Horrible sales deal

Beware of this dealership, they tacked charges on to our loan without disclosing them. Military, USAA, and leasing. We caught this before signing off and made them rework the deal. Will never deal with them again. Sales were horrible and rude.

So Happy with My First Purchase, I Went Back 2 Weeks Later

I was so pleased with the prices that I received for my son's first car, Dodge Dart, and the sales service from Ren, that I went back two weeks later, much earlier than I was planning, and bought a Chrysler 300 for myself. Daughter's First Car

I wanted to give a 5 star kudos to Kim Petra and GM John. We just purchased our second vehicle from these guys. We bought our daughter a car for her 18th bday and Kim new exactly how to help us get a car within the budget. Kim took us on a great test drive that allowed my daughter to experience the car. We were provided with a carfax report too! We have visited many, many dealerships from Warrenton to Chantilly, Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram really is the only one where we feel like we get the best treatment and, after having bought a car from them in April, 2017, they remembered who we were! I highly recommend these guys!

We only came in to look at the cars we saw online, and we meet with Antonio. Antonio was super friendly and super helpful. Antonio is a very reliable and confident sales person that you are looking for when you are going to make an investment of this size. He took us on a test drive in both cars, without any strings attached we went to a dealer where they wanted us to sign paperwork before testing out the vehicles, on different roads. He was helpful through the paper work and working with us to get the best price and financing. If you are looking to buy a car ask for Antonio because is he will help you through it all. I rate our experience with him a 100 out of 100

Great Buying Experience

I was in to get my Jeep Patriot served over the weekend and while I was there I happen to notice the new Jeep Compass on the lot. I was really impressed with how they looked and what options they offered. I checked the reviews, which were all very good so I decided to go in to look into purchasing one. I've bought at Lindsay before so I'm familiar with how extremely friendly and professional they are. My experience today was just as pleasant as any I've had there. Agan greeted me and made me feel like family as opposed to a customer. I told him what I was looking for and within a few minutes I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The Jeep brand is one of quality and the Jeep Compass I purchased did not disappoint. The professionalism and courtesy that was shown to me, by the entire Lindsay staff will keep me a loyal customer for all of my future purchases! My sincere thanks to Agan and everyone at Lindsay!

Over the years my wife and I have bought many cars from dealers. We have had some good experiences and then some not so good experiences. With Lindsay of Manassas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we had a great experience purchasing our 2017 Grand Cherokee. Our sales person, Gina, was outstanding. She answered all our question, was professional and polite, and made the transition to the business office easy and without us feeling like we were taking up her time after the initial sale. She spent a lot of time with us during the test drive explaining and giving us a real chance to drive, to get the feel of the vehicle. The business person, Barry, explained all the options/costs in detail and answered all our questions. During this process, I also took a minute to walk back to the shop, after it was officially closed, and asked some technical questions of the service managers and a shop mechanic. They were obliging and provided sufficient detail in their answers to my questions. Again, they were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I am a retired scientist and have rebuilt several American muscle cars over the years. Additionally, many years ago my father had a great experience buying a new 1980 Cadillac from Lindsay Cadillac and had great experiences taking it back for periodic maintenance, as I plan to do with our new Jeep. So the Lindsay name personally means something to me. And I hope that everyone will have the same quality of experience that my wife and I had purchasing our 2017 Grand Cherokee at Lindsay of Manassas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Best buying experience in 20 years

The Lindsay team was professional and transparent from the time I entered the dealership. Edward let me know this was his first year selling cars, which led to a nice conversation. He asked the expected questions, but there was no pressure at any point. I knew the vehicle I wanted and their first/best price was better than a competing dealer's rock bottom by 2k. Edward saw me through the entire process and was very attentive. Finance was extremely thorough and surprisingly quick. Everyone in the dealership was in a good mood, which was a great sign. Will definitely return!

Low expectation, memorable experience.

