Bad customer service

By Frogman on 8/13/2017 at 9:02 PM. Helped by James Hanham Jr..

I brought my used King Ranch in for the 105K service that I purchased there in March today. I called for an appointment for 10AM. I had a coupon stating the service would be $39.95 which was stapled to the work order. I waited 1.5 hours and then they came in and said the front brake shoes needed emergency replacement and it would be another 1 to 1.5 hours. I had to go so I declined. I looked over the bill when I got home and I was charged full price even though the coupon was attached ($48.29 Invoice 175154). !. Waiting 1.5 hours for an appointed oil change is not good service. 2. Had I been given the brake news 15 minutes after I arrived I would have had the brakes done 3. If it is an emergency repair why was it not done 6K miles ago when I purchased the vehicle? 4. Based on this experience I will only be back for Warranty covered Items which I over paid for. I sent this as an email to M Crouch and received no response.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Horrible customer service experience!

By Dissatisfied customer on 8/12/2017 at 6:37 PM.

After 3 attempt's to try and have my oil changed at Loganville Ford I can officially say I will never come back to this place!! The Service department staff is unfriendly and lazy. Even though they still had 3 hours before they closed they still turned away business. I ended up going right up the street to a different establishment and had my oil changed in 20 minutes!! They even offered us water and my children snacks.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Disappointed!

By Cb017431 on 7/23/2017 at 3:50 PM. Helped by Did not work with the employee I was referred specifically to..

The lack of knowledge, pompous attitude and complete disrespect is unbelievable! There are so many other dealerships to visit, I would bypass this dealership if at all possible. **Didn't even get to the point of running my credentials or inquiry of my down payment.

Lack of customer service

By Stuallum on 6/28/2017 at 9:24 PM.

Went to Loganville Ford for a simple oil change. Performed "the works" service. Came to pick up and front hubcap off vehicle. They claim it was damaged. I was not informed of this and they did not want to offer a solution. Customer service appears to be a lost art at this dealership. I won't be back. BTW. This was my next service back after previous oil change that they didn't reset mileage on oil change computer (had to return) and rotated the tires without resetting proper front to back tire pressures. As mistakes do happen I really was giving them another chance to prove Ford service expertise but it seems I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Nathan Swope was awesome. Dealership sucks.

By Deb Moore on 4/5/2017 at 4:19 PM.

Bought a used truck there. Within 2 days it showed dead skip on #5 cylinder. Very bad skip. Notified them immediately. We were out of state so did scan and replaced coil. That did not fix problem. Told them all of this and they wanted to charge $99.99 for diagnostic. Eventually said they would do that for free and work with me on charges for repair. Really???? Bitterly disappointed especially since they claim such wonderful customer satisfaction. I chose dealership due to that. Don't buy used vehicle here. Once it is out the door, you are on your own. A $60.00 part cost them a customer and I hope others heed this. Yes, I bought as is but i did expect it to be roadworthy and pre-existing condition fixed or disclosed. Oh, i forgot.....they did not do diagnostic before resale so they couldn't do either. But I did not know that at the time. I love my vehicle and will enjoy it in spite of their lousy customer service.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Be afraid of salesman Max.....

By Biggtruxx on 3/29/2017 at 10:33 PM. Helped by Spike.

I was completely fine with my sales guy then I got handed off to Max who is a very unprofessional and hot headed salesman. He turned to me and said its ok if you dont buy from us......we'd lose money dealing with yoi anyway.......not a single apology was given...it looked like they were bouncers at a bar when i didnt accept the offer made. I told them several times the payment I needed they kept coming back with higher than i can afford.... I felt threatened by Max he seemed hostile to be honest.

They stand by their sales

By Hank on 3/3/2017 at 3:54 PM.

We purchased a new 2016 Ford Taurus in early January of this year. We decided to wax and clean the car at the end of February and noticed a small tear in the leather rear seat. We never sat in the rear or had anyone else in the car. Mike looked at the tear and without hesitation scheduled us to have it repaired. Not many people would have done this after so long a time. Loganville Ford now has a satisfied customer who will return for all of my service. Thank You Mike and your team for four star service.

I would recommend this dealer.

Fraudulent Advertised Pricing

By Not OverMRSP on 2/24/2017 at 6:02 PM. Helped by Skip Jackson.

