Worst customer service from collusion center I have ever see

We purchased our Ford escape from LesStumpf and have been very pleased with the car the sales experience was good. Last January my wife was hit in the driver's side of the car. We told our insurance provider we wanted the dealership to fix it . We had LesStumpf give a an estimate and made the repair appointment for Jan 24th. We rented a car since my wife and I both work during the repair period. After two weeks LesStumpf called my wife and told her to come get her car. When she arrived her car had not been repaired and she was told the parts were on back order. When asked why it took two weeks to notify us we got no reply from the collision manager Jim other than parts for an escape are hard to get. He rescheduled the appointment for April 2nd but my wife decided to call first. We were told parts were not there yet but the manager Jim when originally asked acted like he didn't know what parts needed to be ordered and told my with he would have to push her appointment off till the 16th of April. He said to call first though. My wife has been trying to get a hold of the collision manager Jim since the 16th leaving message after message and he will not return her calls. I have never been so disgusted with a manager's customer service like this before. If I owned this business I would fire his xxx. Hard to believe it takes 5 months to get a car repaired. How many more people have issues like this and never take the time to report it. I stopped by the body shop to pick up my with the first time the body shop was a total disaster from what I could see. I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership to get fixed and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't waste you're time with this dealership they only care about the sale.

Dropped truck off for power steering lines to be replaced. Was quoted 468 dollars. Got the call that it was going to cost 811 dollars less than 24 hrs later. I asked how is that. Kim told me the guy quoted from an old system in the computer. I don't know how one person quotes 468 then when service is being done price is 350 dollars higher. Take your car/Truck somewhere else. This place is a joke. Oh, plus their was power steering fluid left all over under my truck, never cleaned it.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Rude, customer service at the quick lube. 12/19/2017

I asked the sales clerk, to top off my fluids and check my tire pressure. The low pressure sensor was on He rudely told me they don't provide that service and that I should schedule an appointment with other department. I asked again he finally took my key and he pushed it to the side and told me I will be waiting an hour for service, I told him ok. He took my key and pushed it to I asked him to label the key with my name, he put a white tag on it and pushed it to the side, I reached over and put my info on the key. He was just grouchy. He finally got my car in for service and gave me a code for a free car wash.

I would not recommend this dealer.

2 weeks and waiting

I have had my work truck in for 2 weeks now and it has been nothing but trouble. This will be the 3rd time I bring it back to get it corrected. I hope this is just a fluke but past visits haven't helped!

From picking up brand new Fusion, with little to no appreciation for the sale, to the continued delays completing repairs and availability to pick up with still noted problems after receiving, I would encourage all to shop elsewhere.

Service Visit

Had a 8 AM appointment for clunk in rear of car when backing up. Check in went well. I was asked if I needed a ride home, I asked how long we were talking about and was told a couple of hours so I took the ride. At noon I called and was told my service advisor was at lunch and she would call me when she was back. At 1:30 I called and was told they hadn't got to it yet that they would call in the next hour or two. At 3:30 I called back again and was told my service adviser wasn't at her desk she'd have to call me back. She calls and says her technician thinks it might be front strut. The sound comes from the rear. I told her not to go any farther I was done.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Buy your vehicle at LES STUMP and BEWARE of any customer service that will follow. Once they get you out the door you are as good as gone! My experience with KIM in Service at Les Stump was extremely unpleasant. Initially she promised a rental car during Recall work on a Ford Edge for the brakes. We arrived for the appointment and there was no rental car available due to the EAA. When I schedule the appointment with KIM nothing was mentioned (1st error) When I rescheduled with KIM I called to confirm 1 day in advance with KIM at which point she personally confirmed the appointment. When we arrived it was scheduled for the day I arrived so I had missed the appointment at which point KIM's customer service was non existent. She never once apologize and was rude and unaccommodating. She said "nope" we cant get you in for tomorrow. I am a 23 year customer service representative for a fortune 500 company and this was very poor

best car purchase ever

Every step of the purchase was awesome. Danielle worked with me by phone and emailed to answer all my questions. Daryl was my salesman, start forward, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Brent was the finance manager who was able to get me a much better rate than I expected considering my credit score. I have purchased about a dozen cars and dealt with dozens of dealerships, Stumpf Ford is absolutely the best!!! I bought a truck that was used, but was in like new condition. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Worst Dealer Experience Ever

