Great experience!

We had been shopping for a new car for several months and were disappointed with many of the dealerships we visited. Many sales people were not knowledgeable about the car features and seemed to be unmotivated and sometimes arrogant. We went to Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto and met Kai Zhu who was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He showed us several SUVs and allowed us to pick the one that fit our needs. When he did not know the answer to a few of our questions, he got back to us with the answers by email. We were very comfortable dealing with him and bought our car from his dealership. We have already recommended Kai Zhu to a friend of ours who is looking for a new car, and will do so to anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota.

Annoying squeak in back of Camry Hybrid

Michael Gajda was my service rep for this problem. In dealing with it, he discovered a cracked sway bar in the rear, and was able to fix it , and have the car ready the next day. This could have been a safety issue, but it was found and fixed.

Service on 2 Prius

Michael Gajda was my service representative. He arranged for me to get oil changes on both my cars on the same day. One car had an oil leak that cost $1600 to fix. Michael searched my car’s history and found that it had an extended warranty that would pay for the repair ! Thank you Michael !

16 years ago walked on the lot and tried out a first generation Prius and loved it. Owned it for 12 years! Got all my service done at Magnussen. Now back again in 2018 with my second Prius purchase of a plug-in electric version. Committed to the Magnussen service package because I haven’t been disappointed with their service yet, especially with professional folks like Tony Aguirre.

1st service on my truck

This was my first experience with Toyota, brought my truck in for its first service with an appointment. Michael Gajda met me right away and processed me in, the service was less than 1 hour while I waited. During the wait Michael came out and told me they found a service bulletin I has asked about and they updated the computer in my truck. I'm very happy with the service, and will definitely be back for all of the other maintenance.

Premier Cutomer Service

I have taken my truck to two other Toyota dealerships and was less than satisfied. I decide to traveled 50 miles which was a great decision. From Micheal Gajda professional but friendly greeting, to being contacted by text, per request when my truck was expidiciously completed. Micheal explained all the details the technicians went through in troubleshooting my issues coupled with positive final results. I would gladly drive the 50 miles again as well as recommend Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto. All of this Premier Customer Service on warranty service. No payment.

Dennis Mcconnell understands how to keep a customer happy and provides excellent service. ToPA has been my vehicle service provider for 20+ years and for good reason. Bought my Tacoma from them and it is getting older with high mileage, yet it has never felt like an older car. Which I attribute to the quality of the maintenance provided by their service department.

Michael Gajda helped me out with servicing my and gave me a stellar experience. He remembered what my car's status was the last time I visited and was very considerate of my needs. I was in the market looking for Lexus RC 350s for almost a year, and I happen to come across one at Toyota Palo Alto. From the moment I reached out to inquire about the car, Kai was quickly responsive every step of the way, and answered all questions clearly. I went back and forth with 3 reps at 3 different dealerships, but Kai ultimately was able to get me the best deal and the best value. Very professional. And Chinh the finance manager was great. Customer for life

We searched in AZ and CA and found the Prius Prime that we wanted at Magnussen's Toyota. Said gave us his best price online via the inquiry form on their website. His response we prompt, thorough and professional, and the price was the best anywhere in the western US. It took us about a month to get over to CA from AZ, but when we arrived the car was prepped, detailed and ready to go. Initially, there was some confusion about our out-of-state purchase and we wound up having to pay some CA registration fees. Just yesterday we received a check from Magnussen's refunding the CA registration fees. They figured out a better way to handle the out-of-state purchase and refunded the fees after the sale! Unbelievable. My wife and I were shocked to see their check in the mail. Said and Magnussen's just won us as life-time customers. We'll be back when we're ready to buy our Tacoma. Thank you!
