New Tires

Casey A of the service dept was good at communicating with me the price of the work. When he had to order tires that were a bit more expensive than quoted heck rolled the cost into the work. When technicians indicated wheels were well aligned he saved me to cost of wheel alignment.

Sell me a red arteon. Ok they answered!

We have never had a bad experience at Lithia vw of medford. Or. We have always dealt with Ryan Rasmussen who always treated us professionally and is our go to guy. Wanted a red 2013 Passat. Got it, The way we wanted it. Three years later we wanted a blue Passat. Once again no problem. This time we ordered a chili red Arteon which is the best vw we have ever driven! The way things are going maybe just maybe I can talk Sharon into a new guards red Porsche 911. What ever happens it will go through Lithia. We can only rate Ryan as excellent and will always look to him for help if needed.

Good job; almost great

Overall service and quality of repairs were good. They were able to price match another mechanic, and reduce the cost by about $1,000 due to re-diagnosing what the other mechanic had reported. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is I feel they were a little slow to relay information and took an extra day to get everything done over the course of having the vehicle for 10 days.

Unprofessional customer service and dishonest agreement

I was guaranteed certain things with sales person and finance person. All were denied when requested by manger. Dishonest agreement, told by finance manger and sales person certain things about what they would handle after purchase and was denied three week after when car had check engine light and blinking cruise control light. Was discounted for a tow package that they stated would cost 150, place stated 450. So was misquoted as we negotiated a tow package being added. Was told they would handle any issues with car and less than a month they refused. They took advantage of a disabled veteran who needed to purchase a different car for service animal. And I traded a vehicle that had At least a 4 k difference higher in value with the understanding that they would add tow with wiring, lifetime oil changes, fix any issue that came up shortly after purchase, and tire that I found issue with during test drive. I received the oil change but only two a year, not every 3k miles. No tow, no fix of check engine light, and terrible service when I returned for the issue. I had to call someone to assist in talking with them just to get them to schedule a diagnostic testing, which they wanted to charge me for and he was able to get that At no cost but without any repair for any problem found. With the 110 point inspection done both at grants pass and medford the issue with the Subaru should have been found, and most likely they were highly aware of it. So in close they saw a disabled person who was desperately in need of a safer vehicle for a service animal worth 20K from a non profit and took advantage of that . They made promises and suddenly when I returned the employee, finance manager no longer worked for them or he was fired. The sales person when discussing with head manger said nothing and she knew everything I was saying was promised to me. I would not recommend purchasing any used vehicle from them as they are overpriced and don’t respect or uphold promises made to our veterans of war.

I was told my car would take hours, it was done in a little over an hour. Shuttle driver never showed up to pick me up to get my car. Had to have someone from work take me. Picked up my car and nothing was reviewed on the paperwork that was given to me. My husband is heading out of state and now I do not feel safe having him take my car. I looked at the paperwork and there was 6 items that failed with a bid for repairs and other items that said client deferred. The last few times I have had my car in no one discussed any repairs or items that needed to be addressed. I will be back only because I have lifetime oil changes.

From sales to service, Lithia VW has it all covered. I recently purchased a used Toyota Highlander with an immaculate Carfax report and there were a few bumps and ruffles during the process, but they handled it like pros and got me to a place of ultimate satisfaction. These guys won't leave you hanging. They truly want satisfied customers and will do anything, apparently, to achieve that goal. Great service as usual & very comfortable waiting areas

I took my 2005 Golf in for express service oil & filter change. Service representative attention was immediate. I was asked what service I wanted & asked for possible additions.. Service was completed to my complete satisfaction. I had a two hour wait but that was due my visit on Monday when service staff is reduced due to days off for Saturday working - no problem.

Purchase of a new Atlas

Completely happy with my purchase and the salesperson, Steven Sprang. He kept me informed about the status of my requirements and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Upon delivery, he explained all the features of the vehicle and was available for any questions or problems. I'm still learning to use the features and will ask questions when I get more experience on the vehicle.

Oil change

Great! There’s not much I can say as it was just an oil change. The advisor was helpful and informative. He did tell me that my Eos should not go thru drive through car washes which I appreciated as I hadn’t been advised of that. The advisor is not in the list but I think his name was Casey.

A blown engine

Again, Zach has proven that he is very proficient at his job as Service Manager. He dealt with our problem, a blown engine, with a great deal of professionalism and concern. Dealing with VW was time consuming but he kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. So far the results seem very successful.
