Fantastic experience, will absolutely return

This wouldn't have happened if we didn't get Stephen as our salesman. My girlfriend was very anxious and apprehensive about even looking at cars, Stephen was the only person who was capable of allowing her to explore options and feel in control of the situation without feeling overly pressured to make a decision she wasn't ready to. We had not expected to purchase a car when we went in on labor day, but over the course of a couple test drives and some quality selling, she was eventually convinced. We had been looking at Toyota Rav4s but found that, in spite of the higher price tag, the Rogue Sport was a better fit for my girlfriend's needs. It was a great car at an even more fantastic price, we felt valued and cared for through the entire process. Every employee we spoke too was warm and friendly and were able to pick up when they might be pushing to hard and backed off. It was an absolutely perfect car buying experience and I plan to return to them when I finally trade in my old clunker and buy a new car. This experience may have made me a Nissan customer for life, and once again, thanks to Stephen for being such an incredible and friendly salesman.

Super service in the parts department.

I went in to purchase a bolt/nut for my son's 96 maxima. Rusty was at the counter greeted me and provided top of the line service to help me to locate the parts and ordered them. I came and picked them up few days later. Everything were right on, the parts were what I wanted. Thank you for a greate service. Your help/ attitude will definitely bring me back for future needs on parts, services and maybe a new car in the near future. Best regards, Le Ho

Deceitful Dealership

The dealership advertises used vehicles on their website with inaccurate details on options to lure in customers and when confronted state it was a mistake. The also falsely advised the vehicle had no accidents when the car fax reveals the collision. There were so many inaccuracies in dealing with the sales manager that I was unsure of what was fact or fiction in what was being said . . . . a truly disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a dealership.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Condescending and un-professional

If you want to go to a dealership where you feel like you took a wrong turn and ended up in a sketchy neighborhood, then this is the dealership for you! Let me tell you my story. Found a good deal on a CERTIFIED 2012 Nissan Leaf. Reached out to the dealership for more information and the initial contact went well. I asked about the Doc fee and if it was negotiable and the first person I was in contact with wasn't sure and had to ask. Since I knew by law it is negotiable I asked her to waive it. They came back and said they couldn't do that, so I asked them to take $150 off the car to cover the fee. This prompted a call from an initial manager whose exact words were "The Doc fee is a fee required by law". He proceeded to act like your average jerk of a sales person and got off the phone. I knew this was a sales tactic and a lie, so I sent them the legal information about the doc fees and how they work. That is when I received a call from Jonathan Gross the General Manager. Jonathan "clarified" the previous manager's statement and proceeded to tell me the correct information. When I told him I was unhappy about being lied to and that I would have to put a negative review of the dealership he decided to drop the $150 off the car and made it extremely clear to me my review wouldn't matter since he could just "counter" the review. Since he took the price of the car down, I decided to go in and give this dealership a shot. Immediately when I walked in it was obvious everyone knew about the conversation I had with Jonathan and they all had a negative view about my Fiance and I and it felt like all eyes were on us. Hoping it was just anxiety making it feel this way we proceeded to look at the car. Surprise surprise, the car wasn't in the best of shape. It had scratches all over it and a dent on the passenger side that was about a foot long with a gouge taken out on both the door edges. Annoying to think a certified 2012 vehicle could be in this kind of condition, but hey it's used. Proceeded to take a test drive in the vehicle and found out it only has 10 out of 12 bars of battery life left. (Not charge, the actual long term battery life gauge). My conclusion was it was a used car that had been beaten up and abused by the previous owner. I proceeded to go inside to Jonathan's office where he had three other workers hanging out. Specifically he asked me if I was satisfied with the car, to which my response was "No, it is not in the condition I expected it to be in. It has scratches all over it, a dent on the side, and the battery life on the vehicle is lower than expected". He responded in the most condescending manner possible "Well it's a used car" which caused the other workers to start giggling at us in the room. I ignored this and proceeded to ask about the warranty on the battery, to which Jonathan couldn't even lift a finger to check and see what the actual warranties on the vehicles were. He actively refused to look anything up about the vehicle, proceeded to tell me information I knew was wrong from doing my research earlier. Looking through some of the negative comments on review sites, when people say the manager is “Manipulative” and “Not Trustworthy” they aren’t lying. The General manager of this dealership likes to retaliate by attacking and making you feel stupid. I look forward to seeing how they respond to this review and see if they try to “twist the truth” about what happened.

Not very happy but maybe you should treat women better and not treat them like idiots. That's were I am mad. People need to keep their word.

True to their word

I purchased a 2016 Nissan 370z from Kirkland Nissan. It was the easiest, least confrontational experience I have ever had. Usually I have to wheel, deal, dicker and play hardball to get a decent price at dealerships. These guys casually undercut my offer (!) by a significant amount, giving me a GREAT deal on a beautiful car. There were 2 issues identified post-sale which they said they would fix if I brought the car back in. I made an appointment and 3 days later, after a 1 hour visit, they had resolved both at no charge, with a smile and a thank you to me. (Scuff on leather seat and hairline scratches on airdam) They were very friendly, respectful and helpful before during and after the sale. I will definitely buy another car from them in the future and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Dante!!
