I purchased a AMG C63 from MB of Seattle; love the car, cannot abide by the dealer. SO, I ended up driving to Tacoma, and while skeptical of how they would treat me...as I purchased the car at a competitor.. they could not have been more gracious. I was welcomed and made comfortable. They work was completed within the times frames they provided and was less then estimated. Additionally, they washed the car. I highly recommend this dealership.

Very pleased with Mercedes of Tacoma. Angelo in sales never pressured us to finance and gave us all of our purchase options. it can be intimidating to buy a car and everyone from customer service when we walked in to sales was very customer oriented. Highly recommend them.

Perchased a new Mercedes

I have to drive all the way to Seattle to get my Mercedes worked on !!! I live in Olympia, In the beginning I tried to give them good ratings but continue to have nothing but problems once you purchase a car from here it's a nightmare to get service done, It's funny, they create a new yelp site to get there stars rating high, If you go to yelp original site 2.3 stars ... researcher yelp No one seems to take initiative to make things right , I Purchased a warrantee from this dealership, They double charge on the he maintenance program, be careful !!!

Excellent service. Had my first service on my 2016 C450. Had to drive from an Hour and half away. Ran into traffic. Called jake, was able to keep my appointment. Once I got here, he was very professsional and could tell from the cards and items on his desk that we was an excellent member of the dealership. Waiting for my service to be done, he came over and informed that since they were backed up he was going to go out personally and wash my car for me. I was very impressed with this level of service. Hopefully he is there for a long time to come. Thanks for the great service Jake.

Repair of GLK250

I expected the repair to take 2 or three days. I dropped the car off on a Tues. evening at 5;30 and picked it up the next day at 5;30 and Larson arranged for a rental . Everything was smooth and efficient

Stealership

I was charged $150 for them to tell me what I already knew! They wanted $1100 to fix a stereo issue that should have been covered under warranty due to faulty engineering of the drunk that causes it to leak and it leaks all over stereo equipment and wiring! These guys are not honest, they're looking to get whatever money out of you they can. I will never go back and strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them. Horrible morals and unethical practices.

I went to the dealership to see Jim Foster to see about buying a SLK 250. We discussed my trade in cars and he gave me reasonable prices for the trade in value of each car. I then told him I wanted my payment to be lower and he was able to accomplish that for me within a few minutes! I purchased a car from Jim once before and found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling at Mercedes Benz. I like the way he does business and he treated me with respect and consideration. I appreciate all the people at this dealership since I have been doing business with them. I always get great service and all the employees are always professional and courteous. That is important to me and I appreciate the fact that everyone is so wonderful when I go in for service or to buy a car!

I was at first choosing between BMW X1 and MB 2014 CLA...

I was at first choosing between BMW X1 and MB 2014 CLA 250 for a car purchase. I am not overly knowledgeable about cars and not a car enthusiast by any means and so I really did not know the main difference between the two cars except for the model, company, make, etc. I think the deciding factor was the fact that I was treated very well at Larson Mercedes. I met Benson there and was very enthusiastic about introducing me to their cars. I just turned 24 and most of the time, people does not take me seriously in terms of money matter because of my Asian blood, they say I look young and look like a "highschooler". I don't look like I have the capability to purchase a car, let alone a luxurious one. I honestly like the BMWx1 and was very interested in purchasing it but the sales agent was not too interested about me, in my impression. So I left and told him that I will think about it first. Before going home, we stopped at Larson Mercedes. I was intending to go to Audi as well but the new CLA 250 got my attention. It is very "chic" and stylish, mine is black on black. The way I was treated was fantastic that's why I did not leave without making the car purchase. Chris and Richard are nice as well, very responsible people. Benson follows up and give updates regarding the car purchase which is really nice! He takes his job seriously and that's the kind of employee companies should keep ;) My civic was totaled that's why I have to make a car purchase. After nursing school, I think it's time for an upgrade! ;)

I would highly recommend the Larson Automotive Group to friends, family and co-workers. The team was extremely helpful and curteous. I must give special kudos; to Benson Yim from Mercedes' level of professionalism, it far exeeded my expecations.. I usually do all my auto purchases online; to cut down on the time spent at the dealership. I usually research the type of vehicle prior the purchase. After Benson contacted me at work; he immediately went to work, getting me the car of my dreams, All communication was done by phone. The deal was completed in a couple of days and I was soon driving my M-Class SUV. I LOVE IT!!! In the interim; the Mercedes' dealership provided me with a 2013 M 8 to drive, while I was waiting on my car to be delivered. This is my 3rd vehicle from the Larson Group, I'm sold and a customer for life.
