Lexus of Chandler - Best in the business

My experience with Lexus of Chandler has been nothing but excellent. This is my 3rd Lexus purchase within the past 36 months. The Lexus team are the best in the business with top tier customer service including Gregory Nicholay (Sr. Sales Rep), Ed (sales manager), and Leon Rios (finance manager), as well as Alan Rogers (Service Consultant). The process is smooth, timely, and it is always a pleasure working with Lexus of Chandler as they make the car buying experience one that you will remember for not only for future purchases, but as well as for the purchase of your family and friends. CPO 2014 Lexus ES350

I just bought my 1st and not my last Lexus 2014 ES350 CPO at Lexus and Chandler and all of my expectations of ease of the sale and warranty upgrades were met and then some. Mike answered all of my questions and provided me with the KBB book value as well as the CPO upgrades and maintenance to make my Lexus ES350 CPO ready and Raad with his explanation of CPO warranty upgrades were easily understood plus a financial misunderstanding on my partly due to my banks misinformation was easily explained. Overall I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to having them service my vehicle.

Recent service visit

Dear Jim: I must say I was extremely disappointed with my recent service call at the Lexus of Chandler dealership. I assumed a dealership would operate with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, however, I left feeling cheated and definitely not satisfied with the service. I brought my 2012 Lexus ES350 in to check on 2 potentially major issues and 1 relatively minor concern. I was hearing a noise coming from the wheel area of the vehicle, there was vapor coming out of my air conditioning vents periodically and the oil maintenance light had come on just a couple of days after an oil change. I was asked to accompany the shop foreman on a ride to identify the potential problems, which I did. The shop foreman told me the problem with the wheel noise could potentially be my tires. A very small amount of vapor came out of the air conditioning vent during the ride which I pointed out to the shop foreman. He said that was caused by the humidity in the air. That did not really sit well with me since I have owned a 2000 Lexus ES300 for 5 years now and vapor has never come out of the vents. The oil light was reset and that was it. When I looked at the summary I received it was stated "unable to duplicate concern at this time. Concern may be normal depending on weather condition. Recommend duplicating condition for shop foreman." However, anything coming out of my a/c vents other than cool, clear air is not normal nor acceptable. Now that the vehicle has been returned the vapor is now more frequent and much thicker which is quite alarming. I have an extended warranty which will expire soon and I would like to get this problem taken care of before it expires. I got the distinct impression the dealership did not want to perform any repair work under the extended warranty which is extremely disappointing to say the least. I was charged the $140 diagnostic fee and I still have the problem that I originally came in with. This is a very unprofessional business practice and totally unacceptable. I now have to go to a different dealership, possibly pay another diagnostic fee and get the problem resolved. I will never take my vehicle to your dealership again and will recommend other Lexus owners do the same. Guy Muhammad Sent from my iPad

LEXUS OF CHANDLER

I have just purchase a 2017 Rx350 FSPORT from Lexus Of Chandler. I didn't need to shop around, I service 2 Rx350's there. The service manger Jim Deboy is the main reason for the first time in my life I didn't shop around before I bought. The buyer experience was a pleasure and even the haggling was a give and take. Everyone through the whole process was a pleasure to work with. Beautiful human beings top to bottom at the dealership. You want excellent service. The main man, service manager Jim Deboy you won't find a better manager or human being in Arizona or from NY where we moved from. For 46 yrs I have been buying new cars and truthfully this was a long experience for the day and the most pleasurable of all my buying experiences. I said it before I bought I don't need nor want to go anywhere else because of Jim Deboy and I'll say it after the experience. No better place in Arizona and NY, no better people or service. When a problem pops up which is part of owning a car. Jim always handles it and resolves it in the end and that's the 100% truth.

HORRIBLE Experience With Dealer

Traded in a 2017 Kia for a leased 2017 RX 350. There was an issue with money (dealer owed me) and it took forever to obtain the money. Called the Manager of the dealership and he never returned my call. Waited 9 days to receive my money. No apologies offered for the delay which was promised. This is NOT the way to treat a customer. If you want to purchase/lease a Lexus, do NOT go to this dealership.

Awesome experience

I have been looking for NX200t for the longest time with some features that I don't need and I found it in this dealership on the time that my old car started to show age. It was Saturday when we went to this place, was met by Nina DiCarlo and she was very respectful & helpful, she answered all my questions! I thought to myself that if this car is still here when I come back, it's mine. We went back Tuesday, they were almost close but Nina was very patient. We went home late maybe 1030 that night & drove my dream car. It was too late to show me all features. We decided that I come back for detailing & tinting and then agreed on "in service" me on the many features of the car by Nina. I dropped the car Thursday night after work, there was a guy with white shirt (I can't remember his name), he was very helpful. I appreciate Nina for being patient with me and the service department, Miguel.

We needed help with learning our Navigation system.

