Amazing service!

Bill was so easy to work with! He scheduled a time that was most convenient for me, got me in and out quickly, and made me feel like I was the only person he was dealing with that day. I was very impressed and grateful for the level of service I received from Bill during my service last week. I can't recommend him highly enough - and I actually am looking forward to the next time I have to go in. :)

I loved working with Kim. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I bought my last new car from Lithia 12 years ago, so needless to say, there was a bit of a learning curve for me. Kim helped me get familiar with the new techy features of my new car. She checked in with me a couple of times just to be sure everything was good. She provided great service. Thanks Kim!

This is the first vehicle I have ever bought that I purchased the extended warranty when new. I was nervous to in the past because I had heard horror stories about how dealerships would not honour the repairs. I chose to do it because I was confident I would keep my Ford Focus (Lucy) for 5 years and would put 100,000 miles on her. I'm so glad I did!! You guys kept your word and did the repairs she needed at 90,000 miles without giving me any trouble. Thank you for standing by your word! I will be telling everyone I know about your excellent service!

Low Pressure, Easy Experience

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. From start to finish, I think the whole process took about 30 minutes (minus the test drive). Gilbert was low pressure and very easy going. He listened to us, as we were very specific on what we were looking for--and he delivered. We had a specific price in mind for what we wanted and after finding the vehicle, there wasn't the normal hours of "back and forth" negotiating. Rather we told Gilbert what we were going to pay, he brought his sales manager over who said, "we will try", then the sales manager came back and said "ok". This all within minutes. Then when we got back to the finance manager, he said "oh, your payment is going to be lower than what you were told out front, because I found you a better rate". It was so painless of an experience, the vehicle wasn't even out of the car wash by the time we were done signing the papers! Very happy with our experience.

Went to quick lube at Lithia Ford in Boise ID on 11/17/2017. Had the great pleasure to speak to Jessica Jaramil. The reason my encounter with Jessica was so awesome was because there was no sales pressure. Let me explain. When you find an awesome mechanic and request any kind of service, at the time of picking up your car, they will suggest what might need to be worked on in future maintenance. Hence putting that option back in your hands. This opens the lines of communication with no pressures. This is old school and I appreciate it. Getting back to Jessica, she let me know what was needed to be worked on in near future instead of giving me pressure to do now. I am tight for money right now and will save to have these 2 suggestios that Jessica mentioned. Keep it up Jessica because I will be back!!!

The WORST car shopping experience Ever!!

Nick Gurule was our "sales person". He made it very obvious he was not interested in showing us vehicles from the moment we arrived. While on a test drive he asked if we were planning on financing or paying cash. We had cash on hand so we let him know that's how we would pay. He then rudely told us "We have had so many people pay cash this month, its not good for our business." "Just so you know we make good money on people who finance!" How rude. And why say that to a customer? We were very turned off by his attitude and the way he treated us there after. We happily left and took our hard earned cash to Kendall! We will not be returning to this establishment, or recommending people.

The dealership was great, got the car I want, negotiated a good price, but the highlight of my experience was meeting and working with Kim Luy. Not only was she professional, but was also extremely fun to work with. Who knew leasing a car could be an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Lithia Ford to anyone, but call ahead and reserve some time with Kim.

Great Dealership

My wife and I decided to shop Lithia Boise because of a recommendation from some friends that made a purchase the month before. Our friends told us how helpful Kim Luy was for them, that she was very fast at responding via text or phone. We bought a used car sight unseen and Kim made sure we aware of some scratches in the paint. She photographed pictures of the defects and sent to us, but when we received the car, she had the entire car buffed and polished with the scratches barely even noticeable. Kim is excellent at making sure every step of the sale is taken care of. Nathan in finance was also very helpful with making sure to expedite paperwork to us (in Montana) so we could have our car in a timely fashion.

Kim is the best sales person I could ever ask for

Kim has a nice personality and was easy to work with. She truly made my experience one to remenber. Also, Shannon helped me get the deal I wanted on the truck I wanted. Christopher in finances, was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to help me. Before this, I used to hate dealing with sales persons and preferred to buy my cars online. Mostly because of the way I was treated by other sales person when I did not go with the car or deal they had in mind. Now, after the way I was treated at Lithia Ford, I will return to this dealership if I need to buy another car. I referred Kim to two other buyers who bought a car from her. I went to many dealerships before but always the time spent there was so stressful and all the people were so rude and trying to sell you anyting they wanted but not what you need. However I had the best experience at Ford Lithia in Boise, where everyone was so nice and ready to listen to your needs, friendly and not pushy. I especially recommend Kim Luy as a sales person and Nathan for the financial stuff. Very helpful and genuine people! Thank you for helping me find the car I needed!

Expect the unexpected..

There is a certain level of anxiety that I get when it comes to interacting with sales people. I have approached the car buying scenario each time with practiced dialogue, facts/numbers at my disposal, for quick delivery to present myself as a person who won't be cooerced into signing if all (or most) of my needs are not met. Which I think is an important and key thing to keep in mind when you're more than likely going to be paying on the vehicle for he next couple of years. Nothing is more frustrating to me personally than buyers remorse. I can say that stepping out of the vehicle and being greeted by Abel all those apprehensive tendencies to be on the defensive were unnecessary. Not only was Abel friendly and filled with actually pertinent information, which is so different from other sales reps I have been in contact with, the straightforward layout of it was offered freely and communicated with care so that my wife and I were not left feeling like we were having the wool pulled over our eyes. I am happy to say that my business transaction with Lithia Ford of Boise was fulfilled with 100% satisfaction due to the efforts of my sales rep Abel. I will definitely refer shopping with them to my friends and family, and return should me or my family have need of a sensible price and straightforward options. sold me a loaner car as new, however they did let me return

Sold me a loaner car as new, asked Rod why I was signing a "as is" disclosure for a new car he said because it's our policy on new car sales. When asked Jim why car had 1375 miles on it, he said just sat on lot a long time. Lithia Ford is a bad place, don't go there! The story that hit the news a couple of years ago was; an old man made a wrong turn, he needed work on his Toyota but accidental turned into Lithia across the street. The sales at Lithia took his nearly new Toyota and sold him a new car, instead of telling old man he was in the wrong dealership and need to go across the street. Integrity of this dealership, the sales staff has none, from my experience. I thought maybe they had learned from old man story, NOT. Warning do not do business with Lithia. If they were not such a big corporation I'm sure Ford would cut them off!
