Exceptional Experience!

Our experience at Lake Norman Infiniti was wonderful!!!! We stopped in on a trip from Georgia, wanting to trade our 2016 QX80 on new 2019. Everyone, from the receptionist to the sales manager were so welcoming and helpful. We were able to trade, and they delivered our new Infiniti to Georgia, 300 miles away to us today. Everyone at Lake Norman Infiniti made this the smoothest trade ever.

Fantastic Experience!

Both my father and I purchased vehicles from Lake Norman Infiniti (a few months apart.) Larry Klipstein and the team at this dealership are truly top notch professionals in their field. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and there was never pressure to jump into something. Larry was kind enough to deliver the vehicles to our home and went above and beyond to make sure everything was setup and understood. We would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly and would never shop Infiniti from any other dealer.

Bad sales mans

No one cares for anything, once you buy car here . I emailed couple of times to the sales guys who sold me car. Tht don’t care to respond. Wrost sales people . They wdon’t to with bad attitude,they don’t work for customer

WORST OF THE WORST!!!

To bad for me I did not check these reviews prior to having my vehicle serviced by Lake Norman Infiniti, it would have saved me a lot of time and a lot of money....Liars and thieves you bet. However, I made the serious mistake of assuming I was in the good hands of a reputable dealership so please, please do yourself a favor and do not make that same mistake that I did because these people are not that! All I had was a water leak in the interior of my Infiniti whenever it rained that I needed taken care of. They kept my vehicle for 2 weeks and throughout I was pacified and befriended by the service tech Trey Brown with assurances they would take good care of me. He told me I needed the seals around my back hatch and window replaced for which I was charged a whopping $1,166!! My vehicle was returned to me, after 2 weeks, soaking wet in the same place I had the leak! The service manager Ray told me "it was fine when it left here" which we both know could not be true since I got it back wet (and even if that was not the case I still have the same leak I paid them to fix!). I should mention here that my Infiniti was towed to them by Infiniti Customer Care to replace the recalled air bags because I am over 100 miles away from them and additionally disabled which they were well aware all along. Ray then went on to tell me that if I brought it back (which he already knew I was unable to do anyway) they would see IF it was something they did. Seriously!? They just ripped me off for almost $1200 but I should bring it back to them so what....they can burn me again!? There is no NO IF I got it back wet and it continues to leak every time it rains so I gave them almost $1200 FOR NOTHING! And that is not even all, the window in my hatch worked fine when they got it but when I got it back it doesn't work any more and I can't even open it now. They are out and out crooks. They took my money knowing all the while they did not fix my vehicle and that I wouldn't be able to bring it back and even caused more damage to it and then told me too bad for you! Please heed my warning and stay as far away from this "place of business" as you can get!!

Liars and thiefs

I was interested in buying a used qx60 listed for 39k. Brought my car as a trade in and knew from kbb it was worth at least 22k. They took over and hour to come up with a proposal. Somehow the price of the car had gone up to 43k and they said my trade in was worth 15k! Completely liars and thieves. Stay far far away!

SERVICE NIGHTMARE AVOID

AVOID SERVICE STEALERSHIP. I have been here two times in my G37 coupe. Both times very negative and unresolved issues. I took them a car with a small problem and John the service writer literally told me that the cost to fix my car was going to be around 700$. I then inform him i have a warranty on the car, once he figured that out his attitude changed instantly. Come to find out the warranty company is willing to pay for it , they don't pay full retail so the repair they billed them for was only 300!! so where was the 400$ extra i ask... John then informed me that the labor rate was 150 $ an hour and they were only going to cover 125$. When the truth came out there labor rate has been the same he was literally fraudulently trying to charge more. He then proceeded to tell me they were not going to even put a belt on the car and that they would push it in the parking lot and allow me to put my own belt. I have given them thousands of dollars in service over the years and was considering purchasing another vehicle here but i will no longer consider spending any money with this dealership. I have taken my car there spotless clean and then receive a filthy car back! really ? you own a car wash and a luxury brand dealer ! i have received better service from a honda dealership! I then receive a call from there director of service asking to address my concerns and sounds sincere and promises that his service manager Joe would be calling me back by 3:30 pm. Well needless to say that didn't happen either.They truly have no concern for customers. If you wanna buy a car there then see Larry in sales he is a good knowledgeable guy.

Great Service

Great service as always. Very courteous, customer oriented. Had to wait for a service and was given an update as soon as the problem was found. In less than 1 hour, the problem was not totally solved, but I was given a lead-time for the part to arrive and a temporary solution.

complete liars and crooks! Dave pownall and clint whitley are nothing more than modern day crooks!! Lies lies and more lies!!! PLEASE DO NOT visit lake norman infiniti!! They will run your credit without your approval and then lie about it and not provide any paperwork.The worst service ever!!!

