We dealt with Idoo Genovese and she was very good. Idol is friendly, not pushy, and willing to answer or find answers to questions. She helped us find exactly the vehicle we wanted. This experience was one of the best ever in purchasing a car. We need to bring our car back in for some add-ons and Brian Sheridan said they would call to schedule but that did not happen yesterday, the only small negative of the whole experience.

Salesman lied about timing belt change interval

I was looking to purchase a 08 400h with approximately 88000 miles. I asked to have the timing belt and water pump replaced. The Salesman said he checked with his service manager and told me the new Lexus standard for the car was 100,000 miles, so they would NOT change the belt and water pump. Now service says the belt should be changed at 90000 miles and will cost $1300. So disappointed. The Salesman was condescending and arrogant.

I would not recommend this dealer.

The SUV I purchased was sold to someone else

I purchased an SUV from Kuni Lexus in August,put a deposit on it and agreed to pick it up the end of September,when I came down to Denver to pick it up I was informed that it had been sold, Anthony Banno pretty much informed me that it was my fault the car was sold as it had been 2 weeks and had not been picked up( something which I was not aware of) and no one had contacted me to give me the option to come and get it sooner.Not oncedidI hear him say he was sorry or what could they do to make it right. Selling cars was his number one priority not customer service, he was arrogant and condescending. So for me Customer Service being a priority " NOT" Dee Z

Kelly Kennedy our service manager

We unfortunately hit a curb while driving last night. I called Kelly and he was going to call roadside. However roadside must have had a long wait time When I called back he asked where we were and was there in less than 10 minutes to change the flat tire himself. Only great if you deal with Idoo Genovez!!! She was terrific! Not pushy and normal! I hate this process and she made it easy. This was definitely a better experience than last time at Kuni. This is my 8th Lexus so I feel I'm pretty discerning. Idoo=Fabuloius! Note to dealer...woman are less aggressive and have a heart. My car was ready with a huge red bow!

Finally, the agony is over!

For six months, we have looked at every make and model of car available to use as a commuter back and forth to Oregon. We returned to Kuni , one more time, to just have my husband test the driver's seat in the RX 350 for comfort. We asked for Mark because he was helpful, knowledgeable and fun to be with during our visit six months before. Mark was occupied but Gary helped us until Mark was available. On the floor was the Sport RX in atomic silver. The color drew us in but the car was plugged in so the electronics worked and the seat could be adjusted to fit my husband. We were sold and that is when we stopped the headaches from car shopping. However, If Gary had not been as entertaining and if Mark had not been available, I am not sure we would have pulled the trigger that day. Both, are amazingly kind people. Our only negative was that from the moment Mark arrived and we immediately said "Cash", it took four and a half hours to leave the dealership. We had a complicated deal because of Oregon having no sales tax so the paper work was causing delays and errors. Archer took over and with good humor eased the final hour. Thank you to all involved. The vehicle orientation was helpful for our 1500 mile trip but we will be back to Kuni for more orientation when we return this fall. We could not access the special packages such as Enform because we are technologically handicapped . . . we have a little Tracphone which had problems linking with Lexus. Mark said he could help when we get back , especially, if we purchase a newer phone. We look forward to visiting Kuni's beautiful dealership in the future. With gratitude to Mark for taking us out of the tedious researching-car - shopping loop. Kathryn and Kurt Albrecht

NEW LUXURY CAR OWNER!!!!!!!

This was my first time looking at and buying a Luxury car. My husband and I just showed up on a late Saturday morning without an appointment. My intention was just to look around, I was looking at a couple different cars. We were assigned Bryson Gardell and he was simply amazing!! I am a very upfront person so I informed him at the beginning of our conversation we were not buying a car today, but I wanted to test drive a couple of cars and get an ideal of what I wanted. From the beginning Bryon was patient very knowledge, and not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted and gave me options. Long story short compared to other dealerships I visited by far Bryson had the best customer service going. Therefore, 10 days later I brought my new 2017 Lexus for him. He even took pictures of me with my new car with the Big Blue Bow on it!!!! Love it!! Who could ask for better service than that!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO ARCHER GOODMAN for getting the deal finalized!!! I would recommend this dealership and these to gentlemen to anyone that asks!! Everything about this dealership is top-notch. Being treated like an individual and not like just another client goes very far in my book. You have to earn my business it is just not given and that is exactly what Kuni Lexus, Archer, and Bryson did!!

