Don't get service here!

January 2017 My husband insisted that he heard my car making a strange noise so I took it in just to have it checked out. A couple days later I was called and told there was nothing wrong with my car and to come get it. As I'm in my rental driving to pick up my car I receive another call and this guy tells me we found something wrong with your car and you need a whole new engine???? What? I should have taken it for another opinion. I got the engine replaced, it has a 3 year warranty. Now, May 2018 I hear an actually really bad noise and the engine tries to die occasionally so I go back to them. They blame the noise on my transmission that I had replaced at an actual transmission shop, Then they tell me if something was actually wrong with my engine the check engine light would be on, then they tell me the noises I am hearing are normal for that type of engine. Liars. This time I did the correct thing and took it someplace else for a second opinion. Sufficed to say the noise was not normal and it was coming from the engine. I don't trust these people. I will never go back. They can say sorry until they are blue in the face but it doesn't pay for my rental car that I had to pay for out of my pocket and it doesn't give me back the time I wasted with them and it certainly doesn't fix anything. At this point I think they lied about me needing a new engine or they broke my engine while it was in their care. They are very quick to blame everything and everyone else when its all on them. I really hope this review prevents anyone from being cheated by these people.

Bad experience

Ordered a ram 2500 from this dealership and it was a terrible experience. They were supposed to advise us immediately upon its arrival to the dealership lot. We drove by and noticed it was sitting on the lot and was for sale. We confirmed it was our truck by the VIN. The sales folks told us they didn’t know who it belonged to and that’s why they never called us and put it up for sale. However, when you custom order a veh it reads your first and last name right on the sticker. We call that a clue as to who it belongs to. What they actually did was install a bunch of add ons that we did not want and it took several days for them to complete these add ons. One of which was a terrible aftermarket alarm. They have an outside vendor come in and cut into the factory wiring to install this junk alarm. The alarm costs $35 and they sell it to you for almost $500. When they hack up your factory wiring it causes many problems down the road. Other dealerships have stopped using this aftermarket alarm because of all the problems the alarm causes to the vehicle. They install this alarm on all their vehicles. Research it first before you buy or order and you’ll see what I’m talking about. We walked away from the truck because the factory wiring was now cut into. They will tell you it’s covered by the warranty. That’s only for the first 36k miles from that dealership not Chrysler! Even with an extended warranty it is not covered after the 36k. The truck also had a tire repair done to it by using a temporary plug rather than the proper fix by removing the tire and patching it from the inside. They never told us about the repair. They said it happened at the factory! Lol!! Ya right!!!! Buy at your own risk. Good luck!

large TRUCk to pull my RV

Hello, Just wanted to say thank you to Dave, Alex, Big Andrew and Little Andrew for an Amazing experience at LE Dodge Ram Jeep after a very bad experience with Lake Chevy I was promised a truck Chevy did not have. So at LE Dodge Ram Jeep the team was great I ended up with the Power House truck of all trucks to pull my 2018 Jayco WhiteHawk- now I have the Ram Power wagon 4x4 Hemi and I could not be happier it has everything a chevy does not have and then some- Great Customer Service and they worked with me to be at my budget - as a Retired Navy Veteran it's great to see how they care for customers and Veterans " Bravo Zulu" well done - Joe Andersen USN Ret.

