I purchased my 2015 Mini Cooper s on 2/12/19 the whole team were great. They really make you feel welcome throughout the while process. Chris the sales person was great to deal with. Makes sure to show you the features of the car he feels you will actually use. Even after the sale when I had to bring it back for slight work he made sure I knew what was going on with my car. Highly recommend Mini of knoxville to anyone.

Horrible Salesmanship

Horrible service. I had the car shipped to me mad it's been over 3 weeks and I don't have the copies of my documents. I've contacted the salesman Chase Hoard and get noting but excuses. I contacted the Sakes Manager Mark twice and haven't received a response. The receptionist will forward you to their line knowing that it will go straight to voicemail. They have. a bunch of unexplained fees. I was driving my vehicle around with temp tags and no bill of sale. It's been almost 3 weeks and I don't have a copy of all the documents I signed. I was on time with everything they needed, but it wasn't reciprocated. I will be contacting my Bank and the BBB about this dealership.

Buyer Beware, have the vehicle inspected before purchasing

Buyer Beware, we read the reviews on Yelp and Google Review and we like to give every business an opportunity despite what the reviews are said about that company. I wished we would have saved our self the aggravation and listen to the reviews. We drove 3 hours from Nashville to look at white 2011 CLS550 that had only 27,000 miles. As soon as we walk up to the vehicle we are greeted with"We just Notice this good size dent in the middle of the hood", why didn't you call us and let us aware of this dent, over the phone we were told the vehicle is flawless, we started the vehicle up and the fans immediately were on and roaring very loudly, running the vehicle for 15 minutes the fans never turned off. My husband pulls out his Snap-on Versus and pulls up numerous codes that were all pending and stored into history, they cleared the codes so the Service Engine Light would not appear to after we bought the vehicle. We asked to have our $1,000.00 deposit returned, we were told they could not do that on Saturday due to that department is not open, it is Thursday and we are still getting the run around, it has been lie after lie, I will call you back, that has not happen and the dealership keeps passing the buck. I highly recommend if you are thinking of purchasing any vehicle from this dealership, make sure you have an appointment wit ha ASE certified technician and have them inspected the vehicle for any issues including running a computer diagnostics. Please read and listen to others experiences, I am just glad we did not become one of them who bought a vehicle with numerous issues.

Not good after the sale

My problem is related to the warranty company they use here and the handling of a problem I requested a canceling of a warranty when I bought a car and after a couple months nothing Turns out they never processed it, so we sent it in again and the new person that does finance Followed up on it and it got done Problem now is the warranty company shared my info and phone number now I'm getting a flood Of sales calls . I'm really angry about this because I just had some months of peace after changing My number.

Start with Anne in service. Made appt. With her re. A recall. She ordered part made appt. When I arrived she handled all well. Car repaired quickly. Then I went to parts .they had my touch up paint in stock.. I also was interested in a second key. Anne took care of that. Ordered and said would b a couple days. No problem. I had to drive 100 miles to get there. ( no mini dealer in my area. 1st mini I have owned. Had it less than 1 month. Am supper pleased with the car and mini of knoxville. Darrell b. 2007 mini s

MOST EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

I am building line of credit and had my grandmother to co-sign. Multiple dealers reassured me that everything would be great and finalized before leaving with my FIRST car of my own that Friday. I drove for a full weekend till Monday. I received a phone call that I was to return the car because the bank rejected my loan, regardless of paperwork signed. I had to return my car and find another way of transportation to work the following day because of what they called a mistake. That mistake cost me money and time wasted, even though I had put a grand down and signed all my paperwork. NOT GOOD BUSINESS IF YOU ASK ME.

me and my wife purchased a used car with a faulty gauge. the salesman said they would fix the problem and should only take a few days to get repaired . Its now been over a week and still no car. nobody will return our calls . we have to keep calling and calling to only get a run around. very unhappy with so called customer service

vehicle brought in for service (check engine light is on). they were very nice and took us back to show us what needed fixed. then called to tell me there was another repair needed. fine. over $2500. later, picked up car and problem exists that was NOT there when I dropped it off. NOW they want close to another $3,000 to fix that! questioning now if one of the parts replaced was even necessary. they were willing to cut repair cost in 1/2 . I believe I'll just take it somewhere else

Crooked, shifty people

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS xxxxx CROOKED DEALERSHIP!!! I really wish I could give negative stars..... We purchased a 2004 vehicle (not a mini cooper) with 80+k miles on it..... During the buying process....our "sales" guy Travis had awful communication. He was given $500 to hold the vehicle for sale as we live out of town. a few days later, my boyfriend realized that the $500 had not come out of his account yet and had heard nothing from Travis. We weren't sure if would were going to pick up the vehicle Monday or if it was sold from under us. I called the online sales person who originally listed the car (the only person with some sense) He was very nice and was able to tell us that the car indeed was listed as sold under the computer system in our name. And that Travis does not answer customer calls on his day off. After the purchase was final, a few weeks later, our vehicle starter started acting funny (would click a few times, then finally start). The breaks began to lock up and were red hot. And then the vehicle over heated after idling for a short amount of time in the parking lot. After a few tries at calling the dealership to get it back in under warranty, he brought it into them. The shop has had the vehicle for a week now. My boyfriend has called them everyday....no answer back to what is going on with it or if they had even started working on it. Finally Thursday...the good for nothing receptionist told him "it should be done this afternoon for you to pick it up"....he went....not done. Travis tells him, it'll be done tomorrow (Friday). Boyfriend calls four times Friday. Receptionist dropped his call once. Transferred him to service department finally, service department tells him he needs to talk to the used car service department, transfers, call is dropped. Calls back, asks receptionist to speak to 'used car service department', she tries to transfer him 3 times....again, call is dropped. Travis texts him that afternoon (because apparently professionals text their customers now) finally and says your car should be ready later this afternoon. Boyfriend gets to the dealership, asks where the used car service department is....SAME receptionist on the phone earlier says "we don't have a used car department....” Finally he gets to where he is somewhat supposed to be and of course, “Well it should be ready Monday” He gets there Monday….. “It’ll be ready tomorrow”. He asks for a print out of the “front to back top to bottom” inspection the dealership did prior to selling him the vehicle… on it was 4 things, one being that they topped off the anti-freeze, which brings me to the next problem we had a week later. He had to get the waterpump replaced. MINI wouldn’t take responsibility for it and said the only reason why they spent $3000 on the rear end situation was because it was a safety issue. Now another week later, we are told that we need a whole new drive shaft. This is only 5 weeks into us having the jeep, and with it being in their shop for a week. So my boyfriend calls the dealership and of course, no one is available to talk to him. He left a message with the manager Friday morning (they are open on Saturdays as well) and it is now Monday and haven’t heard a word from ANYONE at the dealership. AGAIN…I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS xxxxx CROOKED DEALERSHIP!!! If this problem does not get resolved, the next step will be going to the BBB as well as getting a lawyer and acting on Tennessee’s Lemon Law.

My husband and I were referred to Mini of Knoxville by my sister. Tim was the one to assist us. He helped us find exactly what we wanted and insured it was in our price range. In the past, we have dealt with car salesmen who have been pushy, but Tim never made us feel pressured at all. This was, by far, the best experience we could have hoped for! Tim surpassed all our expectations and we will certainly be visiting him again when it is time for an upgrade!

My husband and I have always wanted a mini cooper countryman. We went to mini of Knoxville and found the experience very enjoyable. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and the selection of countrymans was very good. Tim was very helpful thru the process and even after as we have had some questions. All in all it has been a tremendous experience and we love our car!!!!
