Forced into a car I never wanted.promised things I never got.I got sold a lemon I’ve hade 5 recalls on my car so far.nothing but crooks and shady deals the people there don’t help at all

They will lie to you big time, all the things they will tell you will be totally different once they get you signed the contract. Be very very careful with this dealership. The General Manager Jason is very good at convincing you with all his lies, he is very good in manipulating the deal. You are a piece of xxxx, after they get you in contract. Michelle the lady sale rep doesn't know anything if you ask information about the car she is selling, all you can hear from her is 'I dont know' and yet behave like she is at high on top of everybody. Very unprofessional. Never ever go or even try to go to this dealership.

My husband and I came to Leduc Hyundai with a unique financial situation. We never thought we would get into a new SUV. Jesse worked hard to get us a loan and we drove home a brand new Santa Fe the same day we went in. Although we live a hour away we would be happy to visit this dealership again!

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and after agreeing to pay a negotiated price the sales person tacked on extra charges and conveniently overlook them when going over the bill of sale.

Notorious on lies

I went there to get my vehicle looked which I bought a Chev Trax used from them. They would not even bother to put a scan on it just wanted me to go to a gm dealership. The extended warranty I got is not valid at any gm locations! So what a waste of my money! A certain person should not have a job

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership recently and was very disappointed in the customer service. They will lie to you. My vehicle is still waiting to be fixed to its new condition and this is a full week plus after I paid for it.

I purchased a new Hyundai on July 4th. I was not able to take possession of the vehicle until July 6th after 6pm, Brendan stayed late and made sure we went through the final gassing up and such. I had the dealer install 3m on the car before leaving the lot which is what took so long as the 3m guy was late to start thus late to finish. I drove my new car home and discovered a slice of paint was missing/cut from the front end. I contacted the dealership the next morning and as told "we will line something up". Waited 2 days for them to line something up contacted again and said I would like to even just drop the car off to begin the repair as we are going on a vacation (was going to be driving the new car). The response was "we cannot do anything until we talk to our body shop". So I now have a new car waiting for a repair that cannot even start until I come back from holiday or they talk to their body shop whichever comes first. Very disappointing customer service, clearly the goal is get the customer to sign and then ignore them.

Unable to fix a/c on 2018 Elantra GT Sport

Picked up our car in October 2017. Did not need to use a/c until this spring when we noticed that a/c wasn't working. Took to dealership and were told that they needed to order a tool just to diagnose the system. This took 2 weeks during which time the temperature hit 28C. Not fun driving around without a/c. Once the tool came in, we took the car back and after 2 days were told that the refrigerant needed to be recharged, but they did not have that particular refrigerant in stock and they had no idea when they would have it in stock. Were told just to continue driving the car until they called us - who knows when. Unacceptable for a brand new vehicle that the dealership to not be able to fix a/c system.

Went to get a quick oil change at Leduc and had a terrible experience. The technician opened the drain on the oil pan and realized he was changing oil on a Chevrolet. He then proceeded to explain that he would have to get the oil from a Chevrolet dealership and that would take a couple of hours. (The Chevrolet dealership is a couple of blocks from the Hyundai dealership, in Leduc.). After a short confrontation, the technician found some oil specific to the Chevrolet in the back room. He then said the oil was a synthetic blend and it would cost $100 or more to complete the change. The technician was told that it would only cost $79 to change it at a Chevrolet dealership and Norman the manager was called in to explain why it cost so much to change the oil at Leduc Hyundai. Norman looked at a wall chart and said their price was actually $84. This was $5 more than it would cost at the Chevrolet dealership in Edmonton. Norman explained (rather abruptly and a confrontational manner) that he could not reduce their price by $5, end of story. After a few more back and forth conversations, Norman charged the $79 that the dealership would have charged in Edmonton. The $5 was not the issue, it was the principle. I left dejected. A few days later, the lady that referred Leduc Hyundai for the oil service phoned the dealership and spoke to Norman. Norman told her if the dealership were to charge $5 less for their service they may go out of business. (They sure are working on a tight line.) I had changed my oil at the dealership in the winter and they said they would wash my vehicle at a later date as it was too cold to do the wash on that day. I think I will have to forgo the wash as I would HATE to see the dealership go into bankruptcy.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone , my husband and I just purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox . We completed the application online and were approved , it was as simple as going to the dealership and and working with their Excellent staff to get into a vehicle that was suited just perfectly for my family. Jessie was our financial guy and his quality of of honesty , transparency and his dedication to his customers was greatly shown and appreciated.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware, This dealership is strictly focused on getting you to sign the papers and after that you are nothing to them. Bought a used vehicle from them, Negotiated "their best price" 4 times. The initial price they came out with was higher than the price they even had it listed at on line lol. Part of the deal ended up being winter tires and rims. The general manager asked me what brand of tires I wanted and I told him. I also mentioned there were a couple minor cosmetic things I wanted fixed as well. All was not an issue. The Car Proof came back with a hit on it as "miscellaneous" I asked about that and they told me not to worry, it was hail damage. I asked for an updated Car Proof stating that and have not received it. When signing the final paperwork, the finance office tried upping the monthly payment by a few dollars and blamed it on the interest rate. At the end of the term it would have added $500.00 to the over all deal. Had to bring the vehicle back for them to put the winter tires on. They said it would take an hour. No worries. Turns out they didn't even order the tires, so I waited from 10:00AM until 3:30, to get some cheap no name winter tires, because it didn't specify a brand in writing on the bill of sale, and they didn't repair the defects and aren't going to. Shady, group working over there. Buyer beware.

