Superior service. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere from everyone I encountered. Tony's follow up thru out the day helped me not to stress about not having a vehicle (this is my only vehicle). Customer service I received from Joel, service department was excellent. He was very prompt at answering all my questions and concerns I had regarding my vehicle. I have dealt with him on a different occasion when he was not assigned to my vehicle and knew the knowledge of the kind of service I needed. I would definitely recommend the sevice department at Lithia!

Sonja had only been a sales associate for a few weeks but she did a great job. There was a little confusion with getting the navigation system working in my car and it took a couple of days to get it straightened out. My only dissatisfaction arose from not getting phone calls returned, they need to work on intraoffice communication. And maybe know your Fiat Spiders a little better? I understand that mine was the first one that was sold but they should have known about the navigation SD card. PS - there was not a Fiat selection on the brand list below.

A nice purchasing experience

I found the vehicle we wanted on-line. using USAA and CARFAX. Arranged an appointment with the friendly salesman, Alex, took the test drive,, bought the car. Our ONLY gripe is that, even with prior approval/proof of insurance, it seemed to take a long time to draw up the paperwork. Once that was done, signing and the vehicle once-over were easy and we were out of there. The car looks like new. This was our best vehicle purchasing experience. Thanks, Lithia Dodge!

Aweful

I took in my perfectly functioning FIAT on a Saturday for a safety recall announced by the factory regarding the clutch. The job was supposed to take 2 hours. It took them 4 to completely screw up my car. The clutch pedal felt really weird from the beginning. On my way back home (a 2 hr drive), the ESC light came on. I called them to let them know and they said that the workshop was closed and the service manager told me to schedule an appointment another day that week, he also said that it was safe to drive home. Well, during that ride back, the clutch became harder and harder until it completely failed. I couldn't put it in gear. When I pressed the clutch pedal it would stay stuck down, I would have to flip it up with my foot. It resulted that the car broke down after a catastrophic failure of the clutch and the vehicle left me stranded on the highway. I had to push it off the road and get it towed to my home at my expense because FIAT only towes for less than 50 miles. I called Lithia office and spoke to a guy named Ray who told me that from Monday through Friday there was their "real" mechanic while on Saturdays there was the "junior" mechanic. When the car got towed back to them 2 days later it sat in their parking lot with no ticket and it took another two weeks for them to repair it. In the meantime we asked for a loaner but they said they didn't have one. I called a number of times, not once did I get a professional answer or even a truthful reply. They said that the only thing wrong with the car was a faulty light on the dash.They never took responsibility for their mistake or in any way try to make it right. And now that I got my car back from them I don't trust it anymore. I will never use Lithia Dodge Dealership mechanics or service center. They are unprofessional. They don't stick to the times they state, seem unsure on how to fix FIATS, have an attitude when dealing with customers and generally don't seem to care.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Horrible, insulting Sales manager

This people lie, lie, horrible dealership. Get every thing in writing before you agree to anything. They promised one thing, but when it was time to put it in writing, they did not come thru.

Great Price Poor Service

I bought a Used Jeep Cherichi and it appeared to be in good condition on the lot but when I got it home and it sat in my garage for a day or two it begin to smell very badly on the interior. I then attempted to take it back to see if they could remedy it but when I got there they said they couldn't smell anything and refused to do another detail or clean the carpet. Honestly I could not tell if it was the air-conditioning or the carpet but they refused to do anything about either one and we're fairly defensive about it. No worries I will take my business elsewhere.

Bad experience. Poor service and car was messed up

Had to go there for a recall on my car to have it fixed. First their service shuttle didn't show up when i asked for pick up. Waited 2hours for nothing, had to asked my wife to bring me to the shop. So my wife dropped me off, went in my car, first thing i noticed is they put 4 miles on my car. To think it was an alternator recall and it didn't need to test drive it. Then i turned on the airconditioning. There was no air coming out of the vent. I tried turning off the car, and waited for couple of minutes. I turned the engine on again and the airconditioning. This time there's air coming out. However, the heater is not working on the driver side. Didn't have any issues with my car since i got it from a different dealership prior to my first time visit at lithia dodge. I drove back to Lithia Dodge and the service manager was telling me that they didnmt do nothing wrong. Please don't buy nor bring your car for service here!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Good service for the purchase of a 2014 Nissan Versa. I would recommend this dealership and salesman. It took along time to get through the financing despite having superior credit.

Don't expect a call to update you on work being done

Car is back for 2nd repair, same item. Left 6 messages over 2 days, had to stop in twice to get an update. Ended up having to keep a rental car over the weekend and found out that the car had been done before the weekend. They don't appear to have a service manager.

Poor service and Dishonest

Recalled for catalytic converter, hadeit replaced. Picked up vehicle and it had exhaust leak smell.thought it was the new part that shelled bad and it would go away. Drove about 30 miles in a month. Couldn't drive without windows down. It's didn't have a leak when I took it there. They said it had a exhaust leak (manifold)before hand,nothing in writing stating it had. They let it go out there door A CLEAR SAFETY HAZARD They caused leak during recall. I'm not a liar as they implied.

Bought Two Vehicles From Them, NEVER again!!!

Thought I had a great dealership after buying two cars in the past two years. Think again...Crooks and liars. Was told quotas mean more than keeping a customer, seriously? Thought we could meet somewhere in the middle for a reasonable deal, whoa apparently they want you to see that they are doing you a favor by you dealing with them. I know I am the fool for trying to think that 2 cars in 2 years meant something, wrong again, Wonder why car dealers have a bad reputation? Take your chances with these clowns and find out. Preach small time service but they believe something completely different. If you are educated about car buying they try to manipulate you like it is a challenge. Find another dealership, spend your $$ elsewhere Las Cruces trust me...

Don't return calls or work with customer

I dealt with 2 different car salesman at Lithia Dodge in Las Cruces and it has been thee worst service I've ever received. They lied about calling back, you call them and they don't return your call. One of the salesman and finance person assumed that I made the median income of the Las Cruces area and didn't get any info to see what I qualified for or if I had money to put down.

I would not recommend this dealer.
