I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium

By Jstef75 on 8/11/2017 at 1:40 PM. Helped by Justice, Mitch.

I recently purchased a 2917 Ford Escape Titanium. Although I believe my salesman Justice may be fairly new to car sales, I believe he did well. From Justice I was sent to Mitch for financing. Mitch was excellent to deal with. He made sure the rate and payment were comfrotable for me. Overall dealing on the purchase was a positive experience.

I would recommend this dealer.

Tire Change Over and Oil Change

By VeryHappyCustomer on 12/1/2016 at 2:37 PM. Helped by Daniel Hryb, Mason Bannerman.

We recently had gotten a flat tire on our car. We took it into Lakeland and bought two new tires from their Tire at Cost program, which saved us a lot of money! They installed them in a timely manner and had us back on the road in no time. A few weeks later, we took both our vehicles back there and got oil changes done on them. I was very happy with the service and parts departments. The time they took and the quality of work they did. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I would recommend this dealer.

My sister purchased a 'Premium Used' Ford Escape from...

By JoMcKay on 8/10/2012 at 2:46 AM. Helped by unknown.

My sister purchased a 'Premium Used' Ford Escape from Lakeland Ford in Prince Albert. Because family members recommended this dealer, she felt confident in being treated with a modicum of fairness and honesty. She paid $22,000. In addition she was cajoled into additional warranties, extended warranties, etc. Key to the very BAD experience was this-she asked "has this vehicle ever been in an accident?" and was told that No, it had never been in an accident. It 'looked like it was in excellent condition and she was assured it was very well taken care of. So she went ahead with the purchase- in trust. A couple days later, our brother-in-law who is a journeyman mechanic did his look over. He found significant evidence that body work was done, and also, in some spots, evidence that Salvage parts (not new) were used in repair work. She then did a VIN # search and learned that the 'like new' vehicle she was sold had in fact been in 2 accidents - one of the claims was for $8900. Then she went back to the dealer... Bottom line - they said - oh well too bad. Claimed that as soon as she drove it off the lot it was no longer their responsibility. All those extra warranties she paid for? (Did not apply). They would not return her money, and they would not fix any problems, and they would not even apologize! So- buyer beware if you are looking at Lakeland Ford. They lied (about the vehicle history- later claiming that they did not legally have to disclose that information)and then would not take any (as in NONE) responsibility for their own mistakes...

I would not recommend this dealer.