Simply do not go to these people. Not friendly after they take your money. Dont waste your time. When initially buying the vehicle, of course i was greeted right away. During the negotiations process the guy continually tried to tack on little charges. Ended up settling a little more than i wanted to spend. The guy would not budge anymore. After the sales process is where it all goes down hill. They got your money and thats all they want, now they dont care about you. 1) I had noticed some damage to the drivers door of my vehicle, after i had left the dealership with the car. Naturally they refused to acknowledge this fact and refused to fix it. Even though this happened prior to my ownership of this NEW vehicle.. They instead give me a paint pen of my color and send me on my merry way. 2) Had an oil change done with Quiklube, And the technicians did not understand how to operate a manual vehicle. Could not find reverse. Continually tried to use the gear (6th) and kept burning away at the clutch like something was going to be different the next time she tried. Had to go out there and educate this lady.. You think with the hiring processes you would check a box that says, Yes, I can drive a standard trans. 3) Had a tire replaced under the wheel and tire protection for a puncture : which they replaced with the wrong style tire without initially telling me ( All season vs the Summer tires it had ) So i had to schedule more time off work and another day sitting at the shop while they again rectified the situation. Of course i find out later on after checking the pressures on my tires that they were overinflated to 51 PSI ( max rating was 44 PSI ) To "rectify" this they offered some free oil changes. 4) Come in recently (1/12/17) for extended warranty coverage, recall work and this oil change i was promised, And they refused to work with me or my vehicle. Now, i did purchase the Extended 100k warranty from them. And they will not honor it. Outright refused before even looking or touching my vehicle. With that being said, i will be pursuing this with Ford itself and either getting this warranty transferred to a reputable service center, or getting that refunded. Simply do not go to these people. Not friendly after they take your money. Dont waste your time.

I had a problem with my 2011 F250’s transmission. The problem was covered under TSB 11-5-19. I dropped the vehicle off and explained the problem. I received a call back that my transmission needed a complete rebuild to the tune of several thousand dollars. He could not give me a specific estimate other than it would start at two thousand and would certainly go up from there, he just did not know how much. I said I just wanted the TSB performed. I was told it would be about $500. It cost me $782.70. During our two conversations, I was repeatedly lied to and at best, deliberately mislead. There was no value added by their service that I could not have obtained at a local shop I deal with. I just thought that having the TSB on this problem and Ford knowing this problem existed on their transmissions; they might be willing to work with me. Instead, I was taken for all they thought they could get out of me. I was even told in the initial phone call that they were already into hundreds of dollar of diagnostic work, despite the fact that the TSB described the problem, the diagnostic trouble codes, and the “prior to” build date. They were in fact holding my vehicle hostage in order to get me to let them perform the work. There are much better places to get work done by competent mechanics that are fair and honest.

Tom Tillman was great to work with. He knows his stuff and and is honest. If he doesn't have an answer, he will find out in a timely manner. We ordered out the truck with all of the accessories that we wanted and it came in on time without a hitch. Even filling out the paperwork at the time of pick up was smooth.

I was very impressed with chris and the overall team at les stumpf ford. They explained every option that my new ford escape had, how to access the option and did not quit until i was confident with the operation of the vehicle. Financing from brent was informative and he had my best interest at heart. The things that the dealership promised were delivered on time and in perfect order. I sure will go back to Les Stumpf ford and buy my next vehicle from Chris and the staff.

In the past two years our family, including a daughter and son-in-law, and a son and daughter-in-law, has purchased 4 new vehicles (Edge, Explorer, Taurus, and an F150) and 1 used F150. The recent purchase of the new F150 was very unexpected but given the excellent service during the past two years and the great price we decided to buy now. Given the rebates now being offered we are in the process of looking at a new Escape, if the price is right all six family members will be driving new Fords!

My wife and I were out shopping for a new truck and decided on a F-150 from Stumpf Ford. The salesman Sean McDonald was very helpful and not pushy. We were both very pleased with the sales process and the help Sean provided. Both my wife and I dreaded the thought of having to buying a new vehicle because we don't like the buying ritual that some dealers insist you go through. Sean made it an actual pleasure. We feel we were treated fairly and Sean did an excellent job on answering all of our questions. Sean also called several times after the sale to ask whether or not we had any questions and if we were satisfied with our purchase. We have owned the truck for about a month now and are totally satisfied. We have not had to deal with the Service Dept. as of yet, but hope that when that time comes, we will have a similar experience.I would highly recommend Sean McDonald to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