After experiencing terrible customer service from a nearby dealer, we walked into the parking lot and started looking around. Here comes "Burke" who introduce himself and offered his assistance. Burke was processional, patient, easy going, resourceful and funny. In addition, he was able to connect with our kids (millennials). It was great customer service because we remember how Burke made us feel. He went above and behind expectations.

Great Service

The salesman Urey Hohney was absolutely fantastic as he worked with me over the telephone to make the deal. I was out of town/state for work and he kept me in the loop and communicated via cell and email to iron out all of the kinks. I have damaged credit and they treated me great by making sure that I got the car I wanted and not the one that I had to settle for. The experience at the dealer was equally great as the paperwork was fast and they worked with my schedule. I got caught in traffic and a monsoon rain storm and they were understanding and understanding. Urey was the consummate professional and knew all about the features and specs of the Challenger. A top-notch operation from top to bottom. The Finance manager ever gave me some great advice on repairing my credit and offering an extended warranty to protect my investment. I have told my friends about the dealership and the car is awesome. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

lie and scam, did not honor agreement! BUYER BEWARE

They LIED & I believe engage in DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. Initially called & asked salesperson Rob about the car & if there are any fees added to the sales price & he replied only one-$699. While very high, I asked him to confirm that the price + processing fee was the total ‘out the door’ price & he confirmed the math &final price to bring certified ck. I was coming from NC & said I would register the car here myself, but Rob said they would still have to charge me the processing fee so might as well let them collect the sales/HUT tax & register the car, which they can for NC. He emailed me the buyers order but figures were incorrect. I called & Rob said not to worry bring ck for amount I calculated & they would revise. I flew into Dulles & they had Uber pick me up, but Rob was off that day. I test drove the car with another salesperson who was good. Sat & waited, the Mgr.brought the buyer’s order, but again, those figures were also wrong. Also registration fees were higher than what NC charges, which Mgr said they used a 3rd party, but those fees were supposedly covered in the “processing fee” (which later in sales process the finance Mgr.literally stated & I quote “the processing fee is pure profit”! Also showed me a typed piece of paper showing they lost money on the sale of the car! I told him to his face I don’t believe that & I think it’s a lie! He didn’t respond). After informing the Sales Mgr. that if they improperly collect tax & don’t report it, it is tax fraud & could be prosecuted criminally, the Mgr. quickly said he would remove the taxes & allow me to register the car in NC, but would have to wait 7-10 days for refund of excess $ from my certified ck. I did NOT allow that!, so forced a trip to nearby bank to get another ck. While not allowing them to swindle me for excess registration fees, the final Buyer's order STILL had two $10 charges & a $43 charge (for THEIR business tax), still in addition to the $699 processing fee. When I stated this was NOT the agreement Rob & I had, he said nothing he could do. They knew I flew in & the price of the ticket to return home would be higher than the extra $63!! Now Stuck, I agreed to the new deal & then waited FORTY minutes just to see a finance manager when I was paying CASH. I explained that if they swindle each of their 400 customers/mo.$200 of “fees”, it = $80k/month or almost ONE MILLION $/yr-profit, deceiving customers! Finally received title one week later, Rob asked for 5 star review or advise why not so they could fix, I did & he replied “I have no idea what you are talking about”! 2 days later he emailed “glad everything worked out”. BUYER BEWARE. It appears Lindsay Motors will continue to obtain monies from people in a deceptive manner! READ & UNDERSTAND the FEES. Ps. For security, this is not my real name, will give privately, BUT if management actually reads this, do NOT respond saying I can contact your Customer Relations Manager unless you publicly state that you will refund the $63 above what you originally agreed to! Otherwise indicates an apathetic canned or automated response. In my opinion, all 5 star reviews here and on google seem to be by dealership. Notice the pattern!!

Truck purchase

Great selection of trucks. Only dealership from Baltimore to Fredericksburg that had any real selection to choose from. Antonio set us up for a visit on the phone and arranged for Jimmy Byrd to help us. Excellent service, things were ready and he took care of us before and after the sale.
