Success at last!

Pat Kassinger was very helpful in giving me several cars to test drive. Pat was never pushy, he answered all of questions and ultimately found just the car I was looking for. Other sales men were helpful on occasion but never tried to steal the sale. I recommend Lambert to all my friends. Thanks for a great experience.

Treated like family

My car has been perfect until Tuesday morning when the battery died. Even after a quick charge the car was humming but electronics were on the fritz. Josh very kindly said to bring in my malfunctioning car ASAP. It was good as new just a few hours later.

Horrible customer service

Last Saturday I was at Lambert with my brother in law looking at a high end used vehicle a Z28. We were there from 145pm to close. We waited almost two hours to even test drive. And waited again to start paperwork. We were set on taking this vehicle home that day but the Finance manager was not willing to stay over past 5 and finalize the deal. So we had to wait until Monday to finalize the deal. Now I work for a dealership and I know that if you want your customer happy and want them to return you will stay and do what ever it takes to finalize the deal and get customers on the road in their new car. I know what it’s like to stay over hours after it’s not fun you just want to go home I get that. But this would’ve taken a half hour at most. And if they wouldn’t have made us wait so long we wouldn’t have even been there till close. I was very disappointed when they said they wouldn’t stay. Another thing that really upset me was them saying they don’t detail their cars before they deliver the car. With all this said we will not be returning to Lambert and I will say this was an awful experience with how the employees treated us. Customer service is key to any business and Lambert Buick GMC does not have that.

I would not recommend this dealer.

2018 Yukon

Pick up, financial paper work, and product review was the quickest I have ever experienced. I have bought many GM vehicles and the exit process was always was a pain before finally driving the vehicle off the lot. Especially liked that the so-called extras were only presented and not pushed. Great experience for me!

Pleasantly Surprised

I have always dreaded the thought of buying a car. The idea of walking into a dealership and being overwhelmed by salesmen trying to meet their monthly sales quota was not something I looked forward to. Though I was greeted by three friendly and very professional salesmen everything changed when I walked into the dealership and heard my friend John yell my name. I asked the salesmen if they minded if I dealt with John all three just smiled and agreed John was the guy to help me. I am pretty sure John enjoyed selling me a car just as much as I enjoyed buying one from him. This deal was one based on trust and a fair deal. Thank you John and everyone at Lambert Buick.

This is the third time we have chosen Lambert for our car needs. We appreciate the honest no gimmick pricing and the amazingly down to earth staff. After moving to Columbus we searched for a week to find another dealer. It was not a good idea to settle for less, so we went right back to Lambert and let them know how rare they are. Gerald and the team are very clean cut and professional and we are confident with our decision for the third time. Also, thanks to Gabe in financing for your speed and proficiency!