On January 13 th got my car in for a recall service as well for my oil change. My appointment was set for 1:00 p.m. They approached me with a big smile on their face letting me know they were ready to start. Gave me approximately a time when it would be ready.During my wait for the last 20 minutes I went to see what was happening in the show room,got approached by Matt who was the sales man that sold me a Elantra 2013. Made me feel so welcome and so happy because he remembered me. Leduc Hyundai went over and beyond not only in sales but in their service as well. Thank you so very much, see you in the future Dianne

Investigated and fixed

Purchased a vehicle in feb 2015. Experience was great from start to finish. Don't use for service much as married to a mechanic. Oil bay always great and quick. Fast forward almost 3 years. Received a call couple weeks ago wanting me to trade my vehicle. Told them straight out wasn't interested. Ok cool. Then received a call from their finance dept about vehicle loan i apparently applied for. Whoa nope!! now I know sounds shady and not like a 5 star review. However, Scott the sales manager was jerkish as he should have been and immediately launched an investigation despite not believing me. By the time I got to the dealership to roll heads, he had figured out what happened. LNG story short, big human error. I felt like an xxx, but turns out we were both righ. Scott ensured my personal info had NOT been used, that somehow a different customers info got put under my name on file folder only. Apologies made from both sides and correct customer info updated. As well as huge relief also a gift given for mistake. Thank you Scott and team for ensuring things were corrected.

This was worst place to purchase a new vechicle!

Even though I was paying cash for a brand new vehicle, the customer service was the worst I have ever received from an auto dealership! Even though it was a cash deal, I was required to go through a convoluted and completely unnecessary financing application even though I made it clear that I wasn't interested in financing the purchase. After the completely unnecessary financing application, which I didn't request nor did I want, the vehicle was then available to pick-up after several days - again another delay that other dealerships don't do. At most auto dealerships when a customer walks in, knows what vehicle they want and they have cash-in-hand, they are treated very well and sent on they're way with what they came in for. However, this is absolutely not the case with Leduc Hyundai. When the brand new Santa Fe was finally available for pick-up, it appeared that the financing clerk who closed my purchase was hired more for her appearance than her job capabilities since there was a complete lack of customer service to the point the Manager had to be called. There was no apologies for wasting my time or for the bogus financing application process that was pushed on me. In addition, I refused to sign the credit application that the dealership had already ran despite that I had made it clear, I didn't want financing - I think this falls into fraud. Because of their shady financing process that is forced on customers regardless of whether they want it or not, and the fact that this dealership ran my credit without my consent and that they wanted me to consent after the fact, I would never recommend this dealership. The Leduc Hyundai manager did not at all apologize for how I was treated after spending in excess of $34,000 nor was I offered any incentives...for a terrible, horrible and awful experience! When I purchased a Santa Fe at Northstar Hyundai under the same circumstances, their manager and sales person were absolutely amazing and he ensured my transaction was a completely positive experience in stark contrast to my experience at Leduc Hyundai.

I would not recommend this dealer.

This dealership is awesome. I was at the point where I didn't know where I was going with my finances anymore. By the time I met with Bryce and Ray at this dealership I left there with a brand-new Sonata and cash back to pay my necessary bills so I could distress and improve my credit rating. I recommend these gentlemen highly and what they do for people is an act of compassion and it's an expression of actually wanting to help people. Go guys I'm with you all the way
