Michael Gajda helped me out with servicing my and gave me a stellar experience. He remembered what my car's status was the last time I visited and was very considerate of my needs. He made sure I understood what the day's service entailed and outlined what would happen for the next service too. You can tell the people working here are just trying to help make cars better. The shuttle service was also helpful and great. Great experience.

Great customer experience

I was in the market looking for Lexus RC 350s for almost a year, and I happen to come across one at Toyota Palo Alto. From the moment I reached out to inquire about the car, Kai was quickly responsive every step of the way, and answered all questions clearly. I went back and forth with 3 reps at 3 different dealerships, but Kai ultimately was able to get me the best deal and the best value. Very professional. And Chinh the finance manager was great. He made "signing your life away" a great experience also. Would certainly buy from them again.

Customer for life

We searched in AZ and CA and found the Prius Prime that we wanted at Magnussen's Toyota. Said gave us his best price online via the inquiry form on their website. His response we prompt, thorough and professional, and the price was the best anywhere in the western US. It took us about a month to get over to CA from AZ, but when we arrived the car was prepped, detailed and ready to go. Initially, there was some confusion about our out-of-state purchase and we wound up having to pay some CA registration fees. Just yesterday we received a check from Magnussen's refunding the CA registration fees. They figured out a better way to handle the out-of-state purchase and refunded the fees after the sale! Unbelievable. My wife and I were shocked to see their check in the mail. Said and Magnussen's just won us as life-time customers. We'll be back when we're ready to buy our Tacoma. Thank you!

Solid and reasonably priced service for a mature Toyota

Jared Weber is my Toyota service adviser and he helped me evaluate the most reasonable service option for my Highlander Hybrid 2012 with 127,000 miles on it. With a six year old car I wasn't sure if I should trade it in or spend money on recommended service for 120,000 miles. He helped me figure this out by obtaining a trade-in value for my car from the sales team at the dealership and suggested a compromise service option for my car while I make my decision over the next month. My car checked out perfect with the service team so it looks like it could run safely for at least another 150,000 miles. I really appreciated the effort by both the service and sales team!

Save the best for last

Saed is the best. When I talk to him and ask if he has the color and the options I wanted he simply said yes. I went to 4 other dealers but they don’t have the color I wanted. Also got the best price compared to the other dealers that I went thru.

Quick and easy to purchase new car

Sales agent Robert Portillo help me purchasing 2018 Camry recently. At first, I wanted to look at Rav 4. We test drive the car. I finally decided on the Camary. He was very patient through out the whole process. When I pick up my new car. He even spend time going through all the features, and set up Bluetooth for me.

Disappointing Experience.

I test drove a used Prius on Monday. Called back about it on Tuesday. Spoke to Dave Cepeda on Wed. Was sold the car over the phone and told I could pick it up Friday. I arrived via public transportation with a cashier's check for the full amount given by Dave Cepeda over the phone. While on my way there I received an e-mail confirming my appt. to pick up my car. The perfect used car isn't easy to come by and I felt I had found just the right car for me. And then the unbelievable happened; I was told that my car had been sold. And worse yet it had been sold 2 days before. How could they sell my car? I was and still am in shock over this mistake. But the additional insult to injury was to continue for weeks to come. The manager wouldn't shake my hand or come from behind his desk. There was no attempt to correct the matter and I was told that I was at fault. Several employees were witness to the entire incident and not one took a professional stance but instead I was berated by their manager and the salesman who had originally shown me the car and who emailed me just moments before I arrived. His email said he was looking forward to my arrival to pick up the car but within moments I was treated as a pariah and all they were willing to do was call an Uber to pick me up and send me on my way. I was stunned. No phone call from them, no attempt to retain my business. Nothing. I contacted Toyota corporate they assured me that I would receive a call from Magnussen's management team. Days past. Nothing still. More than a week later I received a call from Steve Paladino. I assumed I was speaking to someone with authority and professionalism. He said he had a similar car on the lot and asked if I would like to see it. Of course I was interested. He offered to send pics.. I received nothing. The next day he calls and said the car had been sold and that's why he didn't send any pics.. At that point my feeling was that he just wanted me to go away because he followed with "maybe we can get you a great deal on a new car instead". Complete disregard for what I was looking for and still not acknowledging their errors; their many errors. I cashed out the cashier's check, found a great car for less ($3k less) at a local, independent dealer and won't be returning to a dealership in any way associated with Magnusson. I have bought many cars and dealt with many car salesman in the past but Steve Paladino made our recent Prius Prime car buying smooth and efficient. He was better than a Lexus salesman. Great Experience Buying New Camry!

Tony Aguirre has managed the service of my vehicles for over 20 years. My husband passed away a year ago. I took his Rav 4 in for Tony to service. There were lot's of things wrong with it. I stressed the importance of keeping the vehicle running. Tony and his service team checked it out thoroughly and gave me a quote. I was impressed by how much Tony took care to call me with updates. It seems that he understood the sentimental value. When I went to get the car, he personally came to see how things were going. The car runs great. While I know it will not last forever, I get to keep it a bit longer. I sold my 17 year old car Forerunner and upgraded to a Lexus. I look forward to many more years with Toyota! That is due in part to the fact that my husband and I have worked with Tony. He also services my brother's truck, a second purchase for my brother. Keep up the good work Tony.
