Excellent experience from A-Z

By Guy from Kauai on 1/27/2018 at 12:41 AM. Helped by Matt Williams.

I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150. This was a special order. Truck arrived exactly the way I ordered it and the price was exactly what we agreed upon. Matt Williams was my salesman. Matt was really easy to deal with and made this an enjoyable experience. He did what he said he would when he said he would. Stoked with Kuhio Ford and my new truck.

I would recommend this dealer.

This place sucks DO NOT BUY ANY TYPE OF Vehicles from them!!

If you don't want to get ripped off I advise you not to go with them nor kuhio motors (sister company). They LIE to you they make u sign more then one contact and they laugh at you when u need them to fix your vehicle... the owner is NO help and is a BIG ripoff as well... I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night by doing what they do.... they are not even worth a rating if you ask me...

I would not recommend this dealer.

ripoff

By Jaytruck on 8/30/2016 at 5:46 PM. Helped by Michele.

I was told I needed a new coil pack, new sparkplugs and sparkplug wires for my V6 F150 and quoted $735. The plugs and wires had already just been replaced and had only done 890 miles. I bought a high quality coil pack for $105 retail and installed it myself in thirteen and a half minutes. (You can buy a new coil pack for as little as $48) Even if I had required new plugs and wires, quality products would cost $70 total. Even if they had replaced everything they wanted to it would have been an hours labor. Which means they are charging $560 per hour. The story is actually much worse and not isolated but you get the idea.

I would not recommend this dealer.