Inquired about a F-150 Raptor listed on Autotrader.com and received an email from the dealership stating vehicle was "aggressively priced at only $68,400" (which was the MRSP). Called and spoke with salesperson and then he informed me the vehicle was selling at a premium of $10,000 over MRSP (and their email quoted price) of $78,400. I consider this fraudulent advertising or an email phishing scam. Not a dealership I would do business with. Shame on them for wasting my time.

Liars!!! Find another dealership!!

By Kelly on 12/14/2016 at 4:27 AM. Helped by Lance Goodson.

Don't waste your time going to this so called "Hometown Family Owned Dealership". I had a HORRIBLE experience with my purchase of a 2011 Ford Edge. I purchased the Edge back in July. The day of purchase I requested an owners manual (a pretty simple request, or so I thought). It didn't come with one (for whatever reason) so I was told that one would be ordered for me. LONG story short, today is December 13th and I JUST received the manual. I was fed lie after lie. First it was ordered, then it was back ordered, then it came in but was for the wrong car, next it came in but was for the wrong year, then a new one had to be printed from Ford directly, then one comes in and it's sold to someone else, then another comes in and it's misplaced. Lie after lie after lie! They just didn't want to fork out the money for it I guess. I called to check on the status every few weeks and every time I called I got a different story. Guess they were hoping I would just go away! If that's not enough to convince you to shop somewhere else for your new vehicle, here's more. When shopping for a vehicle I told my sales guy Michael that having a roof rack for my 2 kayaks was very important to me. I purchased the Edge under the pretenses that a factory roof rack could be installed to accommodate the kayaks. I was told that the roof rack would be the EXACT SAME as the roof racks that come factory installed on the new Edges. The price was $400 and we (Loganville Ford and myself) agreed to split the cost. So I paid $200. I never saw a picture or was provided with any specs as factory roof racks certainly accommodate two 50lb kayaks. After SEVERAL weeks I hadn't heard anything from Michael about the status of the roof rack order. When I called he told me that the wrong rails came in (the kind that bolt to the roof). He said that's not what I would want so he ordered a different set. Two more weeks passed I called again this time I called the parts department. They told me that Loganville Ford DOES NOT ORDER ROOF RACKS. They told me that Michael needs to contact an outside company to have them install the rack. See what I mean, LIES!!! Michael calls me back the very same day and said that the rack just came in and would be installed the next day. I asked to see the rack when I dropped off my vehicle and he said that he didn't have them. I told him that the roof rack was not to be put on until I approved it. I had no doubts that the rack would accommodate my kayaks since I was informed that they would be just like the factory rails. Upon pickup of the vehicle with installed roof rack I received no information about the rack (only a tiny green slip of paper located in my cup holder...). It gave no information about the company who installed it, warranties, or contact information. All it provided was the weight capacity of 110lbs. Upon further investigation I quickly learned that this rack was not going to work as the kayak rack weighs 20+lbs and the kayaks weigh 50lbs each. After MUCH back and forth with Lance (sales manager) and Michael (sales guy). They agreed to have a new roof rack installed on my vehicle. This time one that would ACTUALLY ACCOMMODATE two kayaks. The new roof rack was installed incorrectly but by this point, as expected, I was sick and tired of dealing with ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I urge anyone that is in the market for a new car...please DO NOT take your business to Loganville Ford. You will regret it!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Totally disappointed - will not use them again

By lynne on 8/16/2016 at 3:23 AM. Helped by Dion G..

We purchased a new F-150 from them & the sales person didn't go over anything inside the truck, then right before leaving the dealership we noticed the glove compartment was broken & he just turned away and said, "it's covered by your warranty" in a very non-caring attitude which shocked me, especially just having purchased a new car. It was after hours when we left however he didn't seem to care at all and acted like this wasn't his problem. I also thought it was in poor taste that the finance lady made sure my husband completed the opinion survey before we were finished. If I had to complete it again now that the sale has been finalized, our answers would not be positive. We certainly won't be taking our car there to be serviced nor will we ever recommend them to anyone we know looking for a Ford - shop elsewhere! There's too many other Ford dealers in Atlanta & now I wish we had looked around more before purchasing from them. I'm sure there are plenty of other dealers that are more customer service oriented who want to ensure their customers are happy after their purchase.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Will not stand behind cars they sale

By dissapointed on 6/20/2016 at 12:40 PM. Helped by Sales person was loud and obnoxious as xxxx..