New Car information

I went into the dealership to look at new SUVs. I've never driven a Lexus in my life. I met Dustin Stewart who was fantastic to talk to. He explained that the best way to learn about the RX SUV is to drive one. He was right, it was a great vehicle to drive. I drive a sports car at the moment and don't want to give up the performance. The dealership was classy; the vehicle was a quick and stable; most importantly I enjoyed working with Dustin.

Wonderful experience

Dustin was ready for me when I arrived after spending time online with me to help me decide on the best purchase for me. He was knowledgable and friendly. Loren was friendly and efficient and answered all of my questions. Archer had my paperwork completed quickly. Nate was great with handling the window tinting after I purchased the vehicle. They all made the entire buying experience very pleasant and I recommend Kuni Lexus very highly.

Warning to Potential Customers

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this dealership. This was my 1st ever experience with Lexus; I've owed several different brands of cars, but this time I decided to give Lexus a try. Upon my 1st visit, I had an appointment with a sales rep (Don Wood) before I came in; I also spoke to him on the phone the morning before my appointment. When I arrived, I was early so he was still with other clients; however, over an hour after my appointment time I was still wandering around the store without a sales rep. Finally someone else came to help me, but it was not Don who I had the appointment with (I came to find out later, the reason he ditched me was because he was with "Gold level clients" so apparently I wasn't important enough to him). That day, the numbers weren't adding up to where I wanted them so I decided to wait and bring my husband in on a different day to help with the decision. One reason the numbers weren't where I wanted them to be was because they were offering me about $3000 less for my trade in than other dealerships were offering me (I went to several including Jaguar, Jeep, Cadillac, Lincoln, etc before visiting Lexus). Also, the next day or so I was called to be informed that the numbers weren’t even correct that they offered me. After thinking about it over the course of a few days, I brought my husband in to look too and spoke with Don again, who again brought another sales rep in to “assist” (but I did NOT have an appointment this time, so that's understandable). My husband and I found a beautiful new 2017 Lexus that we liked so we decided to buy it. They never did increase our trade in value, but we really liked the car so we decided to go through with the deal anyway. The new Lexus that we chose had scratches on 2 of the rims - the sales rep that was assisting, Pierre, was bound and determined to let us leave the lot with scratched up rims. We literally had to threaten to walk away from the deal (and we would have) if they did not fix the issue. Their solution was to switch them out with another car on the lot - I'm sorry to whoever gets the Blue 2017 RX350; you have scratched rims. So here we are about 2 weeks after the signing of the contract - I get a call from the finance department.... turns out, they made a mistake on the contract on the tax section - ....and expect for us to give them over $700 more on the spot!!! My 1st thought was: isn't this a Lexus dealership - and a "Lexus Plus Dealership" at that, shouldn't they have done it right the 1st time, or at least caught it before now? To fix it they had to re-do the contract by mail because they didn’t want a salesperson to “waste their day” bringing me the new contract. When I received the contract via Fed-Ex, one of the documents were STILL INCORRECT so I called Archer in finance to tell him that I can’t sign that section and he had the nerve to have an attitude with me and was rude and unprofessional. When you are spending that much money, I would think a little more respect would be in order, especially when I’m just trying to deal with THEIR MISTAKE. By everything that has happened up to this point, I'm beyond frustrated. Additionally, here I am over 2 weeks later and the financing company who financed my trade-in STILL HASN'T BEEN PAID so I am literally responsible for not only my new car payment, but my old one as well at this point. I called the Kuni Lexus finance department and was told that THE PAYOFF HASN’T EVEN BEEN SENT YET! I was expecting much more from Lexus, especially from "Lexus Plus". I love my new car, but I will not be dealing with this dealership again; I really hope other Lexus dealers are much more professional.

I want to say thank you so much to Angela Drake along with the Kuni dealership for making my buying experience so amazing. Angela was so wonderful to work with. She helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. I love my RX 350 so much. Perfect exterior and interior color along with all the extra options. Angela was always patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I could not be more happy. I highly recommend her as a first rate sales executive. I live in Colorado Springs and made several trips to Denver on my search for the right vehicle. It was well worth every mile and time spent driving and the number one reason I did was because of Angela Drake.. I will forever be a Lexus customer!

Best exsperiance in purchasing a car

I went on line and saw a car that I wanted, 2008 Toyota Avalon XLS. I called the dealership and ask if the car was still available. Sal answered the phone and he indicated that the car was still available, I went to Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village, We took the car for a test drive. Sal is very professional, he also explained that there was no "Dealer Prep or Handling fees" up front pricing. I would highly recommend Kuni Lexus to anyone looking for new or used car. The people terrific and the plase is spotless. When you go' ask for Sal DeLeon.