We are senior citizens and we have had our Lexus for about a year. It has a navigation system which we had never used. We made an appointment at the dealership to give us a basic understanding of the Navigation system. Gene Penna could not of been nicer in explaining things and was really patient with us. He is a great teacher and we learned so much from just that one meeting. We really do appreciate the time that was given to us old folk!

Hi people don't ever buy car from this dealer

So far i buy a rx450 h use from this dealer the car have replace the front bumper and they never telling me all history from this car into i show my car to all my friend and all telling me this car have been accident now i call them asking about that and they telling me they didn't khow how do they didn't know is there car right. Again don't ever buy car from this dealer they are scams customer i'm I'll going sue them i know it have a law to protect customer i have to find a way to sue them

It's all good until...

Service staff is wonderful, kind, and helpful UNTIL I dared to question their analysis of my cars issue. They stated that the fix would be $2,900. My mechanic fixed the problem for $240. Service staff cops an attitude when I dared to ask questions. It's my second horrible experience with this dealership. Customer service SHOULD include the right to ask questions, and differ in opinion. Staff turned icy and rude when I did so.

One of the requests was to remove a CD stuck in the player. When we first bought this car new, a CD got stuck and the dealer in Chandler told us that we should never use a copy of a CD. Well, we never did but somehow a new one got stuck and was part of the request for service on this trip to remove the CD. We were told that it would entail removal of the entire front unit at a cost of around $800. I came home and used a nail file and it popped out on its own. Shame on the dealership telling a tale like that when they could have easily prodded the thing and have it taken out. I bought my last Lexus at Superstition Springs because of this kind of lack of service. Sorry to say, they are not much better so perhaps when our second Lexus needs replacing, we will look at another manufacturer.

Best sales experience ever

Robert James followed up immediately after my first unannounced visit on an afternoon that exceeded 110 degrees. He treated me with respect and endured the heat to show me some interiors and answer questions. I told him I would be ready in about two months. Six weeks later, I was on the way to initiate conversion of some cash and to visit dealerships closer to that location. As I headed for the door, Robert called. I bypassed the other dealerships to reach Lexus of Chandler that afternoon. Robert showed me everything he could; I drove several models, including a competing brand, did more research, and returned to buy a new 2016 Lexus RX 250 instead of a used one to replace my beloved 10-year old BMW X5. Near the end of the production year, only a few choices were left and Robert delivered the best options for the best price. There were no games played, no preventing me from taking the time I needed to decide. I trusted Robert's word and he was very helpful. My only caution is not to finalize your decision on a Saturday afternoon when one of the finance agents is on vacation and there is no plan B. It isn't fair to the sales person or to his customer. I am pleased with my purchase, still learning how to operate all the systems and goodies and have driven it nearly 2,000 miles. It is an elegant car.

First impression really counts!

Just had my car serviced. As a first time customer in Chandler, the only complaint I have is that my car was not treated with pride. Yes, service was good but the inside of my vehicle had so much shoe scuff marks inside. At the drivers seat. Also when the vehicle was returned, the used plastic on the drivers seat and number placard was left behind. And the interior of my car was not vacuumed and wiped down. Maybe I have high expectations since my car was always given interior care from my former dealer in CO.

Tristan spent at least 1 hour reviewing all the features and benefits, felt good about what my vehicle had to offer.

Lexus of Chandlers were able to solve the noise problem!

After 3 failed attempts at another valley Lexus dealer we finally drove over to Lexus of Chandler to see if they could find out what the noise problem was in the rear of our RX 350. After a test drive we were offered a loaner vehicle and sent on our way. The following day our vehicle was ready and the problem had been found and FIXED! A completely different experience than the other Lexus dealership and convinced us that all of our dealings with Lexus whether buying a new vehicle or service will only be at Lexus of Chandler. Special thanks to the service manager, Jim Deboy and the service consultant, Misty Miller.

Worth the drive to Chandler!

I worked directly with Tom Watson to purchase my new Lexus RC 350. Tom was extremely patient, answering all of my questions and helping me to get the best deals possible on my new car and my trade. There was very little haggling, and the deal came together quickly--thanks to Tom's help and advocacy! It was truly a no-pressure experience. I had a great experience at Lexus of Chandler working with Tom. He and Gene Penna (whom I was initially referred to at the dealership but who was not working on the day I visited) have been terrific in contacting me after my purchase to make sure that I'm satisfied. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a Lexus visit Lexus of Chandler!

I just traded in my RX450 to get a new RC350 as a lease. Brian Mahony was extremely helpful and honest. He has been my salesperson since 2013 when I got my RX450. I have never had a bad experience here. My positives are: - The facility - very nice and accommodating, fresh coffee, nice sitting area, clean - Sales people: Brian is phenomenal. Very helpful, professional and worked with me on discounts. He even came in on his day off to help me. Even though I test drove this model, he made sure that I also test drove the car that I was buying to make sure everything was good. - Finance people - Raad Thomasian was extremely helpful and did not try to force any options on me. He was also my finance person for my first car. So overall this is the best dealerships I've ever dealt with. :)
