Couldn't be happier from my first call to the dealership, speaking with Audrey to driving off the lot. I had the pleasure of dealing with Manny one of the sale consultants who walked us through a difficult lease trade in situation. He handled everything so smoothly and professionally giving us a great deal on a 2016 Discovery. None of the usual car dealership baloney, very upfront, honest and professional This is our second purchase from a Herb Chambers dealership and we will not shop anywhere else in the future. Manny went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and handled the entire process quickly and efficiently. Jeff in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall kudos to the entire team!! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

One outstanding dealer

I bought a 2012 Range Rover with this dealer 7 yrs ago with a good experience. I had previously bought all my cars from Lexus of Watertown with superb service. RR of Sudbury had given me good but not superb service. I had been searching for a particular RR for 2 yrs and the Sudbury team could not help me. Finally a new person, Jeremiah Mandley was able to move mountains with such ease and was able to do the job that 4 others were unable to do. He is a gift and this company is lucky to have this brilliant and kind person.

A pleasant and rewarding way to spend part of a Sunday!

We needed to replace our end-of-lease 2016 Range Rover Evoque with a newer car. We drove to Land Rover Sudbury on a Sunday because they were available, kind, and had what we needed. We leased our 8th Range Rover that we have either owned or leased, since 1990. The Land Rover brand has been our car(s) of choice without interruption since that time. We were very pleased by Jeremiah's helping us to get into a 2019 Evoque. He and the entire team at Herb Chambers Land Rover Sudbury anticipated and provided for our needs. We were able to drive off the next day, Monday, in our new car. Thank you. By the way, our other car is a 1989 Land Rover 90 LHD turbo deisel.

3rd Range Rover Lemon in a row!

I recently purchased a 2019 Range Rover. It was my third one in 3 years and I decided to take another chance because I was told all of the known "issues" were fixed. They have not been fixed. Within 1,000 miles, this 2019 has all of the same problems as my 2016 and 2017 which were both bought back by Range Rover!!! These vehicles are knowing being sold with problems: Front strut noise, Infotainment system malfunctions, rear back up camera will not shut off when driving down the street, radio comes in and out. Fact is, Range Rover is second to last in satisfaction by JD Power. Only Fiat is worse. Good luck with resale value! Lots of non-returned calls from this service department and Land Rover customer service. This dealership needs new management

I just wasted 2.5hrs of my Sunday attempting to buy a 2018 Supercharged Range Rover. Of course, after getting there, 1 of the 2 vehicles I am interested in was sold back in April. Apparently updating the inventory on the website is not a priority here (although to be fair, it doesn't seem to be a priority at any Land Rover dealership as I've also seen cars ordered for 2 months from now show up on other dealer websites). That might have even spurred me to write this review. But no, the real reason for this review was the lack of any sort of management negotiation for the vehicle. I own another car from Herb Chambers Mercedes and the experience was night and day. You'd have thought offering 98% of the MSRP for the vehicle and fully 6k over the KBB Fair Market would have been close enough. Throw in my offer to use their financing to further fatten their wallets. Well, it wasn't. Not worth the 47mi round trip for my house. I hope you enjoy staring at that Fuji White Rover a while longer. And to be fair, the sales agent who assisted me, Alex, could not have been more informed about the vehicle and been more helpful. I am really sorry I could not have contributed to his numbers for May

Had an excellent experience here at Land Rover Sudbury! Initial contact was made with Sofia Toro, who very good in gathering information and not being bothersome in her follow-ups. We finally went to the dealership, met with Sofia who introduced us to Samantha Diamon, She too was very patient and helped us narrow it down to the vehicle we wanted. We went in thinking of the RR Velar and the Jaguar F-Pace, she told us what to expect before the test drive and it was exactly what I experienced. She did an excellent job of going over the details of the car. I have to admit, she was more thorough than the demo some dealers offer during delivery of a vehicle. We left the dealership feeling very confident and pleased of Samantha's expertise. We will be back once our current lease is up on a competing brand. Keep up the awesome work Samantha and Sofia.
