A Consummate Service & Sales Experience

For the past 10 years my wife and I have been fortunate to have our RX 350 serviced by the same dealership where we purchased the SUV: Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village. The reason we continued to have our Lexus serviced at Kuni six years after our warranty expired is the outstanding customer service provided by Kevin Alexander. Kevin is competent, caring, and passionately customer-focused. He is the consummate service professional. Recently Kevin transferred from Kuni Lexus Service to Kuni Lexus Sales. Since we were in the market for a new SUV, we made an appointment with Kevin. His approach to selling cars is the same as it was to servicing them. He is the complete opposite of the car salesman stereotype. He listens instead of talking; he asks questions instead of assuming he has all the answers; he is consultative in his approach in identifying a buyer’s needs and wants. Kevin has, in effect, become the consummate sales professional. For reasons that had nothing to do with Kevin, we ended up buying an Audi Q5 from the Kuni Audi Flatirons dealership in Broomfield. Because loyalty is a two-way street, it was a difficult choice. Kevin has demonstrated his loyalty to us; we very much wanted to reciprocate. But, having driven a Lexus SUV for the past decade, we wanted a different driving experience. What has not changed is our loyalty to Kuni and our gratitude and admiration for Kevin. If you are considering buying a Lexus, make an appointment with Kevin Alexander at Kuni Lexus. You will be very glad you did. David Wikoff

Amazing experience from start to finish

I'll start by saying how much I absolutely love my car. I have worked so hard in my career to finally be able to buy myself an 'adult' car. Bryson Gardell, Chris Niera, and Brian Sheridan helped me find the PERFECT CAR! And when I say perfect, it is literally so beautful and I can't believe it is mine. I always thought car salesmen were only focused on making a sale and I was very intimidated thinking about it going car shopping. However, the second I met Bryson, I trusted him and knew he had my best interest at heart. They all three believe highly in their product and I definetly see why! Thank you, thank you, thank you Bryson, Chris and Brian!

Integrity

My internet search led me to call Lexus of Greenwood Village from California about a used car. Bryson Gardell was the salesperson that spoke with me. He was very polite and professional and quickly sent pictures of the car to me by text because none were on line yet. When I received the pictures Bryson made sure they included up-close imperfections as well as the 10’ away car shots. As a local and long distance buyer of cars this type of full disclosure is VERY RARE. He sent A LOT of pics showing all kinds of views. Over a few days we discussed the car by phone, text, and email with all being a pleasant experience so I went ahead and purchased the car. My finance needs and an extended warranty were also taken care of by Lexus of Greenwood Village. I highly recommend Archer Goodman in the finance department to get a Lexus backed extended warranty and a competitive rate for lending. He was great in answering all my questions. My only regret is that I didn’t get to meet them in person or check out the lot. I give this dealership THE INTEGRITY AWARD. Look these guys up, tell ‘em a guy with an orange Jaguar sent you :)

Excellent car buying experience

Our experience working with Mark and Idoo was excellent for three primary reasons: 1) Both were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in; 2) Their demeanor was very courteous; and 3) They followed up promptly on the items that required it.

Kuni Lexus is hands down the nicest car dealership in Denver. The staff was extremely courteous. Bryson Gardell was a very profesional sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable of the brand he represents. I had my heart set on a Mercedes, and I will now go with a Lexus. It was really refreshing to experience customer service at its best. "Excellent work Kuni!" "Bryson Gardell!"

Excellent Experience

We dealt with Idoo Genovese and she was very good. Idol is friendly, not pushy, and willing to answer or find answers to questions. She helped us find exactly the vehicle we wanted. This experience was one of the best ever in purchasing a car. We need to bring our car back in for some add-ons and Brian Sheridan said they would call to schedule but that did not happen yesterday, the only small negative of the whole experience.

Salesman lied about timing belt change interval

I was looking to purchase a 08 400h with approximately 88000 miles. I asked to have the timing belt and water pump replaced. The Salesman said he checked with his service manager and told me the new Lexus standard for the car was 100,000 miles, so they would NOT change the belt and water pump. Now service says the belt should be changed at 90000 miles and will cost $1300. So disappointed. The Salesman was condescending and arrogant.

