Did not honor appointment
I made an appointment for service but they told me that they had three times as many 8 am appointments as they had techs to work on them so it would be two hours for an oil change.

I got a great deal on a vehicle and Austin was very great on communicating prior to the purchase and after. The entire process with him was effortless. When going to finance ask for Joanna she was an absolute doll. Their detail work could improve a lot,but other than that so far I am happy. I gave a 3 for quality of work due to the horrible detail job. I am very disapppinted at the lack of work that was done on the inside of the vehicle.

I came to Kuhn with the intention of purchasing a VW Jetta, but Devin suggested trying the Tiguan which is similar to my previous car. Surprisingly, I loved it! Devin took into account and remembered my preferences about various features, was very amiable and easy to talk to, and did his best to ensure my visit was a positive one.
