Service & carwash so disapointed

after some 7 years came back to bmw and this dealership.The whole staff was professional,friendly and easy to deal at the time of purchase..now after 7 months of my second bmw purchase i totally disappointed about this dealership ! Car Wash !!! this dealership needs to check other Car brands service and what they doing, to wash a car usually takes about 45 minutes! and now they not washing at all- some construction or what ! this kind a premium car brand dealership cant afford to make a deal with some car wash places to wash bmw cars for free?? two months ago i came to parts store and was totally disappointed of unprofessional service , two persons had no clue what kind a part i was asking and gave me no idea when they could order it and how much would cost!!! Now last week on Monday morning i called and asked to make an appointment for Tuesday morning for 10k service. they said they don't have availability on Tuesday -only Wednesday, so i asked to give me a loaner car and and let me know when car is done, They said we don't have a loaner available until next week ! Are you serious ? We are paying premium and do we get premium service ! A total disappointment !

Very Pleasant Experience!

I am a proud owner of a 2018 X4 and I am very happy that I went to Laurel BMW to purchase my dream car! Kristina was very attentive to my needs & preferences, working patiently with me to make sure I get the color and package/options that I wanted to have in my car. She gave very valuable advise that led to my decision to get the X4, without being pushy (something I don't like from other dealerships). Kristina and her manager Mark (I couldn't spell the last name) helped make sure that I get my car in time for my birthday! Laurel BMW is not the closest BMW dealership to me but I chose to do business with them because they made me feel that they will go the extra mile to help me get the car I want even if it was not in their inventory, and even if it meant extra work for them (because it had to be ordered from the manufacturer). On top of the very pleasant sales experience, the entire dealership has a very welcoming atmosphere and everybody (including the finance guy, receptionist, genius) makes you feel that you can approach them anytime for any help or question that you may have. It's the feeling that you matter to them, that you are a valued customer, that makes me happy to be a Laurel BMW customer. And I'm pretty sure that I will be for a very long time.

THE WAY CAR BUYING SHOULD BE!

We recently leased an X3 for my wife and dealt with Luke Wierzba. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and not pushy or aggressive in his sales approach. Distance has great priority!!!

I live 40 minutes away from Laurel BMW but I refuse to go to any other dealer simply because of the courtesy of the staff from the receptionist to maintenance to the extraordinary sales floor. This is my second vehicle from Laurel and my 5th BMW overall. I've never had the experience I continue to have every time I visit the store. Andre Devera!!!! What's there not to say very personable attention driven and especially great with returning emails and phone calls. Even on his off days magically his emails are answered. Highly recommend Laurel BMW of Westmont simply because of their stellar performance in service.

Poor Post Sale Customer Suport

When I purchased the vehicle to help encourage the sale I was told about the lifetime free car washes. I relied on this information (and cost savings) in making my decision to purchase the vehicle. I was told by the general manager today that they no longer offer free car washes to existing customers. The GM acknowledged that he knew they offered free car washes at the time of sale but it was his decision not to continue to offer this service. This is the type of poor customer service the BMW dealer network is known for that gives the brand a bad reputation. If the dealer no longer wants to offer the service then they should appropriately compensate their customers for the loss in value for what the consumer bargained for at the time of sale. It's poor experiences like this will likely lead me to not considering a BMW for next vehicle lease/purchase.

Purchased a 2017 X5 and returned again a few months later to purchase another 2017 X5 for my wife. Both times I dealt with Lilly Kolarski. Such an incredible salesperson. Very knowledgeable and all communication with Lily was always in a very timely manner. Each and every time, Lily took her time to answer all of our questions. I made a few visits to look at different models of the 500 and 700 series BMWs. Camille "CJ "Levi was my sales contact. Even though I had owned seven series BMWs since 1996 - my first test drive with CJ was revealing. She had a complete knowledge of all features and explained them with exactly the right tone and I actually learned three or four things about the seven series features that would've been helpful to know 10 years ago CJ took the time to make sure all my questions were answered followed up with information on other vehicles & price reductions - in a professional manner without any undue pressure I would highly recommend CJ if you're looking at a BMW at Laurel motors

Visit Laurel BMW of Westmont for your next BMW purchase experience. From sales staff (Tony) to Genius in-car support (Giselle) to finance (Jason), I couldn't be happier with my recent '17 X5M purchase. The vehicle search, financing, and in-store paperwork was a breeze along with out of state vehicle registration and license plate transfer. Mike A. was also nice enough assist in locating an inter-state vehicle hauler for transporting my '04 X5 out of state. Tony was also very helpful in scheduling my Performance Center Delivery (PCD). Thank you. I recommend suggesting PCD to all new BMW customers. Thanks again to everyone at Laurel BMW.

FALSE ADVERTISING!

I would give them NO stars, but this site won't allow it. My fiancé and I went in to look at a used vehicle. The price was on the windshield. We drove it and told the salesman that we would contact him first thing in the morning since it was now 15 minutes past closing time. The next morning, I called and told him that we would take the vehicle. 20 minutes later I received a TEXT saying that the price on the windshield was wrong and that the real price was $4000 more. I tried to call the salesman and the GM. Neither of them would answer or even call back. 3 days later after several calls, I finally got a call from another manager and and he said that the vehicle was mismarked and they WOULD NOT sell the vehicle for the price on the windshield. Needless to say, we did NOT purchase the vehicle. This is a case of false advertising. I WILL NEVER GO TO LAUREL BMW OF WESTMONT AGAIN!
