Sales person Dave Miller was excellent when I recently purchased my used GS300H. Dave made sure that the car was in perfect condition when I purchased. His follow up was in matched and best I have experienced when buying a car. I felt very comfortable at this dealership and will certainly look forward to send friends but also purchase another car from them. Great job guys!

Excellent Sales and Overall Dealer Experience

I walked in with the intent of getting a quote and I left with a deal. After speaking with Steve, I was assured I was in the right dealership. Go speak to Steve! Steve was not only knowledgeable, he was thorough, and explanatory. He went over the best fit options and he wasn't just trying to make a sale. His goal was to get me in the car I wanted and he did just that. Tim was also very thorough and helped guide me through the lexus financial leasing process. He made the process simple. The dealership is clean, inviting and all of the employees are kind and welcoming.

First Class Service

I have purchased Lexus RX vehicles from several dealerships in New England and the Mid-Atlantic area, but this was the first time my son purchased a vehicle from a Lexus dealership. After looking at pre-owned SUVs from other car makers, he decided on a Lexus RX. We found a 2008 RX400h at Lexus of Greenwich and worked with Dave Miller throughout the sales process. At the dealership, we really appreciated Dave's patience in answering all of our questions before, during, and after the test drive. Dave was courteous in creating a no-pressure environment which gave us the space and time to work through our purchase decision. After negotiating a fair price for the vehicle, we are happy with our decision to purchase the 2008 RX400h from Dave and the Lexus of Greenwich dealership Thank you Dave for a wonderful car buying experience!

Friendly, low pressure experience

Buying a new car can be intimadating, but Steve and Tim made the experience easy. Steve was informative without pressuring or persuading me in deciding whether to purchase or lease a new IS300. After consideration I decided to lease. He was thorough and patient in going over every detail about the car. Tim was friendly and knowledgeable about financing the car and made that portion of the experience effortless. The dealership was efficient and everyone was very pleasant. I'm loving my new car and confident in my decision to purchase through Lexus of Greenwich.

This the 4th Lexus I have leased with Art Accurso and he has always made the experience a pleasure. He paves the way for a smooth transition from the car selection to the lease termination. Among the many qualities that sets Art apart is his eternal patience. I frequently rely on him for the ongoing tutelage that helps me (a low-tech and high-maintenance customer) understand the evolving bells and whistles -- above all the navigation and blue-tooth systems -- as many times as it takes. It was random luck that I was assigned to Art in the first place, and I have never wanted to work with anyone else.

Lexus for Life

Outstanding standards when it comes to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This dealership is top notch! Dave Miller went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He made sure I was in the right car for me and that its specifications met what I was looking for. He gave me suggestions and advice along the way but in no way was he pushy. Before my deal closed, I had a few minor questions and was looking for additional information. As both my sales and finance persons were unavailable at that time, one of the Managers named Louis Rivera called me back to make sure all of my questions were address and provided me with the information I needed (thank you Louis!) Once I made my final decision, finishing up the paperwork process was seamless (many thanks to Anthony Rodia!). I'm LOVING my new Lexus GX! Thank you again Lexus of Greenwich!

Purchasing my own first Lexus...One memorable experience!

I already knew what I wanted and what type of service I desired; however, Louis, Josh and Anthony blew those expectations out of the water and made my first dealership experience one loving memory!! Josh accomodated the test drive to my busy schedule and was very helpful introducing me to LexiAnn (my new 2014 RX 350) and making me comfortable with it. It felt as if she was already mine! The same night, Josh and Louis took care of the preliminary paperwork and I was done and taken care of within an hour of walking into the dealership. Louis was very transparent and conscise about the deal, making me feel very at ease with my decision! Three days later I went back to the dealership to find LexiAnn all packaged up with 'the big red bow' waiting for me to take it home. Before then, Anthony took me through the finance terms and final papers to sign; he certainly contributed to my peace of mind with his experience and his very well-received suggestions. Then Josh gave me a very thorough grand tour of all functionalities of the vehicle. Overall, I am just beyond thankful to Louis, Josh, Anthony, and Lexus of Greenwich for being the loving instruments that played key parts in one of my most memorable life experiences! I feel very honored to be part of this family now!!

