Deceiving

Buyer beware... Do not believe the words that come out of their mouths. Read all the paperwork. Don’t let the them sweet talk you with friendly conversation. This is just to distract you from the “fine print” on the paperwork. I Stopped in just to check the price of a vehicle never got a straight answer and ended up with a vehicle that I did not want. I found the vehicle on their website at a much lower price than my paperwork. When I confronted them about it, the vehicle was removed from the website . After 3 days of wasting my time I finally got my trade in back and they reluctantly took their vehicle back. Never again will I do business with them.

Bought a 2016 Kia from them had it a year and it started leaking oil . Upon looking at it and how severe the leak was I contacted the deal to set up someone to look at it . Called was spoken to rudely and was told I had to deal with the extended warranty company that i bought . The extended warranty was purchased threw Kia . Been xxxxxx around for 2 and a half days now . Anytime I’ve made contact with service I’m told that that’s not something they do :towing, rental car , ect . And yet the warranty company says otherwise ...I would not ever recommend this dealer to anyone for anything ...the only person who was remotely helpful was Megan.

Car buying experience

This was a fantastic buying experience. From the care that we were shown from step one to the final close I felt totally secure in my buying experience. Kiah was our sales person and even though his product knowledge was shaky, his outstanding report and going the extra mile impressed me to the point that I was comfortable. And to make a point clear I always have my hairs up with salespeople. However, I feel that kiah was more of a friend then a salesman

Will not recommend this Dealer to anyone

Terrible service. The receptionist lady that picks up the phone is super rude, and the seller that sold our Jeep was a liar. Shawanna Lockleak told us that the service light the Jeep had was not a big deal, it ended up being a bill of around $800 which the dealership had to pay. It took 3 days and many phone calls plus a different dealership because their service is super inefficient. After almost 30 days and no plates or registration I called the dealer and they told me that there was a delay with the payment of the car. I called them 2 weeks after purchasing the car to see if everything was fine and when we could expect our paper work, guess what another lie from Shawanna Lockleak since she told us that everything was in working order. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. They will not deliver on customer service, spend your money somewhere else. I truly regret buying from them, but its a mistake that will never happen again. They will charge you (when you buy a car) a crazy fee for for dealership fees, but will not deliver in service. Also, be aware when they give you financing options they will not show you whom is borrowing the money, and they will not show you the interest rate of the loan. Be aware do your homework and get your own loan from somewhere else. I did my own financing, since what they offer is trash. NO wonder why good banks will not do business with this dealer.

Filthy used veh

I looked at three used “2017” f250’s, all of them where so filthy the sales lady couldn’t look me on the face. She promised me the dealer would clean whichever truck I wanted to buy. Went into to talk numbers, the dealer wanted to charge me $1500 to clean the truck! Then told me it’s not the dealers responsible to clean any vehicle. If I could attach the pictures of the inside of the trucks I would. Also the dealer wanted to upcharge the vehicle advertised price for other options on the vehicles. This is also the same dealer I found out tried to give a 18% loan to one of my soldiers. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to change the air in your tires.

Oil changes 😫

Early in 2017 I had the engine of my 2013 Kia Optima rebuilt. For my 1st oil change after that I went to the Kia dealership at the Auto mall. I told them when I initially got to the dealership that I had just gotten my engine rebuilt, and I now want Full Synthetic oil in my car. I signed paperwork that said 'FULL SYNTHETIC' and they took my keys. When my car came back to the front I paid and started to drive off. I looked at the sticker on the windshield and noticed 'SB'. I turned around and asked what was SB for... I was told synthetic blend! I reminded them that I not only asked for full synthetic, but I signed a paper that went to the back with my car that said full synthetic. They once again took my car to the back and "changed" my oil again. This happened on two other occasions at the Kia dealership. The last time I felt like they were getting tired of me complaining, and it didn't help that they charged me $18 a quart for full synthetic they finally put in my car the last time I went to have them change my oil. I complained to the service manager and also spoke to the general manager. I lost confidence in them and I feel they did not do enough to right the wrong's that their careless service tech's did. I will not be going back and I'm going to tell anyone who will listen about the undesirable service I had. I will NOT recommend Fayetteville Auto Mall to anyone!!!!!!

Scheduled an oil change online & service department was horrible. Just because I did not buy my 2017 kia Sorento there, I was treated differently. Website offers car wash whether dropping off or waiting. I chose to wait and car was not washed. Was told I had to specify I want a carwash. This is not what the site said. So, to pacify me, they washed it or so they said. It looked like they got a hose and wet it, through dish detergent on it, and gave it back. Soap all over my vehicle. I am beyond pissed! Every vehicle I have ever had, I have taken it to dealer because of the service(oil change, filter, wash,detail ). This is what other dealerships include in their oil change! If I wanted quick, terrible service, I could have easily gone to Walmart for an oil change. I chose the dealership of my SUV because I expected great appreciative customer service. Never again.