liars , dishonest and Cheaters

*** BUYER ATTENTION *** Please Read before you decide making a purchase from here ! Lets start , What should I say ? Liars , Tricky , Dishonest , Cheaters ! yep they are all those , they would lie to you in your face . 2/16 I saw a 2017 Charger Daytona on their used inventory for sale , I found the car at Cargurus and it was up for sale for 5 or 6 days so next day 2/17 I left San Diego to go buy the car , I had gotten a deal on different one in different dealership but the price on this one $25234 was very good so 2/17 at 9:05 AM I was at their door just 5 minutes after their opening , I met Jaime i told him I am here to see a used charger and without me completing anything he immediately said I know what you're talking about its the grey Daytona , he went inside to grab keys , he scanned my DL and input my info and showed me the car, he mentioned that the car is still under inspection to finish maintenance and it would be ready by max. next wed. , I took the car for a test drive , I loved the car and I was ready to purchase , I told him I'll pay in cash but he kept insisting on making credit check for me which was strange so I googled it and showed him a Law states that if you don't finance with the dealership then don't ever let them run your credit , then he showed me the add ons like nitro filled tires and other stuff which I rejected because it was too much for things I dont need ! and after 1 hour 45 minutes of negotiation he went inside to finalized the deal and when he came back he said sorry I cant sell the car !! I asked for manager and after 15 long minutes the manager did show up and he told me that " the guy who owned this car purchased a hellcat and the finance deal felt down and he is taking his car back " i found it impossible to be true since the car was up for sale for 7 days so how the xxxx someone would sell a car if the deal wasn't done ?!! I told him this shady and I told him if you are doing this because you don;t want to sell the car at $25234 please let me know he apologized and insisted that this is not the case and the guy who traded it in will come back to pick it up , I then left but i knew he was lying so I kept the car in my cargurus Favorite even after they removed it , guess what ! the car was posted again for sale for $38,988 !!!!!!!!!!! yes they lied ! they didn't want to sell the car for that price so they wasted two hours of my time and made false comments and re post the car after 10 days for $13,754 more !!! how would some one trust such shady dealership ! to the manager who spoke to me I don't recall your name but shame on you man , So far you are the worst crook I had ever seen in my life ! Dont trust this dealership and dont ever let them run your credit if you are not financing through them , they will make tons of lies and excuses but its all false , unless you finance through them they have no right to even ask for your social security number ..

Worst Dealership in the IE

Stay away from this place!! Bad example of a family run business!!! David (owner) is a liar and a snake... Mike Casey is a poor example of a manager and lies to customer faces to make a buck!!! I own a dodge and Chrysler and who lives in canyon lake I will drive past This place and fight traffic to goto a respectable place who values their customers at DCH Temecula. Feel truly sorry for people who have bought cars from here!!!

They will not honor the advertised price.

I called because their advertised price on a ram was lower than anywhere else and I wanted a guarantee that I could but it at that price before making the long drove it their. Guadalupe guaranteed it. But when I got there, they refused to seek the 2017 ram at the promised price. These people are unethical.

Poor Customer Service

I had to call the dealership for 3 day to make an appointment. Either the phone rings off the hook or the mailbox for service is full. I actually had to drive down there to make an appointment. When I mentioned to them about having a hard time trying to make and appointment. The guy that helped me just shrugged his shoulders and gave me the impression that, is normal there and he didn't seemed concern. But on the brighter side, The reception name Lupe is pleasant and grateful for you call. Now trying to find out if my jeep is finished is another story. They said they would call me when my car was done, I'm trying to make arrangement to get a ride to pick up my car. Once again the phone rings off the hook with no answer... Very frustrating!!!! My opinion is make the extra drive to Temecula or to Norco to get your car worked on. They have lost my business

Total lack of competence and service

Disappointed in service after runaround and failed promises and add complete incompetence and thats how they deal with you and try to reach someone on the phone 4 days calling 10 to 20 times each day. Well i think I will go somewhere else to buy my next car

Absolutely the most incompetent internet sales team I've ever encountered. I begged to buy a vehicle, agreed to a price and simply could not get them to return a call or text. I had to withdraw the offer and found one just like it for same price down the street. These people have terrible reviews and I'm on that bandwagon.