The SUV I purchased was sold to someone else

I purchased an SUV from Kuni Lexus in August,put a deposit on it and agreed to pick it up the end of September,when I came down to Denver to pick it up I was informed that it had been sold, Anthony Banno pretty much informed me that it was my fault the car was sold as it had been 2 weeks and had not been picked up( something which I was not aware of) and no one had contacted me to give me the option to come and get it sooner.Not oncedidI hear him say he was sorry or what could they do to make it right. Selling cars was his number one priority not customer service, he was arrogant and condescending. So for me Customer Service being a priority " NOT" Dee Z

Kelly Kennedy our service manager

We unfortunately hit a curb while driving last night. I called Kelly and he was going to call roadside. However roadside must have had a long wait time When I called back he asked where we were and was there in less than 10 minutes to change the flat tire himself. Only great if you deal with Idoo Genovez!!! She was terrific! Not pushy and normal! I hate this process and she made it easy. This was definitely a better experience than last time at Kuni. This is my 8th Lexus so I feel I'm pretty discerning. Idoo=Fabuloius! Note to dealer...woman are less aggressive and have a heart. My car was ready with a huge red bow!

Finally, the agony is over!

For six months, we have looked at every make and model of car available to use as a commuter back and forth to Oregon. We returned to Kuni , one more time, to just have my husband test the driver's seat in the RX 350 for comfort. We asked for Mark because he was helpful, knowledgeable and fun to be with during our visit six months before. Mark was occupied but Gary helped us until Mark was available. On the floor was the Sport RX in atomic silver. The color drew us in but the car was plugged in so the electronics worked and the seat could be adjusted to fit my husband. We were sold and that is when we stopped the headaches from car shopping. However, If Gary had not been as entertaining and if Mark had not been available, I am not sure we would have pulled the trigger that day. Both, are amazingly kind people. Our only negative was that from the moment Mark arrived and we immediately said "Cash", it took four and a half hours to leave the dealership. We had a complicated deal because of Oregon having no sales tax so the paper work was causing delays and errors. Archer took over and with good humor eased the final hour. Thank you to all involved. The vehicle orientation was helpful for our 1500 mile trip but we will be back to Kuni for more orientation when we return this fall. We could not access the special packages such as Enform because we are technologically handicapped . . . we have a little Tracphone which had problems linking with Lexus. Mark said he could help when we get back , especially, if we purchase a newer phone. We look forward to visiting Kuni's beautiful dealership in the future. NEW LUXURY CAR OWNER!!!!!!!

This was my first time looking at and buying a Luxury car. My husband and I just showed up on a late Saturday morning without an appointment. My intention was just to look around, I was looking at a couple different cars. We were assigned Bryson Gardell and he was simply amazing!! I am a very upfront person so I informed him at the beginning of our conversation we were not buying a car today, but I wanted to test drive a couple of cars and get an ideal of what I wanted. From the beginning Bryon was patient very knowledge, and not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted and gave me options. Long story short compared to other dealerships I visited by far Bryson had the best customer service going. Therefore, 10 days later I brought my new 2017 Lexus for him. He even took pictures of me with my new car with the Big Blue Bow on it!!!! Love it!! Who could ask for better service than that!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO ARCHER GOODMAN for getting the deal finalized!!! I would recommend this dealership and these to gentlemen to anyone that asks!! Everything about this dealership is top-notch. Being treated like an individual and not like just another client goes very far in my book. You have to earn my business it is just not given and that is exactly what Kuni Lexus, Archer, and Bryson did!!

New Car information

I went into the dealership to look at new SUVs. I've never driven a Lexus in my life. I met Dustin Stewart who was fantastic to talk to. He explained that the best way to learn about the RX SUV is to drive one. He was right, it was a great vehicle to drive. I drive a sports car at the moment and don't want to give up the performance. The dealership was classy; the vehicle was a quick and stable; most importantly I enjoyed working with Dustin.
