I live in the Southbay but I spend a lot of time out in the Palm Desert area so I took my car to Land Rover Rancho Mirage and received the best, most efficient and professional service I have ever received and would definitely take my car back there!!!

Gabe made it very easy for us to purchase our new Range Rover Sport. We are out of state and Gabe was very good to work with and they beat all other prices. Now I have a great excuse to come down for maintenance and play golf. Very pleased with overall experience.

What a horrible experience after purchase. Absolutely unprofessional and boi return calls. By your car elsewhere. The finance manager, Davin Pasko, does not intend to provide any level of professionalism. Does not return emails or calls. How is he allowed to contribut continue to work in this position.

Rip off not the same good dealership like they use to be

I don’t feel that they are honest they tell you that your car needs more work then it does so they lie and try to rip you off and we have bought 15 cars from this dealership and two just a couple months ago but never again we will go to another dealership

Horrendous customer service

I"m used to dealing with Porsche and Mercedes who have always (with rare exception over the past 20 years) treated me like a king when I come in for service. At this dealer I felt like I was a customer at a chevy dealer. First, we had to wait six weeks for an appointment if we wanted a service loaner (which we needed). After waiting for six weeks for an appointment we showed up at opening and were shuffled back and forth between service writers while they fought over who got stuck helping us - neither one appeared to want to help. Then they complained that our appointment was not until 1030 AM - even though the place was devoid of customers and there were three service writers there. They really appeared very annoyed at having to help us. And, Daisy (who was very rude on the phone) never told us 1030 at scheduling; she just said bring it by in the morning. When we finally got to talk to the service writer, he said they needed our car for a few days because they couldn't get it in that day - and all it needed was a software update. What is the point of having an appointment that we scheduled six weeks in advance, when they can't get the car in for a few more days? This was only a problem because we needed to head out of town and arranged our schedules around the appointment, and it definitely added to the frustration. All along, the service writers were cold and off-putting. They treated us like we were a major inconvenience. Finally, when we picked the car up, the software problems had not been completely resolved. This place has a captive market in the area and apparently rely on that. If possible, we'll be having our service needs addressed in San Diego or OC.

I would not recommend this dealer.

You are way to busy to recommend anyone to your dealership

Had to wait one month for an appointment. I know your physical space is limited but I can’t imagine jamming more cars in your service area. As stated, Chad was great, but just don’t see how he can be top notch with anymore customers coming his way. Although,glad your business is so good. I know you’re setting all kinds of records.

Dealer works hard to address concerns

Mistakes

Overcharged and had to complain to get the price promised. Alignment screwed up and had to return the car for a redo. Paid $500 for a part and labor that the service person said would work (regarding garage opener) and it doesn’t work. Hoping it gets repaired tomorrow.

dissatisfaction with service

We have not been satisfied with the service provided at this dealership. We have taken our car there and only there since we bought it. This past visit the car was kept in your service department for 10 days. We brought it in for service and a battery. We mentioned three other items for review resulting in an auxilliary battery and repair of the mechanism controlling the outside mirrors. In addition the overhead light in the car would blink on and off. We were given completion dates on several occasions which were not met causing us to change our plans. When we called in for updates rarely could we speak to someone in service and our calls were not returned promptly sometimes not at all. I would have to call several times to get a response. I left two messages for the service manager with no return call. In the past we mentioned certain things that were never corrected. Your people were always polite but certainly not effective. 10 days was overkill for the work done. We have decided to take our car to the Orange County dealership in the future,----Thank you for a chance to express this We would not have communicated our feelings otherwise. Perhaps it will help the next person