I would give NEGATIVE -5 stars and a CAUTION -BEWARE -DO NOT ENTER - worst most stressful experience still trying to get my $1300 deposit refund I was told I would recieve in two days when I returned the car . It has now been 20 days of texting and begging them for my money . Had a phone conversation with Alley who stated she was waiting on an email from my cosigner which was not a true statement and very rudely hung up on me. I never received the phone call from the manager when Roxy from online sales said ' let me cut you off because I don't Handel those issues. After asking Kayle or Kayla from financing to let me talk to management she transferred me to JP Who said he was the owners son only to have him laugh and giggle when I broke down crying and expressed what I thought of them. I could go on and on about everything they've done to me and yet the main thing is I have not received my money.

"Best service hands down"

whether i plan ahead and make an appointment, or just pop in, they always treat me the same, i know i will be made to feel comfortable and taken care of in a timely fashion. Justine in the service dept. is the best, always on her game, if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she will go above and beyond to get it. The place is always kept clean, and the rest of the staff is always so friendly with me, i think the last time i counted 8 different "hello how are you's" glad to see there"s still a place to go that appreciates my business.

Lack of integrity

We spoke with with a sales rep Jean Paul or "JP" over the phone and worked out a deal. We were told to come down and sign the paperwork and they would hold the car for as long as it took. In the 60 minutes it took to drive there they sold the car to someone else. Then they tried to sell us a car with more miles and less features for $2,000 more. Complete lack of integrity.

Bait and Switch

I showed up to work a deal on a vehicle that I called and verified they had and after I test drove it and was ready to do paperwork another sales rep grabbed the keys and said he sold it while we were test driving it. Then offered to sell me a new car. Very dishonest dealer.

There service department sucks

When you bring a truck in for service you expect your truck to be fixed. There's service writer Joel is a lying sack of s***. I brought my truck back 4 times for the same issues he kept telling me there's nothing wrong with my truck when I can't start my truck there's a problem. And then when you call in to tell him that the problem done and that they need to send a service technician down to verify that I'm telling the truth he doesn't return your call. This place would be a helluva lot better without Joel.

SERVICE SUCKS!!!

I DROPPED OFF MY JEEP FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL LETTING ME KNOW THAT MY CAR HAS A RECALL AND SOMETHING BENT ON MY LEFT LOWET FRONT CONTROL ARM, BUT NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. **NOW 2 WEEKS LATER I PICKED UP MY JEEP BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAD THE CHANCE TO CHANGE THE OIL BUT HAVE NOT GOT THE CHANCE TO FIX THE RECALL NOR MY AXEL** TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN BUSINESS! COME ON GUYZ, STEP IT UP A NOTCH

Horrible, dishonest dealer

This was the third time going to the dealer. Shame on me for going back. First time, we went back and forth and we did not come to an agreement on the price, so we left. NO Problem! Three days later they called us and said come on in we will work out a deal. We went back and they were trying to give us a different car and lying to us saying it was the same one. I left super upset, that they thought we were stupid and not going to find out. Third and last time we went back this weekend because they had the car we wanted in the newspaper, on sale for Labor Day. It was on sale for $24,500 including numerous rebates. We went in and they seemed eager to sell, and they said yes we still have the car on sale and lets work something out. We filled out an application and once they saw our credit and how much we made they were super pushy about financing with them, when we were already preapproved by our bank. They told us that the ad in the newspaper was a misprint and they could not give us that price. They also said that some of the rebates had expired. WHAT, HELLO, THE AD JUST CAME OUT THAT MORNING! But if we went with them for financing they might be able to do something. OMG, they are horrible! They lie, they think they can trick people. They are not honest. Nick, is a young puppet, he tells you what they tell him. Ron is trying to swindle people out of any deal. Its never a straight answer. However JD or JB or whatever his name is was the worst. He treats you like your are stupid and tries to confuse you with his stupid explanations. Never a straight answer and pushy as xxxx. I am warning all of you, stay away from this dealer. They are not honest. I don’t know how they stay in business with people like that. I am not giving my money to people like that. I hope the owner of this dealership knows what horrible service they are giving the working folks like myself.
