James Case and the Blue team have provided us with exceptional service again. I switched dealers 8 years ago and will only use Landmark Ford and Lincoln now. The service department is amazing-- fast, thorough and always pleasant. I appreciate their knowledge and experience.

Missed a few things!

I brought my Explorer in for a Oil Change and inspection. The only issue I have is with the inspection! My passenger fog light housing was broken a week or two prior to bringing it in, but the inspection report noted everything was good and no damage anywhere I noticed after I got home. Also in a previous visit a few months earlier, the service adviser noted a leak around the thermostat area, but I never repaired it, but this time everything was great. I'm not sure how the inspection goes, but it's not doing well. Update: They called me back and I rescheduled to have the Fog Light housing installed. They installed it and it worked out.

Dealership is top notch

We recently bought a new Explorer from Tom Raynor. Tom was great, locating the exact trim level and color combination my wife wanted. I always try and do my research ahead of time as new car buying can be complicated and confusing. I used the internet and Tom responded quickly. I had a price range in mind for this vehicle and Tom nailed it, giving me a price right up front that I found to be fair to both he and us. We had the added complication of having to move out of state very soon and Tom was able to suggest we just have Landmark do the paperwork for us to register in in our new location. We had a short time window to make all this happen. Tom had the vehicle my wife wanted ready for us to pick up in just a matter of days. I'd recommend Tom and Landmark to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. By the way, I've used the service department for my Fusion and they're excellent as well.

Needed a car, visited several Dealerships and chose Landmark Ford. Via internet search, I was introduced to Mr. Charlie Wilson. At my first visit, Charlie was prompt, friendly and welcoming. I had a list of criteria for a new car. He listened patiently and offered several options. Charlie made every effort, and many phone calls, to find the car I wanted. Needless to say, he never tried to "sell" me something (I am not knowledgeable about car details), but was very supportive in helping me to define the best car for me and I am pleased with my purchase . Thank You Charlie.

I recommend Landmark Ford to everyone I know. My Ford (I purchased at Landmark Ford) has been an amazing value. Never a moment of trouble. I have regular maintenance at Landmark Ford and I've never needed anything extra - they are completely honest and upfront.

James Case has been my service advisor for many years and has done an outstanding job keeping my current F150 running like new. His common sense approach to vehicle maintenance is refreshing. He shares his knowledge, gives his opinion on those things which are important and those which can wait. As a result I have grown to trust his word about needed maintenance. My vehicle has always been ready when promised and washed to boot!

Overall, an excellent experience! Our sales person (Bill Huff) was incredibly easy to work with and found exactly the vehicle I was looking for. This was our third vehicle purchase from Landmark in the last 15 years and I have recommended Landmark to anybody I know who's interested in purchasing a vehicle. We purchased another Ford at a different dealership and the experience almost made me want to not purchase from Ford again but this time around Landmark has definitely won me for life. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, I asked questions and he answered me and then some. I felt very well treated and respected. We will likely be in the market for another Ford (my husband needs to replace his Focus) and Landmark will definitely get our business again.

Purchased 2017 Ford F150

This was the best negotiation and transaction experience I have ever had at a dealership. From the time we walked on to the lot, looked at and test drove, until we were out the door with a new truck....was just less than 2 hours! Jeff was great at answering our questions without pressuring a sale. Also, I was surprised to see a great offer price right out of the gate, not having to haggle back and forth for 1/2 a day. We were also very happy with the offer on our trade in.

It turned out to be a fortunate day for me when I walked onto the car lot at landmark ford, because I was greeted by Scott Sprout. We went through the entire process of finding the right F150 that I hoped to find, And purchase without having to eat a bunch of Rolaids… I’ve found that at landmark ford, and with Scott sprout, you can leave your Rolaids at home, there is no need for them. Scott shows respect along with excellent product knowledge as he allowed me, and helped me go through the entire process, with no pressure from anybody. Scott Sprout is a very good man, who uses wisdom, honesty, and good judgment throughout the process. Bob in the finance office, as well as the sales management team, at the end were very clear and effective with no pressure whatsoever. I will go back to Scott and Landmark Ford for any future needs.
