Very informative, very helpful, pointed us in the right direction, gave us the price we wanted. Everyone there was polite and buying a vehicle at lilliston very pleasant.thank you

I am happy to say I am a repeat customer to Lilliston Ford! Have always had a great sales experience with Joe Milder, not any hassle or major haggling like other dealers. The service team is also terrific! Have been very nice addressing any issue or concern, have always worked quickly to get my car back to me.

Do not trust them!

Do not go to this dealership. They are full of lies and false promises. We visited them on a Friday night and were working on buying a used vehicle. We were told that they needed to run the vehicle through their service and detail it. We were also told that we would be called the next morning. We were promised that this vehicle was ours that the only reason t wouldn't be ours is if we backed out on the deal. We waited all Saturday until late afternoon, before my husband called them. We were told that everything was still a go but that it was still in service and we would get a call back within 15 minutes. Waited all afternoon, no calls. Waited all morning Monday, no calls. My husband called them at his lunch break and was told they were not going to sell us the car because it was "condemned" by their service dept.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Lilliston Ford with great help from Angelo DeRose. Again this was my 4th and Angelo DeRose was the main man. All I have to do is let Angelo know what I want and he comes up with the right vehicle for me. We have a good relationship when it comes time for me to trade in I always call Angelo and things get done. I always tell my friends when you need a car, truck, just ask for Angelo DeRose and he will do his best to help you in all he can. Anthony M Lamanteer

I always have trouble with the service department they are not always truthful and keep your car,alday for no reason at all..one time they eaven did work on my car that i did not authorized and then wanted me to pay for it...i was going to buy another car there but i think i will go to another make of car

Bought a used truck "thier" service department said checked out ok. Less than 100 miles driven and less then 3 days after I picked it up it needs $755 worth of work and they won't fix it. All they care about is making money and not about the customer.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I bought two new cars from this dealer and the sales department was ok but the Service department was terrible ! They lie about cost of repairs and over charge significantly more than any other dealer. They recently charged my Daughter $650 to replace ignition switch and jacked it up to move it inside and crushed the exhaust pipe and broke the engine mount , needless to say nothing was their fault and they refused to fix it . I had heard may bad stories after I bought my cars but I figured I'd try their service anyway. My mistake, Don't make the same mistake. Avoid at any cost . Thank You
