Excellent staff all around!

I was dealing with another dealership that couldn't find what I wanted. I contacted Mt. Kisco on a Saturday and got the manager, John, on the phone. He and I emailed back and forth and he found the exact RRS I was looking for. A few days later, he had it for me and we closed the deal. Everyone at that dealership is top-notch, from the finance people to the gentleman, Rito, who patiently showed me all the features. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Land Rover or Jaguar.

Non caring

I have had problems with the service dept. for a few months now. When I first received a message of warning on my screen I called right away. I was on hold for 25 mins, then called back leaving a message. I called again 3 days in a row. I finally spoke with someone in the sales dept saying that Auto Nation bought them out and to call back. 1 month later I speak with someone that tells me to try a different Land Rover because of the changes. I therefore called a different location 65 miles away. I decided to wait out the local one near me because I was unable to get service within one month at the farther location. 3 months later still having the warning and now another warning and I make a phone call to my local Land Rover after 3 calls within 1hour I finally speak to someone and they booked my car for service for 3weeks out. No cares about overheating or not shifting properly. Never again will I buy a Land Rover.

What you'd expect from a luxury dealer

Run Away, Don't Walk

Run, Don't walk. This is a car dealer that, apparently, doesn't deal in selling cars. I decided to give this dealership another try, after a lousy service experience a few years ago – they replaced my Rover's panoramic glass roof but failed to re-install the satellite/utility box on the roof – I decided to pop in and test drive the new Range Rover. It was very quiet and no other customers in the store. The sales rep, who looked like she just came from Sunday afternoon coffee, said to me, "We don't do test drives for the full body Range Rover. I'll go see if there's one on the lot but we really don't do it." I saw two on the lot, yet she told me there weren't any. Further, their website showed 19 of them in stock. False advertising. So...I jumped in my car and called another dealer and, without asking, he told me to come in for a test drive.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Enjoyable Experience

This was my first time both purchasing a Range Rover and in dealing with Land Rover Mt. Kisco. From my very first visit Dave Welton answered all of my questions and was never pushy in his sales approach. The sales manager, Joe Kiney was also very professional. Once my RR Sport arrived at the port in Baltimore I received a call so that they could schedule the delivery as soon as possible so that I would not have to wait. When it arrived at the lot, Dave went out of his way to send me pictures of the Sport so I could get a glimpse of how it arrived still mostly covered with the protective covering. The personal care I received on the day I picked up car was also outstanding. I am confident that the same high level of personal care and service will continue in my future dealings with Land Rover Mt. Kisco.

Best car buying experience I've had to date! 1st time Land Rover buyer and thanks to Land Rover Mount Kisco,won't be my last. I live in Central Jersey and will bypass several other LR dealers and drive the 2+ hours to buy here!! 6 Star LR dealer! Customer service is top shelf. Great deal on my Rover. Professional and Friendly Service with Integrity

The car buying process can be a bit nerve wracking at times, but the team at Land Rover Mt. Kisco delivered a very positive experience, as the entire staff was friendly and professional at all times. During our first visit they were a bit short staffed due to illness however, the staff acknowledged us early, explained the situation and attended to us in a timely manner. We worked with Dave Welton to purchase a 2014 Evoque and it was a pleasure. His sense of humor was refreshing but his professionalism and integrity stood out even more. Even though we live more than an hour away, I'd visit Land Rover Mt. Kisco to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Waited whole year for my car, but I did not get it.

I've ordered Land Rover Sport (2014 model) on Nov 2013. As I've been told, there was a big demand, so my car will arrive in March/April of 2014. I agreed to this term and pay deposit.. Later I realized that it was Huge Mistake. In April 2014, after several attempts to find out the status, I've been told that there is delay, and my car will arrive at Sep 2014. Of course, I've got no car in September, , but they promised that November will be the date. After Thanksgiving Day, I realized that nobody called me to notify about my car. It took another week to get somebody on the phone. But at this time they told me that "we cannot sell car to you, because you don't live in our area of service" Does anybody have anything similar to that? This is Ridiculous! And now I am trying to get my deposit back. Looks like it might take another year. Save time and money, shop somewhere else.

The Great Team at Land Rover Mt. Kisco

We just bought out third Land Rover (the first was the LR2 and my wife now drives an LR4 and we just bought the Evoque for me) and Joe and Christine demonstrated great patience with us each step of the way. Whether we are there to buy a new car or to have a car serviced, the Land Rover Mt. Kisco team always treats us like family and provide excellent service and support. I especially appreciated the time Christine spent with us helping set up the car and for Chris's great explanations of the extended warranty options. The car is beautiful and we are looking forward to seeing the team again when we are next in for service in about a year.
