Fantastic Experience

By Mary Cloutier on 5/24/2017 at 1:26 AM. Helped by Matt Berg.

We just purchased a really nice truck for our son last weekend at koppy Motors. We worked with the salesperson Matt and he did a fantastic job. We asked for a few things to be taken care of before the purchase and immediately it was done. The process was very smooth and in a timely manner. We had a really good experience and would recommend this dealership to others. Everyone was really friendly. We would give them a five star rating..

I would recommend this dealer.

Great Car-Buying Experience!

By daveandlynn47 on 5/11/2017 at 9:27 PM. Helped by Salesman Matt.

We had a great experience purchasing our second vehicle from Koppy Motors. The price was great and they evaluated our trade-in fairly. They went out of their way to find us just the vehicle we were looking form. The delivery process went smoothly with no surprises. Everyone we dealt with was honest and professional. Our salesman Matt went out of his way to see to it that we were satisfied. Our expectation were exceeded in every way. We can't recommend Koppy Motors highly enough, and we will do business again in the future.

I would recommend this dealer.

Only dealer and service I use

By Major Dad on 2/10/2017 at 7:42 PM. Helped by Dan, Kieth, Frank.

Over the last 22+ years I have purchased 8 used vehicles from Dan Koppy and they have done 90% of my service work. Honest and fair in every interaction. I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves it. Kieth and Frank have worked on my wife's and my daughters cars and never suggested unneeded work or over charged.

I would recommend this dealer.

SHAME ON KOPPY MOTORS. DO NOT BUY FROM xxxx BUSINESS

By maksdas on 6/2/2016 at 5:56 PM. Helped by NOBODY.

They send out extremely believable flyers saying you won $5000 and when you call they say you did win and it's a cash prize. We got to the dealership to find out that everybody wins! But not cash... we won a terrible experience and waste of time. SHAME ON KOPPY MOTORS. DO NOT BUY FROM xxxx PEOPLE LIKE THIS!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Theyre a horrible dealership, don't care if they rip you off

By Morgangold on 5/30/2016 at 5:54 PM. Helped by Dan, Chad, zack.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM KOPPY MOTORS!!!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!!!!! I bought a 2010 Land Rover LR2 from the about 6 weeks ago. Paid 18,000 plus I got the warranty they offered. They told me there were no problems with it and that they had fixed everything from the previous owner. Two days ago my car started overheating and my check engine light came on. I have only had this car for 40 days, and haven't even made my first payment on it. I spoke with someone who is knowledgable with cars and he informed me that it was most likely the coolant fan. I called the dealership to see what my warranty covered and they couldn't give me any answers. Just told me to bring it to a mechanic and have them contact the warranty company. I asked several times if the radiator coolant fan would be covered and they said I would just have to bring it in to a mechanic. I brought it into a mechanic and they told me it needs a new radiator coolant fan, a new radiator coolant module, my spark plugs are failing, I need a new ignition coil, and it needs a new oxygen sensor. I had given them the warranty information and apparently my $4,000 warranty only covers internal lubricated moving parts. I spoke with the dealership today and they told me to contact Zack, a sales manager I believe. He didn't answer my first call and I left a message. I called again about a half hour later and he told me he would pull up my file and check my warranty, and stated that my warranty should cover more than what the mechanic was told. He said he'd pull my file and give me a call back. An hour later, I still didn't hear anything, and tried to call him and got no answer. About half hour later, the employee that had originally sold me the car, Chad, called me and said he would look at my file and see what the warranty covers and call me back. An hour later, I still hadn't received a call back. I called there again and spoke with Dan. He asked me to email over the diagnostic results and that my best bet would be to bring it in to their service shop and have them look at it. I'm about 120 miles away, and I asked if I got it towed there if I would have to pay for parts and labor, and he told me he wasn't quite sure. So why would I pay $300 to have it towed there and then have to pay the $2500 in repair fees? Not to mention, they couldn't do the work on it when they first had it and had sent it down to American imports to be fixed. I emailed them my diagnostic report at about 2pm today before I had to work. Called back at 5:15 and was told that Dan was out of the office. I asked them if they could have him call me back around 6:15 when I have my 30 minute break. I called back a little after 6 and was told he was tied up with things and sent to voice mail. I called back at 630 and spoke with Dan again and he said that I should get a second opinion because sometimes mechanics just like to 'look for work.' He recommended me to tow it down to their service shop and that he may be able to provide discounted parts and discounted labor. I called back to get a better idea of what the discount would be but he was not there and this is where I'm at right now. I sent an email and left a voice mail on Friday, and they are open Saturday and also today (Monday), and when I called today, I was told he wasn't working. I understand that I may just be a very unlucky person and all of these things just happened to go bad after I bought the car, but you would think a decent dealership would at least have a little remorse if you bought the car less than two months ago and be able to help me more than just telling me to get it towed and that they 'may be able to offer a discount.' No the owner, Dan, won't even take my calls anymore. I will continue to update you all on my situation. Please do not waste your time with these people! They are very rude and do not care about you as a customer after they get your signatures and money. Please rethink and buy somewhere else!! If anyone has any questions feel free to personal message me for more info.

I was looking for a van to pull a trailer and found one online at Koppy. Went to look at it, I was pleased with the appearance of the dealership and was greeted by friendly staff. offered a test drive and was shown the Auto check report and vehicle history. everything was very up front. I was very satisfied with the experience and purchased the vehicle. I have not used it much yet but I do like it and I am sure it meet my needs.

ME AND MY HUSBAND STOP BY KOPPY MOTORS, BECAUSE WE SAW A CAR THAT WE REALLY LIKE, AND WE DIDN'T WANT TO WASTE TIME IF WE ARE NOT GOING TO GET THAT PARTICULAR CAR, AND SO WE ASK THEM IF WE WILL GET APPROVE FOR THAT CAR CAUSE OUR CREDITS WASN'T AT THE BEST THAT TIME, SO AS YOU MAY ALREADY KNOW, ON THEIR ADS THEY WROTE BAD CREDITS, GOOD CRIEDITS NO CREDIT THEY CAN HELP, AND IF YOU GO YOU WILL GURANTEE A CAR THAT SAME DAY.. BUT IN OUR CASE WE WAITED FOR ALMOST A WEEK, DAY AFTER DAY AND DIFFERENT SCENRIO THAT WE NEED MORE PROVE OF THIS AND THAT, TILL THE LAST DAY AND THEY GOING TO SAY OUR LOAN THAT WE GOT WAS NOT ENOUGH TO GET THE CAR, BUT THEY BEEN SAYING WE WERE APPROVE ENOUGH TO GET THE CAR WE JUST NEED MORE PROVE OF STATEMENTS, IF THEY COULDN'T HELP US.. THE SHOULDN'T HAVE LAGGING US FOR THAT LONG... WE COULDV'E FOUND A DIFFERENT CAR AT DIFFERNT PLACE.. IT WAS A ONE OF THE WORST DEALER EVER.... KEEP US WAITING DAY AFTER DAY, AND EVERYTIME THEY CALL THEY ALWAYS SAID YES YOU ARE APRROVE WE JUST NEED THIS FROM YOU AND THAT FROM YOU, IT LIKE AN ONGOING THING... I DO NOT RECOMMEND KOPPY MOTORS TO ANYONE... THEY LIED!
