New Orleans Landrover provided us the best customer service ever imaged from the custom consulting on a personal built Range Roger to the final process of delivery and consultation of owner operation. The best I’ve ever received when purchasing a luxury vehicle.

Fantastic service!

Both Kermit and Chad were extremely helpful in the ordering of my 2018 range rover sport. Being that I went with a special color, the time it took to get in took a while (which they told me up front) and all along the way they were happy to provide updates on my expected delivery time. Once the car arrived they were extremely flexible on my pick up date (traveling overseas) and then Kermit gave me a wonderful overview of all the great features the car has to offer. Would definitely recommend the team to any of my friends! My friend actually owns a few dealerships in San Antonio but I much prefer working with Kermit and Chad.

Mike got me a last minute oil service appointment since I don't live close by. I could travel from Hammond to Baton Rouge BUT I choose to go to Land Rover of New Orleans because they don't try to rip you off in service as the Baton Rouge dealer does. Avoid the Baton Rouge dealer and bring your LR to Nola. It's worth the drive!

Great Service

Mike in service took in my 2015 Range Rover for its yearly maintenance and had it back to me that afternoon. They found an open recall and took care of it. I had asked for them to see if I needed an alignment or rotation and they said no. I don't know many other dealerships that will tell you the truth, as they did. I have never had an issue with any of my visits to Land Rover of New Orleans. Honestly, I have read other people's posts and it sounds like they are completely spoiled and don't understand that vehicles have issues. They just do and it's not the dealership's fault. The dealer is just the middle man. They sell and service. If more people would get their heads out of their xxxxx, they might have a better experience.

Awful Service Department and Terrible Customer Service

I have had several dealings with the service department and each time it has been absolutely painful. Simply calling to make an appointment can take days, even if you leave a message and request a call back. If you are lucky enough to actually reach a person in the service department don't be surprised if you hang up not knowing anything more than you knew before you called. They seem to go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible. The only thing I would recommend them for is regularly scheduled maintenance but don't expect any assistance with a loaner car, no matter how much you just spent on a brand new Land Rover. Also, you will have to call repeatedly to find out if your car is ready, them calling you would actually take effort on their part. If you happen to have a question regarding your brand new vehicle that you purchased from them, good luck! Amnesia sets in as soon as you drive off of the lot. If they answer your call, they either cannot or will not look up your vehicle records to answer simple questions, so know exactly what you are calling about and have all of your information readily available to assist them. Again, asking them to look something up would actually take some effort on the CUSTOMER service level - something that they have none of.

Great Sales Horrible Service Department

Excellent sales department. Very professional and courteous. I purchased my vehicle brand new and absolutely am in love with land rovers Range Rover. High quality vehicle. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service department. They are discourteous and down right rude. I have brought my car in about ten times in the year and a half for recalls, routine service, tires, etc. Land Rover deals with the issues but unfortunately the service team is the issue. Would love another Range Rover but seriously considering buying another brand based solely on the service department. Really a shame because I love my car. Apparently this has always plagues this branch based on other reviews. Hopefully management will take head and hire more professional pleasant service department representatives.

I would not recommend this dealer.

HORRIBLE

My brand-new vehicle has been in the service department twice. The first time around they did not have a loaner vehicle that could've been issued and told me to come back. I waited another week in my vehicle sat for almost 2 1/2 weeks and the problem still has not been corrected. I cannot begin to tell you the lack of communication, expertise and professionalism this place try to pass off. I would never recommend anyone going my brand-new vehicle has been in the service department twice. the worst service

I purchased a LR3 from here 3 years ago and because of the service never go to get service. Recently I have them a chance when my insurance sent it there for a repair. And low and behold the service manager handled me like sh**. They fixed the cars and minutes after driving over the lot I was broke down by the side of the road. He said you have to get it back to us and if its our fault we would take care of the cost later. When as if I could have a car ready when I got there I was told we would put in a call to the rental company that the best we could do. We I go to the dealership its not only about the car anymore Its the service. No one wants to spend money where the service it sh**. And what's crazy is I was talking to the manager..

I would not recommend this dealer.

Land Rover New Orleans is the worst experience I have...

Land Rover New Orleans is the worst experience I have ever had involving an auto repair. First the vehicle was not fixed properly (engine Light on) ,remaining after repair. Then a hose that had disconnected to perform the work (plugs and tune up) came loose a short time afterward. They then wanted a small fortune to repair what they had not connected properly in the first place. I had the vehicle towed to my normal mechanic, and for $40 DOLLARS he repaired what they deemed as failure of multiple items not related to their initial repair. My engine light is still on after about $1200 dollars worth of nothing from Land Rover New Orleans. Contacted BBB and after several weeks was finally told that we can't please everyone, so best of luck to you. All can be collaborated if need be, so am just trying to let other people know my experience at Land Rover New Orleans.
