Pretty easy.

I really liked shopping from the internet, no pressure at all. And I can take all the time in the world to go through the cars. At first, I really stumble through it and Robert Papandrea hung in there with me, and got me through. I was uncomfortable trying to choose the right car for myself. But now after talking to Robert Papandrea and Glen Scott, and JP Amaro, I am very happy, comfortable and really like my new car.

First time Subaru buyer

This is my first new car purchase in 11 years, and I have to admit that I was impressed. The people at Kirby really know their vehicles and want to make sure that you are aware of all the features of their cars. What I really liked is that at most places, once you buy the car, they're done with you, but at Kirby they follow up to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. They even reward you for coming back a couple weeks later to make sure you know how all of your car features work. We love our new Outback and would recommend Robert, JP and all of the people at Kirby Subaru!

There is a good reason we keep coming back to Kirby Subaru. First and foremost, we believe that Subaru is the BEST automobile on the market. We are a family of Subaru owners. My son purchased an WRX about 10 years ago, and he still loves it as much as the day he purchased it. My husband also has a WRX which he has had for about seven years, my daughter drives a Crosstrek, and I just traded in my 2015 Forester for the 2018 model. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my 2015 Forester, but I was sold by the safety features and quieter ride of the newer model. It will be my forever car. Kirby Subaru takes care of its customers, and that care and concern does NOT end the moment you sign the papers and purchase the vehicle. I am especially grateful to Scott Glen who handles internet sales for being so helpful both before and after our purchases. I never felt any kind of pressure when I was trying to decide whether to keep my 2015 model or trade it in for the 2018, even when I said I wanted to "sleep on it" before making a decision. He even came to our home to pair our garage door opener to our new vehicle, and I can call him anytime if I have any questions. I am also grateful to "JP" Amaro who sat with us for a good hour showing us how to work all of the technology on the car.
