Called about a new truck. Spoke to Jason and set up an appointment; 9;00 am Monday morning. Emptied my old truck and got ready for a trade, got the title, brought the check book and off I went. Arrived at approx 5 minutes after and walked the lot waiting to be approached for our appointment. After a few minutes walled in and the receptionist, very nice lady, said she would let Jason know I was here but he was in a meeting. She offered me some coffee and a seat as she assured me that Jason would be here shortly. After 30 minutes she asked if I was still waiting which I said yes I was. She called again for Jason. 15 more minutes pass and she calls again; finally after an hour Jason comes up and says hello your late.....after waiting for an hour for our 9:00 appointment Jason says I'm late...and he isn't joking! I told him that I've been here for a hour. He said he was in a meeting and he didn't know..... I said three all calls were given and he told me in no uncertain terms "no there weren't"... i said a was standing here when the receptionist made the calls, Jason's retort..."no she didn't". I looked at my watch and basically he said there's the door while pointing at it... I walked to the door and said you blew it Jason, as he had a sale. Then the man follows me outside yelling at me..... Humm, must be a new sales technique I'm unfamiliar with.... So you make an appointments, that you don't keep... Don't answer pages and summons for customers... Call them liars on the showroom floor... Show them the door cause they look at their watches.... Follow them outside and try to insult them even more in the parking lot... Great job Jason, I'm sure you'll sell lots of vehicles with this ingenious way of connecting with potential customers.....

Pathetic post sale service

Excellent price, nice salesman and sales manager (james and cynthia) 3 weeks and 2 days later my trade in is NOT FUNDED, I AM GETTING PHONE CALLS BECAUSE IT'S NOT PAID OFF! 3 weeks and 2 days later registrars office does not have title and registration paperwork No one could find the second key fob for my car, took 20 days about 20 phone calls and a 2 hour trip to dealer to get a new one... This dealership is all words, no results after the sale... Don't trust them...

Worth the Drive

It was definitely worth the 1hr drive to purchase our new vehicle from Legacy. They offered great professional service!! Alasia was an amazing salesperson! I would definitely purchase another vehicle with Legacy.

First time purchase with Legacy

My salesperson, Monique (Coach Mo), was friendly, courteous, attentive, listened to my needs well, and did everything she said she would. Her follow up was professional and timely while delivering a low-pressure experience. The Sales Manager and GM, Emanuel Jones JR. Was equally easy to work with. He understoof my concerns, needs and financial options/requests. The dealership as a whole was pleasant to deal with and ultimately worked out a great deal that was a win for them and myself. Thank you Legacy Ford! I am enjoying my new 2018 F150 and look forward to working with you and your staff in the future for my automotive needs!

Great Service with no sale

I wanted to write about my sales experience with Mieet Patel at Legacy Ford. I've done a lot of car shopping over the years and by far Mieet was the most honest and upfront person I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I live in Colorado and was looking at a used Tundra on his lot. He did everything in his power to assist me in making a smart and educated buying decision. I ended up not going with that specific vehicle and I believe he sold it the day after I said no, so good for him, but he did a great job. I would highly recommend both Mieet and this dealership to offer you a good deal and to be very honest and upfront about the vehicles they are selling.

Service Dept. Is terrible.

Service Dept. Gave me the run around. Sends me to body shop only to have body shop say I shouldn't be there. He's mad svc Dept sent me to body shop, so he tries to call them, but can't get anyone to answer. The bodyshop manager puts my part on himself, doesn't seem very happy about doing it, then tells me I should take my vehicle back to dealer I bought car from for a warranty item I brought my car there for. I'm sent back to school Dept where they ignore me even though I am only customer waiting there to be initially helped. I was very angry about how I was treated there!

Don't be fool

I had inquire about one of particular pick up on internet, Ms. Melisa called today and said she had, so I made an appointment to visit the dealership. When I went there she just introduce to someone who has no any information on my requirement, I told her what I need, but couldn't find the truck i need. My concern is internet sales person, do not be fool by them, there service is suck and once you go and visit them they don't care.

This dealer fixed my truck right the first time when know other mechanic seemed to be able to. I will defiantly be taking my truck back for any other repairs or just standard maintenance.