The purchase process was very good and they handled my Internet lead in a professional manner. They were quick to get back to me and give me the information I requested. Delivery was quick and painless. F&I did a wonderful job with the paperwork. I had one issue with the vehicle, and Dennis the sales manager stepped up and took care of the issue. He is a man of integrity and is true to his word. I'm a fan.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

WOW... I can't even go into how classless and rude the alleged owner/GM Dick McKean is. Was promised a price and of course when I go there it was much more. But moreover was the way I was spoken to by Dick. I guess he needed to try to be the big guy in front of his salesmen by trying to push a woman around, to overcompensate for his shortcomings in other areas. I am quite certain he wouldn't have spoken so classless and disrespectful if my husband were with me. It's all good though, because not only did I get a much better deal from another dealership where I was treated with respect, but I found out from several local dealerships how many customers Lake Norman Infinity has lost due to their poor customer service.. Word is out!!! I even has a salesman from another dealership tell me a woman came in there 2 days earlier in tears after the way Dick treated her. And a Salesmen from yet another dealership tell me that Dick told a woman to come back when she could bring her husband with her. Someone has woman issue???

Ruined my credit score!

Repeatedly ran my credit after I left and did not want to purchase from them. A total of 10 inquiries in one day...10 days after I left the dealership!!! Do not go here unless you want them to ruin your chances of purchasing from another dealership!!!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I was in the market for a used Infiniti and spoke with this dealership for several weeks regarding cars, prices, etc. They were very helpful throughout this initial process. I was honest upfront by telling them that I was from out of town (about two hours away) so I was shopping other dealerships. On good Friday my wife and I went to the local Infiniti dealership to determine the color car that I liked. That evening I called both Infiniti of Gwinnett and Lake Norman Infiniti to see if they had any cars on the lot that met my specs. Gwinnett had a few so I then called and spoke with Steve G at Norman. I was VERY SPECIFIC in telling him what I was wanting to buy the next day. I wanted a 2012 in one of two colors. After a few minutes he called me back and said to come on up Saturday AM that he "had two cars in each color that fit my specs". After driving almost two hours I arrive at Lake Norman and talk to Jim Burkett whom I had spoken with before (very nice!). He shows me around the dealership and then we go to his office to find out where the cars that I am going to look at are on the lot. After several minutes of him at his CPU I could tell he was confused. He then gets up to go talk to his sales manager, Vinnie. We all then go to the lot to look at cars and at that point they (Vinnie and Jim) tell me that they have NO cars that are 2012 in one of the two colors I want. I proceed to tell them that I spoke with Steve G the prior evening and he said he had "several cars" that fit my specs. I then ask to speak with Steve. After a few minutes Steve walks up (does not introduce himself BTW) and asks if there was a problem. I tell him that I drove two hours and he had no cars on the lot for me to look at. He then proceeds to get agitated with me and then says the following (yes I am upset but this is no lie): "Man, I've been working for you for weeks. Been taking your calls. Been giving you prices. You have not shown up at your appointments (more on this later). You have to work with me here. What's wrong with this 2011 right here (he did have a 2011 in the color I wanted)" He was confrontational and very unprofessional. My thought.........heaven forbid that I have somebody do their job. Yes, I have called several times on cars but this is what they get paid to do. I was very specific the night before in what I wanted. I wanted a 2012 not a 2011. He flat lied to me to get me to his lot in hopes that I would drive home with a car. Not the car I wanted......just any car he could sell. Regarding the his appointment remark..........never once did I have an appointment with them. I am in sales and very busy. I did say that I would "TRY" to come visit the next day or later in the week. In fact, I got a call one day from someone at their dealership wanting to confirm that I would be arriving at 2PM for my appt. I told them that I had no appt. Vinnie (who was nice) then asked if I would consider the 2011 vehicle. I told him that I drove up for a 2012 and I had no interest in a 2011 for various reason. He even asked if I would consider the 2011 if he "gave" me a "free" extended warranty. Of course I was not going to fall for that since if they sell me the 2011 then their mission is accomplished. In summary.......I did end up buying a car from Infiniti of Gwinnett. Great people and great prices. Not pushy at all. Ask for Jason. Yes, Lake Norman had great prices but their sales tactics were unprofessional and the owner of the dealership should be ashamed. To flat lie to a consumer is wrong.

Excellent experience with Lake Norman Infiniti. We had already done our research and knew what we wanted. Managed to agree an excellent price online with chat function and then agreed all the lease details before we arrived. When we arrived we were treated superbly, sales guy Frank took over from Brian Curci who did the deal and Frank was enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful (sorry Frank we never got your last name!) No attempt to upsell us with stuff we didn't want (same with finance guy who politely asked if we wanted to look at protection packages and equally politely accepted our decline), and gave us a very thorough overview of the car. We agreed the deal in the morning, arrived at dealership at 3:30pm and were driving away our new JX by 5pm. Fantastic job by everyone at the dealership involved we were very happy. I would highly recommend.

They lured me down there, over an hour away w/ the promise of giving a great deal. Get there and they won't negotiate a dime off the price. Sales manager doesn't have the class to meet me, won't call me back. Shop somewhere else!

Had several things wrong with the vehicle that should have been warranty work.. Dealership was not responsive, no calls back and owner was rude and employees lied. There is no way that the majority of these reviews are real.. I have had several people tell me how bad this dealership is and how they lie. They will tell you about anything to buy the car, but then treat you horrible once they made the sale. I just bought a new QX56 from Georgia.. AWESOME dealership there and they delivered the car. Infiniti of Gwinett.. Do not do business with this dealership!!
