Ed and Jason and everyone very genuinely very nice . Went out of their way to let me meet and test drive the preowned car i came to see. They made me feel very comfortable with the history of the car I was examining to buy. I have bought from many dealers and this was the most relaxed, fair and Customer oriented. Thanks again Ed. "USED CAR SALEMEN"

SIGN HERE! OK.. Kind of Cold people. then comes the Half xxx Setup.. No walk through on your "new" used truck. Oh YEAH & only a Half a tank of gas! Rush rush, after they gave it a quick wash job (no setup crew, sales guy did it), saw stuff that i didnt see on the test ride.. Chip in the windshield, & a dent in the back bumper. They wanted it out the DOOR. Thought about extras.. Rust proofing, sprayed in bed linner, & a paint protection.. gave me a price (HIGH) came back with truck to get the bed linner sprayed on, & was going to drop the other stuff... BUT Noooo I guess when they did the quickie wash job the 1st day The paint protection was applied & i couldnt back out. ALL Said & Done... I WOULDNT GO BACK! But one thing.. got a better price on ALL the extras, And they did a DECENT Job on the applications of all of the above Live & Learn!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Everything went well and they took me in without an appointment. The only concern that I had is the system was not reset and changes had to be made on my control panel.

Fixed in a timely manner

I needed work done but had a hard time explaining the noise! The GM drove me back to work in my car to try and catch the problem and listen to what I was hearing. The service dept is great!

Service writer did his job well. No financial help on 1800.

Chevy warranty on electronic parts is too short. And parts are quite costly for average single working family. Very pricey repair for a 2014 chevy cruze with 90000 miles. For an economic driver this repair bill cost half what the value of car worth.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Large oil leak right after being serviced

Car lost a LOT of oil on my garage floor right after being serviced. Fixed for free, but now I've got to clean the huge mess at my expense

New truck

I saw an internet ad for a truck. Before driving 75 miles to the dealership, I called and talked to Dan Johnson who actually answered all my questions even going outside to measure the truck to make sure it would fit in my garage. At the dealership Dan was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the truck. Jason Beck and Jon Mullen helped to make the purchase easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The people know their products and how to run a business. Worth driving from Illinois!

I had been working with the sales rep for some time, and he was excellent about answering questions I had and steering me in the direction we ended up going. He made the entire process pretty easy even though we hadn’t stepped foot in the dealership and only viewed the inventory online. The sales price of the vehicle was good, although I could have done better closer to home. Financing left a little bit to be desired as I felt they could have done better. The sales manager didn’t seem very personable and at times seemed like he was going through the motions. For a dealership that didn’t have to do a lot of extra work (they essentially just got the sale), I didn’t feel like a valued customer outside of my sales rep. If it wasn’t for the sales rep I wouldn’t have purchased from the dealership. It wasn’t a dissatisfied transaction by any means, but not overwhelming like I felt from another dealership we passed up.

Great first experience

This was the first time I have ever had someone else change the oil on my car. I had recently purchased a new vehicle (from a different dealership), so I figured I'll let the pros take care of it. The wait was a little long but they figured out my vehicle was certified pre-owned and got me taken of. I was very satisfied and will have you guys service my vehicle here on out.

Raf and Bob Mann great. Best service anywhere.

We were in on Monday for service Bob Mann and his service people stayed overtime to finish our car. Bob was the only service tech there because Raf De Matteo the service manager had fallen on the ice and is off for about a month. Service above and beyond the call of duty!!!
