On Sunday, Oct. 13, my 2013 Escape unexpectantly broke down and had to be towed into the Ford/Lincoln Franklin Dealership. Mr. Farrar kindly assisted me in finding a car rental office that was open on a Sunday afternoon then volunteered to take me to the car rental agency to pick up my rental vehicle. He was professional, courteous, friendly and supportive. As if that wasn’t enough, he continued to communicate with me regularly to check on the status of my repairs until completion. He made a very frustrating day and week much more tolerable.

My F250 Purchase

I found the truck I purchased at Franklin Lincoln Ford. I was delayed a week getting to the dealership to see the truck and Steven was more than kind in sending detailed photos and all the information he could obtain on the vehicle. As soon as I returned from my daughter’s wedding in Key West he text me and we were able to meet. I found him to a very kind and straight forward person. He did everything I asked for on the truck and went over and above to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. We appreciate the kindness and effort he exerted to make the buying experience as pleasant and smooth as I’ve ever had I will always be a customer of Franklin Lincoln Ford because of the way we were treated and the quality truck we have Thank you Stephen Farrar

Had a lot of car trouble and Stephen was able to help me out and find me a new car that I’m in love with! I highly recommend him. Since I have purchased my car, he has continued to reach out to make sure I’m still loving my car. Most sales people stop after they’ve sold you what they want but Stephen has gone above and beyond. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done for me!

I have never been as angry and insulted as I was on Saturday at this dealership. I have purchased 2 cars there in the past 7 years, the last (and I do mean LAST) being a 2016 Escape (new) a few years ago. Since, I’ve received a few emails from the dealership saying they have a huge demand for used Escapes and want to offer me this amazing deal on a new one. The most recent, supposedly from the owner, arrived on 9/18 and read in part: “We have a surplus of new vehicles but a HUGE demand for pre-owned vehicles! We will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to sell these new vehicles and acquire specific makes and models that are in high demand as trades! Are you still driving your 2016 Ford Escape? Lets make a deal we both can't refuse!” The deal was up to 28% off MSRP on a new vehicle and $3,500 over the KBB instant offer on my trade. I emailed them back and said I was in if I could get what I wanted for the monthly payments I was comfortable with and a little cash back on my trade. Someone supposedly ran the numbers and said they had options for me and asking when I could go down (I live over a 1/2 hour away). I agreed to go Saturday despite construction/traffic issues in the area. I got down there around noon only to find out the vehicle they had for me wouldn’t be there until 5:00 (my appointment was at 1:00). Strike one. They brought me a copy of the window sticker and it was a little more basic than I wanted but it was new with 0 miles on it, so I was willing to at least look at it if we could get the numbers to match up. They brought me the first offer, and I honestly should’ve just walked out then. The price was way over what I expected (closer to 15% off than 28%), the trade-in offer wasn’t anywhere near what my KBB instant offer was when I filled it out online, and the payments were more than I already told them multiple times I wanted to spend. He went back and tried again. We finally got the numbers closer but the trade-in value was still coming back about $1400 lower than my offer. I agreed to think about it and said I would go back when the new vehicle arrived. I was given the key to my current vehicle back, but it was nowhere to be found. It took forever to find my sales guy and then another forever to actually get my car pulled back out front (what were they doing with it?!). We got the call a couple hours later and went back over to see what could possibly be my new car. But no. It was a freaking DEMO vehicle with 3200 miles on it, stains on the seats, and smelled like a rental car rather than a new car. There was never any mention that the car they were going to show me was a demo - in fact, the paperwork they showed me specially said 0 miles. I was, and am done. They have lost a loyal customer and I will be sure to dissuade everyone I know and those I don’t from going there!

Looking for a car for my daughter

We have been looking for a car for my 16-year-old daughter. Nothing too extravagant but safe and affordable. Niki one of the employees at Franklin Ford called me did some research and found the perfect car for my daughter. She was extremely helpful warm accommodating and everything that you want when you go buy a car. No hassles! This is the third car that we purchased from Franklin and Ford .

I recently had to drop my F – 150 truck off at the dealership for some work that was due to recalls. The process of scheduling the service was seamless. The date that I arrived, they were prepared and did not waste my time. I was quickly on my way. They kept me in the loop throughout the day. My vehicle was ready before the time promised. The customer service team, including Hunter, were exceptional.
