crockett asked if I wanted to buy a vehicle, I told him I might - what transpired was horrible. I drove a couple of vehicles narrowing down what I wanted, while they were inspecting the recall safety on my FIAT. I chose 2 trucks to pick from and filled out an application; the one I actually wanted they could not find (2016 Barcelona Red Toyota Tacoma crew cab 4 cylinder); I was later called and told it was in their shop getting all the bells and whistles done to check it out making sure it had "no flaws. I went home in my FIAT that Saturday because (1) they had to order the "recall safety part" and (2) they were still looking for the truck. For the next three-four days - texts on my phone went back and forth with me and the sales person, JD Crockett. I told him I would be there on Thursday to sign the paperwork for the 2016 Barcelona Red Toyota Tacoma crew cab 4 cylinder less than 12050 miles and I would be trading in my FIAT for $9500 (it was paid in full) on it and the warranty on it would be the same as a new 2017. They were to finance it for $258 months payments for 7 years. My insurance was roughly about the same as the FIAT's. ( I had spent about 4-5 hours that day) Everything was in place for Thursday's signing (that I knew of). I took one of my co-worker's with me, because he too was in the market for a vehicle that Thursday morning. HOWEVER, I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get there in Laurel, and 30 minutes before I got there the sales person, JD Crockett called to tell me that the truck was not available it was in the shop for a "safety recall" said it was a $3.25 gasket but the Manager would not let it go off the lot without fixing it. I asked if they had a loaner I could use. Sales person said he would have to call me back; less than 2 minutes he called me back and said yes they could set me up with a "loaner". I got there at the Laurel place and sales person, immediately had me go to another building away from the "financial building" and give him the keys to my FIAT. I and the person I brought sat there for over 3 1/2 hours with very little communication from the sales person. He would pass by saying "just a minute" and then disappear in his office or outside. He came to me after 3 1/2 hours and said do you want to see "your truck", we just washed it. I went outside and the driver's side looked great. However, when I went on the other side, passenger side, it looked like someone had side-swiped the truck and they had washed it to see if it would not be noticeable, it also had dents and nicks on that side. Also, the odometer reading was over 13000 miles. The sales person also comes back with some kind of paper in hand saying they were only going to give me $4500 for my FIAT. At this point I was furious, all the lies and deceitfulness at selling me a truck. They sales person kept blaming everything on his manager. However, the sales person talked me into loaning me a vehicle so that I and the person I brought could go eat - refused to give me my keys to my vehicle. We went and ate and I came back gave the keys and paperwork of the loan back to the sales person and told the sales person I was furious about this deal and to give me my keys back to the FIAT; the sales person want to talk to me first and called me into the office. I got there and saw my keys to my FIAT and its book and told the sales person what I thought about the transaction he was trying to sale me and the person I brought told him the same thing. With that the sales person kept blaming his manager for all the problems. I got up and left. I came back to my house and got on their website and got on their "chat box" and told the person there what had happened (not in so much detail) but enough and they said they would have their "Team Service Member" call me, that they would make this "right" and that they "wanted to make this right". Yeah, right, I am still waiting on that phone call. I will say this, the sales person (who claimed his phone was not working and that he had lost my telephone number and text messages) texted me a week later and told me how sorry he was about the transaction. I am still waiting on the part to come in for my FIAT so that it can be fixed - no calls from there as of yet on it.

I would not recommend this dealer.
