Professional, awesome experience

I purchased a new 2016 MDX earlier this year....trading in a 2013 MDX purchased new in Nashville. John Stanton worked with me ...first to find the right car..and then right deal. John was referred to me by my daughter who previously had purchased 3 Cars/SUV's with his assistance. John is awesome...and highly recommend. While I have yet to use the Service Department with my new vehicle, the 2013 was in this Service Depaertment on several occasions..and each time was repaired in a timely fashion...and each time performed like new . This is an AWESOME dealership, it is sparkling clean, and the employees are all extremely PROFESSIONAL...and qualified. Being a Vestavia resident, the location and convenience can't be beat...the Acura MDX is a wonderful automobile...the dealership is welcoming..and John Stanton most helpful. All in all...a very pleasant purchase ...and service ...experience!!

Treated Like A King!

Ask for John Stanton when you visit King Acura. We visited King Acura to buy my 16-year-old son, Sam, a used car and John made Sam and me feel right at home. The entire purchase process was quick and easy, and all of my questions were answered. John still follows up every now and then to check on how Sam is enjoying his car and Sam will never forget that experience, not because it was his first car, but because of how John and the rest of the Acura team treated him!

I started by looking up dealership and completing an interest questionnaire I received a call less than 12 hours later and set up an appointment. John greeted me and had several cars for me to look at. I leased an MDX which I later bought and sold to my son. I then leased a RDX. Dealership, especially John, had always been responsive to my questions and needs.

Horrible Service Department

Horrible service department, in particular Tim Bearden and Brian. I will never buy a vehicle from this company based off my experience. Took vehicle in today for a minor issue and was not even given a copy of my invoice. Part was previously ordered wrong and service advisor Brian asked me to pay for a loose trim on a car with 14k miles. I hope all Acura service departments are not like this.

Great Experience

I don't usually write reviews but after this experience I felt that I needed to.My daughter took me into King Acura because she'd bought a car there recently and was very impressed on every level. Leonard was so helpful,thorough and informative about my new Acura.Rachel was very pleasant and patient with all my questions about finance as well.I was introduced to the GM and when I voiced concerns about getting service work done there since they were currently undergoing construction in that area Mr.Lyles took me back to the Service Dept and introduced me around so that I would feel comfortable there as well.I know this dept will be fantastic once all the construction is done.I'm an older widow and I felt taken "care of "and not taken advantage of.I feel that alot of times its the opposite so this experience was refreshing.I wish that I'd used this company years before.I certainly will use and recommend them in the future.Thank You King Acura!

I had a great experience buying my 2014 RDX. Rachel Meinke was my salesperson. She was awesome. Rachel was very informative and helpful. She always had the time to talk with me .She went beyond her duty in explaining and setting up features on my new vehicle. My husband and I purchased an Acura RDX two years ago. Rachel Meinke assisted us and I must say was absolutely wonderful. She was not only highly knowledgeable, but went out of her way to help us with everything including the internal electronics, GPS system and phone link on our new vehicle. I have just bought my second Acura RDX from King Acura. The cars are amazing. My salesperson, Vincent, was so unbelievable and helped me with all my questions and choices. He patiently sat with me and went through all my options between leasing or buying, how much money down, and what year to take. My business manager, Rachel Menke, was fabulous. She went over everything and explained the things I needed explaining. She was so easy to talk to and ask questions. I would not only recommend an Acura, I would recommend buying one from King Acura in Hoover.

MDX purchase
