I appreciated the quick response when I had to return to the dealer minutes after leaving (from my winter maintenance service). There was a noise; Garman quickly came with me and had my car back in the service bay to address the issue. The technician was able to identify the issue and I left happy. Thank you.

Excellent sales and service
I have purchased my vehicles and had them serviced at this location since 1992, although I actually live closer to a different Hyundai dealership. I have bought three vehicles over the years from Raymond Chow and would not go to anyone else. Edwin, Imtiyaz and the fellows in the service area offer excellent customer service with a smile. I was late for my service appointment this week but they still got the job done on time and gave me a gym bag as a gift! Highly recommend this well-established dealership.

Garman Fung provides professional services
As I say that Garman Fung provides professional services, knowledgeable about car. he spent time to explain to customer. That's one of point I like it. Yesterday 11/15/2018. I dropped off Sonata for recall services. service room was full of customers. While my car was in service, I overheard he was following up to customer over the phone. he spent about 10 mins to explain clearly to customer on phone. May be you would say he spent too much to explain to customer. But you had same experience like me, you would not think the same thing. if you received a call that "your car has broken pipe, it will cost about $350 to replace it, when you ask what causing this issue. they replied don't know... then keep silence.. then you ask again what is the worst case if not change the pipe, then they answer your car will broken down in the middle of road, then they keep silence on phone again". I think you would agree with me if you had my experience.

I walked in on a Saturday morning and had asked the receptionist for an oil change. I was told that they are fully booked that day but when she asked Edwin he accepted me but will have to wait for approx. 2 hrs which I agreed. To my surprise! I was able to have my car oil changed within an hour wait only! Thanks Edwin for the promised that you will do your best to have the service done the soonest you can. It was an astonishing service experience!!

Superb experience!
Edwin was very helpful and accommodating during our appointment. He answered all my questions clearly and provided suggestions to my inquiries. The waiting room was neat and tidy; there was plenty of things to feel comfortable during the wait (e.g. televised news, articles, drinks). The washroom was clean. The rest of the staff was respectful and attentive to our needs.

Good Professional Service at this dealership
I have dealt with this dealership for many years. I have gotten consistent and professional service at this location throughout the years. My last service visit was on October 31, 2018. I dealt with Edwin Ho. I wholly recommend Edwin. His estimates have been accurate and I have gotten my car back when he said it would be done.

Imtiyaz Patel helped me with servicing my car on October 30, 2018. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed of what was needed to keep my car in good working condition. In addition to the 2-year major service, it was evident that my vehicle needed repair/replacement of a part. Imtiyaz advised me of my option on either to replace it right away or at my next service, since it was a costly replacement. He took me to the garage and showed me what was wrong and the part that was needed to be replaced. All this was very helpful to me in assessing the situation and deciding on what I needed to do. Imtiyaz arranged for transport to take me home and pick me up since my vehicle would not be ready for around 5 hours. I commend Imtiyaz on his impeccable service and dedication in ensuring that the customer is given the best service possible!