Lack of real sales experience

September 29, 2017 my daughter was looking to purchase an 2106 Optima. We drove onto the lot and an older lady who greeted us and took us inside to see who we had an appointment with. Upon entering we notice that they were quite busy and that was due to the sales paper people had claiming they had won a prize of course we did not have that. So the lady was going to be our salesperson she took us to a table and she gathered information from my daughter. Then there were sales managers there from ATL and the came over talking and making us laugh. Saying they would work out a deal to get my daughter in a car. She told them the price range she wanted to be in and what she was looking for. But they came back and ask how much we were putting down I told them to work with zero because they wanted my business not we wanting their business. The female was not talking they took over because they were trying to push the car they wanted to get off the lot. When I said zero the manager said oh that tells me you have nothing to put down. I stopped him and told him just because I said zero that did. It say anything about me not having money he doesn't know my finances and that was very rude to assume I start from the lowest and then I work from that. The I told him he was doing a lot of talk when we had not seen one car and we had been there an hour sitting at the table. Then the manager from ATL tells the female to take us out to look. She shows us what they were talking about and that's not what we wanted. So we went to the 2016 Optima's and the sticker was showing $27000. And more and I asked what the discounted price was because we were told they were taking off $10,000. She went back in and gave them the info she came over with a paper that the car was $30,000 and they talking putting a stupid $15,000 down if I wanted to put that much down on a 2016 I would pay cash for it. They were being smart because we asked to see a car before they started running payments down and we had not seen a car. They have the worse customer service that I have seen and it shows why they put flyers out like you have won a prize to get people in to buy cars and it's like they are hound dogs trying to get a sale. But due to their lack of experience my daughter left there went over to Volkswagen and drive away in a new car. I will never set foot again on Kia of Fayetteville lot because they don't care about the customer they care more about the sale. Just like I say I don't need your business and don't assume no one has money when they say zero down. I wished I could remember his name that tells you how he impacted me no interest at all that why his name was not remembered

Bait and switch

The dealership uses the old bait and switch tactics with the promotional giveaways, says to verify you won prize by either calling or online, verified winner of $250 get there they high pressure you towards buying a car and one wastes time and money for two $1 lottery tickets as prize, to me dealership is a total con and wouldn't trust anything they say let alone buy their vehicles

Worst Service department I have felt with

When you call, at least on Saturday's no one will pick up the phone. No one will return your call. If you are the wrong color, you get treated differently and not in a good way. They re not very friendly. I guess if you don't have a Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Cadillac, or any other pricey car your treated like lower class after you buy your car at Leith Fayetteville Kia. Sale department is great, service department no so much. I only take my car here just in case they give me bull about taking it elsewhere.

KIA Service Department is HORRIBLE!

When you call to try to schedule a simple oil change, it is ALWAYS a hassle. First you have to wait FOREVER for someone to answer the phone. Then, they either can't find you in their system or mess up something in the scheduling. I have never taken my vehicle anywhere else because I did not want them ever to be able to blame anything wrong on the car on anyone else. This is the ONLY reason I continue to take my vehicle there for service. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone.

CUSTOMER REVIEW

Fellow citizens, Kia of Fayetteville is the worst place to take your car for a repair. When you go with one problem you come out with three problems. I took my car for a repair for no start problem and a headlight not staying on. I dropped the car overnight, locked the car, dropped the key in the night dropbox on Thursday night, I picked up the car on Monday evening, to find out that my portable TV/DVD player, my Square reader, $25 worth of phone cards missing and about $50 in cash missing. When I asked the manager, he said "I don't know what happened, maybe somebody stole it." I asked him, "How could somebody steal something from my car if the car was locked, and the key was dropped in the night dropbox?" He replied, "I don't know, I'm not a thief." Fellow citizens if you are going there for a car repair, take EVERYTHING you have inside out and expect the worst of service

Very poor customer service

I don't know where to begin.....but I'll give it a go. 1. Got me "approved" for a car I didn't even look at or inquire about. 2. I get a phone call from one of the finance managers almost 3 weeks after purchase telling me that my license had expired and that in order to "close the deal" I had to provide them with an updated copy of my license....umm they were valid when I signed the papers and I hadn't received my new ones yet. They said if I didn't send them a copy that day, it would be difficult to get the deal to complete. 3. I bought my car in mid-August and prior to 30 days I called to let them know the tags were expiring soon and I needed my perm tags. They told me they didn't have the title yet since the car was just traded in (so I couldn't get new tags yet), and they would mail me additional 30 day tags. I couldn't drive my car for 4 days because they "forgot to mail" the 2nd set of 30 day tags, worse yet no one checked up on it - I had to call them back to ask where the tags were. 4. 1200 miles into the new purchase the change oil light came on - no service had been performed when it was traded in apparently - 2015 Ford Fusion with 38k miles (at 39.2 it says to change oil) 5. Instead of receiving an actual phone call - I received a recorded message thanking me for being a customer. Talk about poor customer service - I didn't even rate a call from a live person, and it's been 2 months since my purchase...I still don't have my permanent tags yet.