Test drove the Audi q7, said the vehicle had checked out well by the technician. Would not put in writing that the Audi would pass stated inspection. Flat tire, molding falling off. Did not know about state inspection if the vehicle would pass. If a Dealership is selling a car there should be a list of safety standards that the car must have passed. Waste of customer tire to fix items that should of been fixed before car was put on lot.

Service for my family's cars

By Warp Nutrition on 5/7/2016 at 5:07 PM. Helped by Mike Crouch, Carey Paul, Mike Bellflower, Lance Myers, Nikki.

I forgot to mention in the sales review just what the service department at Loganville Ford has done to help my family the past few years. We had a non-Ford vehicle that was way, way overdue for an oil change and they squeezed it in during a busy lunch rush. Changed the oil, checked the other fluids and made sure the tires were good. Even received a neat form telling me the condition of my tires and how the alignment was. Very impressive for a small town store! Will continue to service my vehicles there - even my Mazda!

I would recommend this dealer.

Shady only reason 1 star is cause 0 isn't possible

By Lbitsports on 3/4/2016 at 2:41 AM. Helped by Mike Livingston.

Where to begin. So we were looking at their used vehicles. Started with a explorer that looked great husband looked under the hood to find no antifreeze in it and a cracked radiator. No big deal we were about to leave and the said wait we just got this one in. They bring around another explorer. We test drove it all was fine. But left to think about it. We went back the following weekend to purchase it and just as we were about to get ready to leave the motor was misfiring BAD whole engine shaking. So we got our check back and then they said the had another one. So we test drove that and the thing about threw you out of your seat cause the transmission was bad and 2nd gear was messed up. So we left. Then we get a phone call the next day and it was Loganville ford calling saying that because one of the sales people drove the vehicle and felt what we were talking about that they had to fix the problem. They continued to say they took the vehicle into the shop and fixed the misfire and replaced the coil pack. Now before we bought this vehicle we test drove it again and even ran a scanner to see if it pulled codes. Nope , nothing so we thought they did what they said...nope. Don't know how they band aid the thing but the exact problem is back! To me this is mis representation and completely appalling that they are scuzzy enough to lie just for a sale!!! We won't buy dirt from those people.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Revenue over reputation

By hotcracker70 on 3/19/2015 at 1:12 AM. Helped by another finance con man not listed above. lance maybe..

The experience was typical dealership profit factory. Focusing on payment over vehicle price. Lowball trade in offer, holding trade keys. No real knowledge of the vehicle they were trying to sell. (used car). Inflating the interest rate for profit. Lengthy wait time while salesman left me to prey on another customer. Then on to the finance department where the finance guy spoke too fast and added unnecessary dealer profit items without telling me, hoping that I wouldn't catch it. Then after I finally got the price and payment that was good for me; the salesman never thanked me personally for the business but sent me an email a week later asking me for a good online review. Car dealers are all the same. Dishonest con artists.. I then received a letter from the dealer today that had a $20.00 refund check for the tag fee I was charged because the vehicle still needs an state emissions test that they ,the dealer were legally obligated to complete before selling the vehicle. They did offer to reimburse me the cost of the emissions test. I hope the car passes or they better hope the car passes. I wont say do not do business at Loganville Ford but I will just say this. Caveat Emptor. .

I would not recommend this dealer.

I have already referred friends to Loganville Ford!

By Eric C on 3/11/2015 at 3:22 PM.

I recently purchased a truck from Dewayne at Loganville Ford and the experience I had was great. The dealership is not a huge car mill. It had a small town feel and we were greeted by Dewayne whom I had talked to on the phone previously. The finance dept. already had my info and were working on a deal while we test drove the truck. After minimal negotiating, we agreed on a price. (The truck was fairly priced from the start) Usually, it takes forever for the finance dept. to draw up paperwork. Not the case. The paperwork was pretty quick and we were out of there in good time. Overall, I appreciate the dealer respecting my time and getting us home to the kids in my new-to-me truck!! Thanks!

I would recommend this dealer.
