Scott and the team at the Lee Johnson Mazda Service Center are wonderful. I don't take my car anywhere else. They have great customer service and I trust their recommendations. I never feel like they are talking down to me nor do I feel taken advantage of. I highly recommend Scott and his team.

Great service

This dealership deserves all the five stars I can give - and I rarely ever leave a review! I hate to beat a dead horse (just read the other reviews), but Josh Wilson is truly a great person to deal with when you're looking at new vehicles. He isn't (very) pushy - of course they want you to buy something though! More importantly, he listens to you and tries very hard to find you the right vehicle that meets your financial goals. He's honest and knowledgeable about what you're being shown, and he'll even shoo you away from something if he thinks it's not going to fit what you want. When you sit at his desk, you'll find a letter hung up from another customer saying much of these same things, and after 20 minutes of chatting with him, you'll see just how true it is! The dealership itself is also very easy to deal with. My first experience was almost 3 years ago when I came in to look at a used 2012 Mazda3. I worked with Josh and the sales manager to find a way to purchase the vehicle within my budget. I didn't service the vehicle there, so you'd expect I wouldn't be immediately remembered when I inquired again. I had simply used my Amex app to look at 2019 models - kind of annoyingly it sends the inquiry to pretty much all the dealers in your area. However, not 15 minutes later I get an email directly from Josh asking if I was the same person who purchased the 2012 Mazda3 those years back. I had a new address and email, so he must have saw my name and remembered! I ended up coming in and test driving a new 2019 model. While purchasing one was pretty far outside my budget, Josh was persistent to get me something he knew I wanted. Working with the sales manager, they gave me more than a fair deal on my 2012 trade-in; and leasing the 2019 (with the intent to purchase later) ended up bringing it just inside my budget! Long story short: Don't come here expecting dirt cheap deals on cars with questionable histories. Do come here if you want excellent customer service, and a dealership that wants to sell you something that fits your needs and budget. They also have some pretty great perks that come with newer cars!

Great overall

I leased my 2nd Mazda CX (a CX-3 then they call Allowed me to trade that in a bit early for a CX-5 after having a baby). They were great, Josh White was my Sales Rep for both and he was excellent. He went above and beyond when he looked all over the lot for a tow hook when I got stuck in the ditch in a icy Hill. The service dept is super, they're fast and friendly and really helpful. Got me a new battery for my key

We were looking for a white Mazda3 hatch and saw that this dealership was the only one that had it at the time. We sent an email, and they got back to us very promptly. We setup an appointment the next day where Josh, a very nice gentleman, setup a test drive for us. It was a great experience from start to finish. The paper work, credit check and final negotiation were smooth. Highly recommended!

Oil Change

My recent oil change and multi-point inspection was way faster than I had anticipated. It was over before I finished a quick burger and fries in the waiting area! Your technicians were great and explained the inspection points. I mentioned that I had some small scratches on the front passenger side and the person closing out the appointment (I wish I had gotten his name) offered to take the car back in the garage and see what could be done. When he returned, the scratches were barely detectable and my vehicle looked the best it has since I first picked it up in August.

Super fast and friendly service. Reasonable price for oil change and car check-up. Nice lounge with full amenities, including coffee and bottled water. The work was done faster than expected. We trust the work done on our car. Car came back clean and washed.

Although I dearly loved my 21-year-old Mustang GT, it was time for me to put it to pasture and move on. Buying a new car is exciting at best, but very stressful for so many reasons. Lee Johnson Mazda was very responsive to all of my questions, and made the experience as stress-less as possible. Folks spent as much time as it took to answer my inquiries and concerns thoroughly yet efficiently. Paperwork was seamless. Highly recommend the dealership and staff.

Having had negative car buying experiences in the past I was not looking forward to having to buy a new car. Irland, my salesman, was very relaxed and friendly from the start and remained so through out the experience which I’m grateful for! Johnathan, the finance manager, was so friendly as well with minimal pressure and a great sense of humor. These two seriously made the experience actually enjoyable!

I purchased a 2018 Mazda CX5 from Lee Johnson Mazda on Thursday 9/13. I have purchased many cars over the years,including several from Lee Johnson. The sales professional I worked with,Michael Hourigan ,took the process to a new level of excellence. He was very easy work with through out the transaction. The negotiation process was low pressure and transparent with a clear explanation of the charges. My partner recently purchased a car from Josh Wilson at Lee Johnson and he also provided the same type of excellent low pressure sales experience. This tells me that Lee Johnson has their act together on selling cars! What made my experience with Michael stand apart was the little things he did with out being asked. He took the initiative to change keys from the old to new car on my key ring, also ,after asking,moved my personal items from my trade in to the my new vehicle. During out conversation we chatted about dogs,imagine my delight when he gave me a toy to bring home to my Corgi! Thank you Michael from a truly memorable purchase experience !

A brief note to say thanks to Scott Trail and the Service Team at Lee Johnson Mazda for repair suggestions and support when I came in with a cracked windshield on my CX-5 caused by a rock while driving out at the coast. Scott gave me stellar recommendations for both repair and replacement of the windshield, depending on what I preferred to do. I ultimately had it replaced 2 weeks later from the reputable business that Scott suggested (with a new Mazda brand replacement windshield) and all is well again.

left me furious

So we were in negotiations with them on the phone for a vehicle that I searched long and hard to find that was perfect for our family, I made an offer and Alfredo said he was really busy and it was getting late, so he would ask his manager and get back to us with his decision in the morning. In the morning he said that they were showing the vehicle to someone else. So somehow in between the close of business Friday and the opening of business Saturday, we lost the vehicle. My wife and I were extremely upset and felt like they had sold the vehicle right out from underneath us. They brag about being a family owned business, but that is supposed to mean that they are good people who treat their customers right. In this case they certainly didnt care about us at all. Only themselves and the money. Extremely disappointed in what this company values most. And I warn anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go shopping somewhere else.
