QC Lexus Terrible Service and Communication

Very disappointed in Lexus service, I felt disrespected by a rude service advisor in March. I was contacted by them to let them know if I was dissatisfied in any way on my service visit prior to filling out the corporate Lexus survey. I did not ask for anything but was offered a rebate on my newly purchased battery. Two months later, nothing. wrote email to Todd Hopkins and Lexus service manager. They said they would look into it and cut a check immediately, that was May 21. It's been 6 weeks and still no check. I have had numerous Lexus vehicles and serviced them at QC Lexus. I will no longer service my current Lexus at Lujacks or purchase another vehicle from Lujack.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Horrible service

Traded my Range Rover for a Lexus for the sole purpose of being able to get service locally. My first trip to Lujack's Lexus service was a total disaster. Made an appointment and was promised a loaner while my car was being serviced. When I dropped the car off, they said there were no loaners and asked that I make myself comfortable in the lounge. I was at the dealer for approximately 4 hours, which I spent watching customers coming and all being offered a ride home or somewhere else. I enquired about my car numerous times and was told various things. After 4 and a half hours, my car was finally done. While the car was being serviced something happened which dented my door. Also my hitch cover was missing. After talking to the service manager, I was promised that this would be taken care of right away and the dent would be fixed. I waited a week and never heard from them! I finally called and spoke to the manager of Lexus sales and he was horrified at my experience. I brought the car in right away, was provided with a loaner and the dent was fixed within 24 hours. Plus they found my hitch cover. I will be taking my car to Willis in Des Moines (3 hours away)when I need service again. So much for Lexus service at Lujacks! Such a dissapointment!

Purchase of pre-owned Lexus SUV 350

Julie Cavazos contacted me regarding the service visits I had made for our 2000 Lexus SUV. She had identified and set aside a recent trade in with low mileage that would be an ideal car for our family. Julie provided exceptional customer service and was absolutely pleasant to work with. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most important did everything she could to accommodate our family needs. She went above and beyond. First time dealing with Lexus dealership. Very down to earth friendly people. They made me feel valued and individualistic. Definitely prime service. My sales guy was Steve "Karl" Karwath. He was outstanding! Very personable, professional and outright genuine guy. Test driving with Karl was a blast and he really new about the ins and outs of the cars. I highly recommend Karl for an outstanding experience with Lexus!

Tom really treats a customer well. He makes buying a car a pressure free experience. Then after the sale he checks in with you to be sure the car is meeting our expectations, and was quick to respond to a small problem we ran into.

I've owned a Lexus for over 20 years and have always been impressed with the excellent service they have provided. Recently however they went "above and beyond" with OUTSTANDING SERVICE that I felt needed recognition. I was driving my RX 300 from the Chicago area to Davenport for work. As I got off the highway my car broke down so I had to have it towed to Lujack Lexus in Davenport only to find out it needed a new transmission. It was an old car with lots of mileage so I wasn't sure if I wanted to put more money into it. As I researched options however I decided I'd have them repair it. Not only did they keep me updated with information on a price and then progress once I decided to have them do the work, they deliver my car back in Chicago - about 165 miles away. They were so gracious and accommodating. By their brining it back saved me a day or two of getting back up there to pick it up and back home. I'm not sure any other dealers would go that far with their service. I will be forever grateful! So "thank you" to Lujack Lexus of Davenport, Iowa!!!

The dealership was excellent in both style cleanliness, and people. My experience with Scott Gwin was excellent. Scott was knowledgeable about this product and cordial in his approach. He was never pushy and always cared about what the customer was feeling. Always willing to accommodate, he worked hard to make the experience a pleasant one. Scot is the kind of person who will go the extra mile for the customer. My wife and I will highly recommend him to our friends.
