Easy to work with

They make the process easy. I have gone there twice the last two years for both of our vehicles. I made sure I worked with Jason Beam each time. He is honest and genuinely wants to make sure you’re happy and satisfied when you leave. Everyone negotiated the price and trade in value realistically and were respectful the entire time. I am not a robot.

Not on the ball.

We had a warranty issue, which I understand is no one's fault, however it took three trips to get it corrected. In the meantime, we had the vehicle inspected, and I specifically told them the rear wiper blade was missing and we needed a new one. I picked up my car assuming it was there, only to find out after I was halfway home that there was still no rear wiper. (I was told they "must have forgotten to put it on.") Another issue I had was lack of communication. Even though I was promised phone call updates by a certain time of the day, I had to call to find out if my car was ready, or what the situation was. My husband has to leave work early so we can get to the dealership in time to pick up my vehicle, so it is not very convenient to find out half an hour before the service department closes whether or or not my vehicle is ready. Other times, I left messages and did not have my call returned. I hope my future experiences are better than the first three I have had.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Expert service, friendly and fast

slow tire air leak

I was expecting to pay something to get the slow air leak fixed on one tire,instead they come out to the waiting room with my keys and told me it was all good and no charge,you guys always help me out,keep up the fantastic service!

Not happy

We paid 50,000 dollars for a truck and it has been in the shop almost more than it has been drivin. Still is not fixed right. There should be a lemon law for this truck. How can I recommend for any one to purchase something here.

After getting terrible service from Freedom Ford in Ebensburg I called Tim at Laurel Ford in Windber. Tim was more than happy to help us with our 2012 F-150. I've gotten excellent service from Tim. He is very professional. I've been taking all of my Ford's to Laurel for work. They understand my busy schedule and are willing to work with me. If something is wrong they do their best to make it right. Thank you Tim.

Impressive

1st oil change on my explorer. Had to get inspection as well so did it all at once. I did not know the I got 1st oil change free. I was in and out in under an hour paying 1/2 of what I thought. Great way to start a Saturday.

No one would answer the phone and even after several requests for a return phone call, it didn't happen. The parts were $166 and the labor was almost $350. That is a bit much.

Always the best service done in a timely manner,very friendly,I purchased my 2017 Explorer here and I bought a 2017 Lincoln MKZ at a different dealer but when I brought my Lincoln to Laurel for service they treated me as if I bought it there.
