Slow as xxxx!

Oil change took 2.5 hours! No concern at all for customer’s time. Promised it wouldn’t take over 1.5 hours; but no one cares! Stay far away if you value your time!!! Didn’t even provide safety inspection as promised.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Rogue to Sentra 2017

Great dealership love my 2017 Senta SV Came late Monday night left at 11:00pm Came back the following Saturday had my car washed chip installed to my Nav And the extras completed. The nice lady took care of till the end!! Thank you Nissan of San Bernardino! I live an bought my car in San Bernardino will b back to buy my Rogue in the future!!

you make an appointment and the phone calls don't stop!!!

made an appointment to take my car here for service and two days back to back (this past Saturday and Sunday) i have some guy calling stating they want to buy my car and get me into a brand new car, i think oh yay me!!! right? NOT! i tell them nicely I'm not interested, that was Saturday. Sunday evening rolls around and again some one calling again, and they are sneaky too, they start by asking about your appointment and they make it seem like there's a problem with your appointment then they roll into their BS pitch i plan to talk to the manager about these harassing calls.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Renigging Dealership

Bought a NEW 2016 Sentra in order to close the the deal I asked for them to install fog lights they (Jose) agreed.The fog lights were backordered,and no one informed me,now they dont want to put the fog lights on!! Also charged me $600 for a door Sticker!!No Service after the Sale !! Nobody has called me back to try & resolve Issue!! Would not Recommend this Dealership!! 0 out of 10 Rating!!

Disorganized Liars

We had an appt with Tracy today. We received a promotion for gift card for stopping by. Get there and there is no Tracy there that day. We reserved all the information on the phone. We were interested in a 4x4 truck. They had none in stock. Didn't know when they will get it, nor had any information on the model we were interested in. The salesman said he couldn't talk about price, because his job was just show cars. xxx? Nor asked for our contact info to notify us when the desired stock would come on.After all this. Time wasted. We didn't even get a gift card. They said they ran out. A bunch of liars. This was just a ruse to waste our time .I would never buy from this organization. Possible never buy a Nissan now.

Charlie took such good care of me buying my little Juke. He stayed with me through the whole process, and did everything possible to get my order through as quickly as possible. I was nervous at buying a new car, but Charlie put my mind at ease and explained every detail about the car and financing. He never did any high pressure selling nor put any pressure on me to buy. He truly had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Charlie and Nissan of San Bernardino when you are ready to buy a car. Charlie not only is a fantastic sales rep, but a very sweet guy.

If you like dealing with friendly, people oriented people, then go to Nissan of San Bernardino. If you are lucky enough to get Charlie Nettles as your Internet Sales Manager then you will have a great day and memorable buying experience. Charlie greats you with a genuine smile, firm handshake and is straightforward, you know right away that he has your interests first in his mind. Charlie will point out a minor defect, explain why it occurred, and have it fixed for you, without you having even discovered it. Charlie will get you the best deal possible, he works the numbers in your favor. My purchase was a Pathfinder Platinum, contacted Charlie on the internet, and away I drove knowing I got a fair, honest and the best deal that I possibly could have with no pressure. I also found finance manager Monique Gallegos to have a warm, welcoming personality, she was marvelous and efficient with the paperwork and a valuable part of that friendly, customer oriented team. I highly recommend Nissan of San Bernardino as the place to buy a car.

I wanted to thank Charles Nettles for helping me get my new Leaf. He went to bat for me and got me the lowest price. The national advertised lease price did not include the QuickCharge package and the one I wanted had the option. It was more expensive and Charles got the sales manager to go as low as possible. The car is a technological work of art. I recommend it to anyone who drives close and has a second car for longer trips. I haven't bought gas in 2 weeks. In fact, I won't buy gas ever again for this car. Thanks again Charles for all the help. Drew

I would highly recommend Charles and Val of Nissan Of San Bernardino.. They were very friendly and made the process really easy. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and overall a great buying experience. Although I only dealt with them, the entire staff and the environment of the place makes you feel at ease. We have closer Nissan dealerships around my area, but driving a few extra miles to Nissan of San Bernardino is definitely worth the drive and time. Their online reviews speak for themselves. We will definitely be coming back to them again for future business.

Bait and Switch on Nissan Leaf

NISSAN SOLD ME TWO YEARS OF FREE CHARGING AND THIS DEALER CHARGED ME TO USE THEIR CHARGE STATION. I own a Nissan Leaf and went to the dealership to charge the car. I was told by them that the charge was free as part of Nissan's No Charge to Charge program which they offer to their customers. When I received my statement I was charged $10 for a 20 minute charge. ChargePoint told me that it is the dealership that decides to charge the customer. Most other Nissan dealerships honor their word and allow for free quick charging. The ChargePoint system is even controlled by Nissan. Get some integrity!

One of the easiest buying experience I've had

Charles & Andrew of Nissan of San Bernardino were great and they made the process very smooth. They made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Not a fair trade in value

I did the research on our trade in based on the Kelly Blue book value for trade in. My daughter was trading in a Nissan Titan in good condition with a value of $7360 low to $8016 high on a good condition vehicle. Nissan of San Bernardino offered us $3500. We went to OC Auto Exchange in Fullerton and was offered $8000 for our trade in. My daughter got the car she wanted (mustang) and the trade in she deserved. Needless to say, we are disappointed with Nissan of San Bernardino for this reason. The salesmen are nice and friendly, but the deal wasn't there. Roxanne

Nissan of San Bernardino is awesome, not only was everyone friendly but they let me watch football while making my deal...lol. They wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable with my deal before I accepted it and Joe was there with me every step of the way. Joe is a great guy. He didn't try to push me into something that wasn't for me. I spent a good amount of time with him at Nissan of San Bernardino (probably more than most). He listened to my interests and what I wanted in a new car. He knows his inventory very well, I think we were outside for no more than 15 minutes looking and test driving a NIssan Sentra. He helped me set up the blue tooth and everything else. I'll be going back to him when I decide to trade this one in. THANKS JOE!