They had to be kidding me

This review is the total opposite of my sales review. Which was 5 stars I recently brought the vehicle in for brakes squeaking when cold in the AM. Air conditioning smell and a complete detail I now am unfortunately handicapped and carry a cane. I try not to use it unless I need to. Their new renovations are beautiful but the service area is constructed like a bank. Your have to stand up and behind a petition. No chairs. No accommodations. And I did ask! The service results were 1) could not duplicate sneaks. Was told by the advisor that this vehicle does have a lot of those issues surfacing and there could be a fix next summer. That’s very poor quality control coming from Lexus . A $60g car that wakes people up in morning 2) He suggested I get an air conditioning service which isn’t free. Ok. But at this point the lease is up this summer. So I’ll hold out and drive the car with the sunroof open 3) The last issue rings the bell. The car was detailed on Tuesday When I arrived on Wednesday. The car was parked in the front of the building, totally wet. It had leaves ,debris on the hood, trunk, and roof. From the rain over night. And nobody knew this. How many people run to a car wash when the forecast calls for Rain? Only at Lexus of Greenich The service advisor offered to clean it again. But I really just wanted to get out. When I left and entered IS 95 my vehicle had a noticeable shimmy. I pulled over and called. They told me to come back. I thought about it and then decided to go Mavis and check the balancing there. I was willing to pay anything to stay far away from that place. My suggestion is purchase your Lexus from this place. Best deals. But service it at any other Lexus dealer. Except their sister location in MT Kisco. They are cut from the same cloth. It’s a great car however. Much better if they don’t come near it.

Old school sales

When it comes to selling cars Everyone has their own sales pitch to present their best deal. What was different about this sale ,was the sales rep himself. . Steve’s accolades are a result of experience and knowledge in this field. Easy ,well spoken, cut to the chase deal. The best.

Dave Miller took great care of us

Dave was super helpful and I would definitely recommend him. We were looking for a Lexus ES350, Traffic on I95 was heavy, Dave even offered to pick us up from the train station! Dave showed us the car features, took us on a test drive. He also got us the best deal possible on the car we wanted. He really went the extra mile, and when we decided to purchase the car, he explained all the features, and he took the time to make sure we understood everything. Even after the sale Dave was prompt to answer email questions. We would recommend anyone looking for a car talk to Dave Miller at Lexus of Greenwich. We will be going to Dave when looking for future cars. He really cares about good customer service.

Both my wife and I had a great experience working with Steve which made our car buying decision easy and efficient. Our initial goal was to visit several dealers to test drive and have extended negotiations only to leave frustrated with a non decision. Not only did we find Steve genuine, he gave us all the pertinent information we were seeking and along with his easy demeanor, it helped us make a easy choice to walk away with a new lease. One of the better experiences we have had in a long time. Well done.

My husband and I have bought and leased several cars from Lexus of Greenwich. My experience with the purchase of my 2017 Rhx450 hybrid this week has been as excellent as in previous times. Steve Zinaman made it seamless and is a great coach for learning and using all the great technology the car has to offer. Tim Johnson and all the other staff there make the buying experience a pleasure. Great cars and great service!

Best Sales Person Out There

We've been buying/leasing cars from Lexus of Greenwich since 1996. We doubt there is a better dealership anywhere. The service is great, the staff is knowledgeable and everyone is always willing to help. Art Accurso has been our sales person for years. He has never once disappointed us. What we like most about Art is the time he spends with us at delivery. We didn't have to do a thing to get our Lexus Enform. He made the phone calls and set everything up for us. Art also walked us through the features which was a great help. I had an issue with connecting my phone and Art worked at trying to resolve the problem for a very long time. The finance person, Tim Johnson, is also great to work with. He had all the paperwork ready for us when we walked in. Though we know there are many luxury cars to choose from we never even think of switching because we love our cars and we love how easy Art makes it for us whenever we get a new car. Art and the team at Lexus of Greenwich always put the customer first. Thank you Art!

Everything with the dealership was fine. Especially liked dealing with Anthony in accounting. The worse experience was with Lexus Enform. The sales force should be able to set this service up for you without having the customer spend a very unpleasant and lengthy time talking to a person at Enform who was rude and asked for your private password.. Lexus is a very high-end car dealership and buyers should not be expected to have to deal with incompetent people at Lexus Enform in order to set up their cars communication systems.

Steven had lots of patience with us

Main reason I am doing this review is to thank Steve Zinaman for the patience he had with us. I honestly was not too into the deal to begin with, but I appreciate the way Steve handled many obstacles in the process. I am now very happy and satisfied with the new car (and the deal) and will be doing business with Steve again, he deserves to be recommended.
