I go in to see a jeep they put online. That day they new I was comming they change the price. I proved to them they did it so they did give me the price . So they then low ball me on my trade. We were so close to making a deal, then the GM starts yelling across the room at me in a angry manner, I just got up and thanked my salesman and walked out. They must not like the fact that I new what I was doing, but to yell across a room. Be careful if they cant beat you they will try to embarrass you into a deal . I would go back.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Car buying the way it should be!

From Patrick's quick online chat responses to Robert's follow through and laid back attitude to Jacey's thorough review and explanation of the paperwork - it was a great experience. The people here are down to earth, friendly and not pushy in an uncharming way. Never did I believe they were not committed to making a sale; however, it was a casual and professional atmosphere. I ended up with a better rate than I was expecting and quicker than expected. Even the guys in the service area were very helpful with moving things from my trade-in to my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I would definitely recommend to others.

Love my new Cherokee. Cody H really helped me get a great price for the exact vehicle I wanted. I felt he wen out of his way to make me happy. He even helped fix a paint chip after I had taken delivery. Mark G was so helpful in getting finances set up. Great total expurence all around. So happy!!!

False Advertising and trap

Beware... Don't go to this Dealership. Bunch of Sales Associates and manager's will trap you. They send out flyers in mail for false advertising and when you go to their dealership. They don't believe or honor their own advertising. There are bunch of cheaters they will make stories that that advertisement was limited for a time or cutomers or blah blah blah. Don't be fool going to this dealership. They will rip you off.

Please BEWARE!!!

Please BEWARE!!! Don’t step a foot into this dealership. If you decide to buy a vehicle from them please take your time and look over your final pricing contract VERY closely. They use bait and switch selling tactics and hidden fees. One of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had! We agreed on a fare final price for the vehicle (very long process, they stall and wear you out over minor price differences). They prepped the car and we started to finalize all the paperwork (that took over an hour and a half). We were excited about buying a new car. They had us sign a bunch of standard forms and talked us into calling our insurance company to add the vehicle to our policy. The last form they asked us to sign was the pricing contract. I looked it over carefully (which seemed to annoy them) and noticed that they added $1000.00 to the original agreed price!!! I asked to speak to the sales person we were working with and they returned with the “sales manager”. He did not introduce himself to us but proceeded to tell us that we didn’t understand the pricing. I ask again to see the sale person we were working with and the manager left the room to find him. Tired of sitting there for so long, I decided to follow him into the showroom. They had to page the sale person a couple of times (he was hiding). Once we were able to talk to the sales person he was all flustered and said he made a mistake on the rebate (not true). The manager was still rude and we walked out on the deal very frustrated and upset. The kicker is that on the way home they called and asked us to come back and they would do the original deal. I wonder how many people they rip off with these tactics. Very sad! • Bait and switch pricing tactics • They stall and try to wear you down (very long buying process, 5 hours) • Rude and unfriendly when you question them

Thank you Scott this was the first time I went in for the service, when I first called got in touch with Scott who answered all my issues and followed up with me till my car was all done, great job I will recommend to everyone who owns Chrysler dodge or jeep to avail his service.
